Bella Pizza in County Durham

My goodness, I’ve never tasted food like it. This was just AMAZING. Well done to all the people who work there that serve this delicious food. I HIGHLY recommend.

Came across this place after seeing it on THE BLOT OUTDOORS SHOW on YouTube, as i work in Bishop Auckland and wasn't Dissapointed got the "Bella express special kebab" we Really enjoyed it. The tandoori chicken was the best part absolutely gorgeous. The normal chicken was good too and the donner meat just like anywhere else but still good. The kofta was nice too. Only criticism was the steak was tough but would just ask not to have that next time and more tandoori chicken. Chips were good too. Staff were lovely too. Glad we came across this place as we will use it again in the future. Thank you BLOT CHRIS for introducing us to this place..... 9 out 10 from us Mandingo's....

Tried a Sunday dinner from here aswell lamb was cooked perfect and Yorkshire puddings were good

Went in last night ordered a few things and spoke to the guy in there he explained he took over the shop and is trying new things on the menu that others don’t do. I’m happy to report the kebabs are beautiful. Some shops in bishop their kebabs even smell like dog meat but this was lovely. Pizzas are really nice too not strong tomato bases like others and a healthy portion of toppings. Staff were great the lass who served me had some banter which is nice to have. The guy who took the place over was telling me about his menu plans. And another guy asked me about my order which made sure my order was correct and how I wanted it. Il be using this regular now when I fancy this type of food but as said he is doing different things to the menu to most places so I might be back more often 😂😂. Ps Big Lad enjoyed his chicken

Had seen there was new management so thought I’d give it a try and definitely recommend. Didn’t have high hopes due to previous reviews but seems to really be turning around. Food was piping hot and received early. Everything was cooked perfectly. Coleslaw is to die for, chips were lovely and crispy and pizza was amazing. Will definitely come back really enjoyed it.

Ordered food was due to be delivered at 6pm, rang up at 6:30 and was told it would be 10 mins, food came and was freezing cold and lots if food missing from order. Rang up again to let them know ans man who answered phone said “Oh its him again” to another person. Will not be ordering again and will be advising everyone else to avoid this place and the disgusting attitude of the staff who work there !!!!😡😡

If you want a delivery, don’t bother. The driver will make minimal effort to let you know he has arrived, and when you don’t come out because you’ve no idea he is there he will leave your pizza on the GROUND outside your front door. When you finally find your ice cold pizza and ask for a refund they will demand to have the pizza returned to them first, no explanation why.

Go here regularly after work and i can tell u the food is simply top tier. The cheesy chips are covered in cheese both ontop, throughout and underneath unlike most places where u get a sheet ontop and nothing else. The chips themselves are lovely and crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy internally. The kebab tastes fresh and isn’t to greasy. The burgers are huge and are clearly high quality, and for paying just £5.00 you get two burger patties, a choice of toppings (i got the special burger) and a whole pizza box full of chips. Cannot recommend them enough ‼️‼️

Disgusting food and customer service is horrendous! Ordered food at 7.20, came at 7.50 my little girls food was missing. Rang them, they apologised, saying they'd send it back out, after 4 phone calls and 2 hrs later they have refused to send it out or my money back! Used to be our regular then it went down hill thought we'd try it again. Bad choice won't be going back!

don't even know where to begin, placed an order at 10:45 for and them take my money for them to later say we aren't getting the order and refused us a refund my advice avoid this pizza shop as all they will do is steal your money

I ordered two pizzas and a garlic bread with cheese. One pizza I asked for lightly done and all pizzas and all were absolutely delicious.2 donner kebabs. Devine, the salad was absolutely delicious and so fresh. Will definitely be ordering again.

Didnt mind the pizza shop till i had to pay twice for my order as they said first one would be refunded n order was cancelled and never received the refund now just ignore the phone! £46 in the end for a munchie box n little pizza

Menu said 2 jumbo sausages and chips and they sent and charged for 2 separate portions when I ordered one, pizza toppings were burnt & base wasn't cooked properly, won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered from here many times, food is amazing quality and reasonable prices, I would recommend the kebab wrap with chips and garlic with melted cheese! It’s not too messy and for the price of the L it’s a good size for what you pay good hangover food! Delivery is fast I’ve had no problems with it yet. Best takeaway I’ve had in a while

This used to be the best takeaway in Bishop. Tonight my food was 20 mins late, the meat was tough and barely warm and the peppers and mushrooms were missing. This is the second time this has happened - there won't be a third time. 2 meals in the bin. Avoid.

Parmo was very average. But the 5 stars have to go to the chilli sauce alone. Really nice.
