Missing potatoes and stuffing food was also cold

Veggie burger looked freezer burned abd had been microwaved and fir a very long time it was solid. Had to bin. The other food was edible but didnt taste good

Ordered Tex Mex chilli there must have been a tablespoon of chilli plenty of rice and tortillas. Very disappointed ☹️

when I placed the order ,I always ask them in notes absolutely no green vegetables or sweetcorn as I have allergies. it's never been a problem before until today. first of carrots are brick hard roast potatoes burnt to a crisp as we're parsnips , beef and ham are tough and dry. Sprouts and broccoli have been mixed all thru everything . the only thing warm was the gravy. If they'd read the notes they'd have got it right. Absolutely disgusted .

My boy absolutely loves coming here for recovery, although sometimes you're stood waiting for somebody to serve you. Apart from that, no other issues

We went at Mother's day, it's one of my mum's favourite locals. The food is standard for a pub, drink prices are decent and the staff are helpful (if not stressed on this particular day). My son enjoys the deserts and cakes. Cakes are synthetic cream not fresh and lack sweetness.

Five family members meeting for lunch and we all ordered the two courses for £8.99. We were charged £46.95. Not sure how the till managed to add on £2 extra but it did!! Drinks bill was extra. My main meal of gammon and eggs was cold and so was one small carvery. To be fair none of the meals were warm enough!! The restaurant was busy, not overly so but we had to wait a while for three sweets. The apple pie and custard I ordered was huge and really nice and I think that might be where the extra £2 came in- maybe a full size portion. Won’t stop me meeting the family there again but this time I didn’t rate my visit or the food apart from the pie😀

Took a relative out for a birthday lunch and everything we wanted to order was unavailable so 2 of us ended up having the carvery which wasn't the best. The sprouts were hard and cold and the yorkie was just like a big crisp and not edible. We decided to buy cake to take away and yet again we were limited with what we could purchase due to nothing being in stock. Overall a bit of a disappointment but if we were in the area we would give it another try and hopefully things will be better.

Fantastic breakfast this morning at Redburn Farm Blantyre. Anya went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and settled. Lovely positive attitude and fantastic atmosphere. Thanks again Anya & the team x

Could have been a bit hotter but a quick blast in the microwave sorted that. Meat perfectly cooked, good variety and plentiful amount of vegetables. Altogether quite good value. Sticky toffee pudding nice and moist and a pretty large portion.

Shocking experience came in was no one to greet us at the front, so took a seat looked at the menu first before my girlfriend went up to order food and while she was doing this a older lady with grey hair a member of stuff ran up to me at the table in aggressive manner shouting did you reserve a table I said a didn't which she then said well you need to as all reserved in a very cheeky voice which blow my mind as no reserve sign on table plus restaurant wasn't even halfway full. A had to then get up and catch my girlfriend as she was ordering food which the man was putting through no problem and he looked very very puzzled when I said to my girlfriend that I had been approached by the woman saying what she had said to me so both decided to leave and go to another restaurant where we felt welcomed. This is a update months on from they're reply message which was alot of rubbish also as I got in contact with them through email and the address they provided telling me to contact them so time wasters to internally and don't really care about they're customers as far as am concerned.

Good delivery service however portion of meat was only one slice of beef and a huge (unwanted) portion of stuffing. Slice of beef quite fatty as well Have complained and am awaiting answer.

It was a very quiet night but our server, and specifically David in the carvery made it a very worthwhile time. I could not have hoped a better going somewhere for the first time, and will definitely be going again.

Went with 3 friends at lunchtime. We all tried the lunchtime menu which was very reasonable and beautifully cooked. Will defo return.

Food was dry, overcooked and left under the heat lamp for too long. The dog seemed to enjoy it though.

Went last Saturday and got the standard carvery, this was the nicest carvery I've been to in a while. Whilst not as much variety as other carvery but everything they had was cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend

Had dinner here, wife got the nachos and I got the ultimate chicken combo. Chicken combo was terrible. I had chosen to get the Louisiana strips which were clearly cooked from frozen and just chicken-like mush on the inside (no idea what makes them Louisiana style). Chicken wings with absolutely no flavour whatsoever. I opted for my 2 side to be chips and fries because I wanted try both but only fries came and they were cold. The sauce I got was BBQ and when I asked the waiter where it was, he came back with a bottle of Heinz BBQ sauce. The entire plate looked depressing so I asked if I could swap it out but this was not easy. Went to the bar and stood waiting for someone to serve me and eventually a chef came and said he would get a duty manager and when I told the duty manager what the issue is, he said I would need to speak to the guy at the end of the bar as he has "the till key". So on to my 3rd staff member, he was serving someone so I had to wait again and eventually he helped. Unfortunately, by the time I got back to my table, my wife had finished her meal and I then had to wait 15min while they heated up my next frozen meal. As a replacement, I got the combo stack burger which as mentioned above, was clearly frozen food heated up. McDonald's has more fresh-tasting food and I'm not exaggerating. It's a shame, I really wanted it to be good as it's only a walk away from my house and usually these carvery/pub food places are good. Didn't give one star because the staff I spoke to were really nice. That said, won't be back.

As a local childminder I come here a lot for my mindees birthdays or just a treat out. It's great value for money and the staff are always great. Vicki, Mary and Cameron go out their way to make all the kids feel welcome, even when they have all the ice creams to do after our meals

I went back as they menu was really good BUT staff says it all changed and I wasn't impressed with new menu.ended up going fkr carvery DISAPPOINTED meat tough roast potatoes I couldn't cut nor eat and it still had breakfast tickets up above carvery so bacon was gravy and so on so didn't know what gravy was what flavour

First visit and I was so impressed with how friendly and professional all the staff was. Food was really good value for money and the place was nice and clean. We were a large table near the soft play for the little one and that was ideal. Great experience.

This is a must visit restaurant if you wanna try breakfast buffet. The area is serene and just near the main road. Delicious breakfast at a very reasonable price.

A Family get together from the surrounding areas, to have a belated Christmas Lunch and Gift Swap. As always, Staff attentive from arriving to leaving. Food just as delicious, great portions and affordable priced.

Not the worst meal that I had. Had to clear away our own starter plates to a table waiting to be cleared. Had soup and chicken strips for starters. Main course was the carvery. Vegetables at carvey were hard, personal taste others may like them hard. Roast potatoes could of caused any injury if you throw them at someone. Meat was a bit hit or miss. Partners gammon had large chunk of fat. My turkey had a pink colour off it. Was cooked but a bit off putting. Had seen good reviews just a bit disappointed. Never had a pudding but a lot of people getting takeaway cakes so always a good sign.

Ordered a carvery with beef, the beef was very, very dry but my dog seemed to enjoy it.

First time visiting and it was lovely, had main courses (fish and chips and hunters chicken) which were lovely and had desserts, (apple crumble and cream and chocolate brownie and cream) which were huge and we struggled to finish them. Staff also helpful, will definitely be back.

I think they were short-staffed as there was a bit of a queue to order food and drinks but the staff that were on were unfailingly friendly, polite and helpful. Thanks and well done.

My party was greeted as soon as we entered and were directed to sit at any table we felt comfortable at in the family section for my sons 5th birthday meal. Kids menus and crayons were provided to keep the kids entertained while they were also in and out of the play zone. Food was fab everyone cleared their plates. My main reason for posting this feedback was to show my appreciation for Shaun. He was soo polite, kind and nothing was a bother. He seen I'd went to the bar and rushed round to serve me so I could get back to my dinner. I hope this finds its way back to Shaun, as he honestly made the experience so much better! Credit to the company that one Thank you all again

Can’t fault red burn farm Hamilton great service from minute walk in till leave and the staff doesn’t annoy you by constantly coming over like other eating places

Myself and my sister visited to book for 18/19 people for the festive menu. We had to visit the restaurant to book as our calls were unanswered. We were advised by the assistant on duty that night that they would have to clarify booking with the manager and would let us know. A couple of weeks past and we had no notification so we visited again and was assured the booking had been accepted. On the night before our booking we visited and while in just double checked the booking only to be told there was no booking on the system. The booking was only then put on the system. When we arrived at the restaurant on 28/12/24 @ 5pm our tables weren't ready. We were like 4 separate families out for dinner. There was no table covers, crackers or even festive menus on the table. So all in all there was nothing festive about it. The orders were all taken at different times so they were all served at different times. A couple of people ordered tikka masala half and half. The curry was like soup it was so runny and the chicken didn't resemble anything like chicken, it was a very dark colour. The gluten free chicken wings with bbq sauce was also a let down as the sauce again was very runny and thin. Some of the meals were luke warm. We have all visited regularly together and separately without any issues. This is my 82 year old mums favourite place to eat when out and she was very disappointed at the issues we encountered. It definitely wasn't any of our best experience and I hope it doesn't put any of us off visiting again.

As long as you remember, it is similar to pub food then you won't be disappointed. Staff were good but the food was low quality and poorly done. I had poached eggs that I could have used as tennis balls.

Staff make you feel so welcome. Having neurodivergent family some can be overwhelmed or over stimulated and meltdown Staff are amazing dealing with these situations Food was lovely and selection ample too. Deserts belly burstingly fab 👌

We booked in here for Christmas Day Lunch / Dinner. The table was beautifully set, staff were very kind and enthusiastic and the food was delish! We even had a wee Personalised Bauble with our Surname on it and a Present for our Baby Girl too! Such a thoughtful touch. Thank You Redburn Farm!

Placed a delivery order at 17:00 and still waiting for food at 20:20 . Tried to contact restaurant to see if there was a problem (lol) and can only get an answering machine, Not impressed.

We had a fab time, managers, waitresses and Chef were very attentive. As I am vegetarian, I wanted to have a non-meat alternative for my carvery. I explained to the waitress that I was interested in the cheese pie type product but I have a mustard seed allergy. She searched through her tablet and confirmed it had mustard. So, I had the carvery with just veg and two Yorkshire puddings and it was great. I always recommend this branch to family and friends due to the quality of food and excellent service.

I ordered carvery and cake, the cake arrived, carvery did not. I am being refunded for the cost of carvery but not the delivery and service charge which I wouldn't have brought if I had know I was only getting cake. If I reorder I will have to pay delivery fee and service charge again. Very poor service indeed. I tried phoning repeatedly but got no answer.

Never had a bad experience here. Staff are very friendly, food is very good and very good portion sizes Edited as in the past year, the quality and service has gone downhill. Food is often overcooked and unpleasant. After being customers for years, we gave up and went elsewhere.

It’s alright! The general menu food has Iceland/Farmfoods vibes at times but it’s actually decent enough for the price. The carvery, though, is why I’d rather travel 10-15miles over to Robroyston as the carvery @ Red Burn Farm just doesn’t meet expectations. There is a serious lack of veg options and I always feel even though the portion sizes are great, it’s nothing more than bang average and leaves you feeling like going somewhere else would have been better. The staff though are always great! Never a problem. Never have to wait excessively and always efficient in dealing with your little requests such as sauces or tea spoons or stuff for the kids etc. The staff set the standard. The food can be improved. Easy to get to, free parking and they sell tasty big slabs of cake so not all doom & gloom.

Greeted at the door, so informative, all staff had smiles and time for the kids. We started a party of 7 which changed to 11. We were accommodated in all aspects. Food was great and hot. Staff let us sit a little while longer to catch up with distant family. Pricing was fantastic and the desserts where not only beautiful but huge, kids were mesmerised with them. We have just moved to the area and have already decided this will be our local eatery. Thank you to all.

Have enjoyed food from both the carvery and main menu. I found all staff really helpful and pleasant in their service and communication, which is refreshing. Great for families for when booking near the mini kids play area, keeps kids entertained.

Sloppy put together meal meat was terrible ham had more fat than meat not even half a slice roast beef and don’t no we’re the Turkey went to and no cauliflower cheese

Visiting my Daughter in Blantyre and went to the Red Burn Farm today to have breakfast with her, excellent service, Anya was particularly good, very friendly and gave great customer service 😊

The beef was bland and dry and tough and cold the Yorkshire pudding and cold and hard the gammon was pretty much fat and gristle the turkey was bland and dry and cold they need to do a better job and my order was missing a sticky toffee pudding and

Food was absolutely froozen and the Yorkshire puddings are like a brick, plus all my gravy was lumpy with bits off weird stuff in it, dont usually have a bad experience with use but this was awful.
