King Kone in South Lanarkshire

Waited for an hour and 20 mins for the food to turn up and taste like rubber. however when phoned to make a complaint as the food tasted as if it had actually been reheated was told from the chief no they were not, and to take them to any restraunt to prove they had been reheated and that it was different chips they had used 🤔. Definitely won't be ordering from there again, there new chips taste disgusting

Absolute joke of a place order and waited 3 hours and still hasnt arrived they are clised now so cant get in contact so have basically just robbed £25 well done

I was sad after drinking my milkshake. Not good. I will never buy again.

So not what it was. Ordered 2 waffles, felt like they had been warmed in a microwave. Ordered strawberries - none available but got delivery anyway without. Won't order again.

Never again ordering from this place again I ordered it at 21:53pm and the order was expected to come at 22:35-22:55 and it came at 23:40 shocking.

Never AGAIN. placed a order and payed for it last night and still have not received it 27 hours later called umpteen times its a shambles

Not impressed what so ever!!!! Ordered £15 worth of items from a deal thing and missing pick and mix! the pick and mix isn't a pick and mix 3 different sweets in the packet that was it more so rainbow strips more than anything. The so called large tango ice blast was a small and only had cherry!!!

I will never order from king cone again, Are not serious or placed an order at 19:50 and the delivery said to stay at my house around 20: 30- 20:55 the order never arrived I do not pretend to eat after 10 minutes but after an hour and a half I think a person who paid should have the service, instead at 9.15pm I called and was told that the order was with the driver and that it was coming. to premise that I live 5 minutes by car from king cone, and after 25 minutes I call back and I am told that they are full but the order is on the way, moral of the story or requested a refund because after 2 and a half hours I have not eaten nothing and even had the courage to call the driver who said they were taking him and I refused. bad service and seriousness

Didnt even deliver my order. Will be asking for refund. Bloody awful service.

Having to reduce review score as I've ordered a number of times and I won't be using them in future. Every time I order I have been called to change at least one item as its unavailable. Once was fine but this is every single time now. Delivery times have taken over an hour every time (for ice cream!!!) Last order had one item changed again (I've cream flavour) after a call but when it arrived we received two blue slushes when we'd ordered mixed ice blasts - change not communicated. One star for friendliness of staff, and one for the quality of the items we do receive but really needs a lot of work on selection availability and delivery times.

Took 35 minutes to make 2 waffles and barley an ice cream with the tiniest scoop ive seen

Not the same anymore as when first opened place has went down hill

Ordered a millionaire cheesecake, got a forrero rocher cheesecake delivered with a not saying no millionaire cheesecake sorry (I’m allergic to hazelnuts) very disappointed won’t order from here again

My family and grandsons love king Kong.Weve frequented this place lots.amazing choice of ice cream, hot pancakes and large cakes.lots more.well worth a visit.only have small amount of seating.You can have takeaway or delivery.

Got 2 x 8 scoops. Ordered nutella, Ferrero rocher, chocolate fudge brownie and Scottish tablet and my partner ordered his. Received it n it's tasteless received vanilla, n a think is chocolate with random bits. Not happy won't be ordering again because clearly they don't know which ice cream is which!

Rude staff and no nice taste disgusting food

Excellent milkshakes and ice cream, I would've given 5 stars but knocked one off because you can't pay by card, I couldn't buy as much as I wanted as I had limited cash on me.

Great selection of sweets pop in if I'm passing through larkhall but could do with a wee restock as most recent visit never had nearly as much. Still good though.

The pancakes and waffles are a bit tasteless, there’s no sugar with the waffles so it’s not the best. But the caramel milkshake is so sweet and delicious. So many to choose from .

Try the cakes in the evening there amazing.

Kids and adults alike love this place. Great Ice cream.

Great selection but very over priced, found some of same things in supermarket for half the price.

This is a fabulous experience. All the flavours of ice cream you desire. Hot and cold drinks too. We'll worth a visit. Sit in area available.
