Our server struggled to fill the cones and the venue is slightly down at heel but.. Interesting flavour combinations, very tasty ice cream and worth the treat if £3.85 for a single cone

Busied for a treat, staff weren’t very interactive, £3.50 for a small tub of ice cream and no sprinkles??? Not much of an ice cream factory, won’t go again

Family of 14, all found a flavour they wanted, including a dairy free. I had rhubarb and custard flavour, it even had bits of stewed rhubarb in it, as close to perfection as you could imagine. Staff polite and helpful

OMG the flavours.... Bara Brith flavoured ice cream - who knew!!?? Absolutely delicious!!! The long queue speaks volumes as to the quality of fare here, cones, waffles, tubs - all at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back next time we visit the beach!

You have to try their chocolate dipped waffle cones - 2 scoops of course. Lovely ice cream, forced into the cones - no empty air pockets here.......Had a week in Chester & enjoyed 2 days in Prestatyn & came here both days. Keep an eye for the gulls, as they looked like they wanted some too!

Always friendly service, new ice cream flavours every day, long queues outside of the shop and reasonable prices. But I’m concerned about very dirty tables around the shop, is there the way to clean them regularly?

Not cheap but the quality of ice cream and interesting and unusual flavours was well worth it. We ended up visiting twice in 3 days!

The ice cream is wonderful but the service. For the money they are making they can afford more staff and more freezers, they should visit Snugbury’s for some training as they have it spot on. The staff are friendly and helpful but at the cost of the queue…I won’t be joining it again sadly.

One of the best ice cream parlours in the area. The rum and raisin was excellent, highly recommended. As other reviewers have already said it is a dog friendly location with outside seating. They are very well organised with their social distancing but something to remember that at peak time the service is a little slow but very friendly. I have one serious suggestion to make and that is the outside tables are very vert dirty, they have litter stuffed between the table top slats. They look like they haven't been scrubbed for years.

This place does offer coffee, snacks etc, but I have only ever used for an ice creak cone as they have great choice of unusual flavours all on view in the freezer cabinet. Lovely to get one to stroll along Prestatyn promenade.

We stopped here for a coffee on a sunny winter’s day. We love the location on the promenade, great for sea views and walks by the beach. Dogs are welcome inside, which is lovely. The cafe is very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Well worth a visit.

Just popped in for a coffee and ice cream after noticing a sign in the window stating "well behaved dogs welcome". The wife had a freshly brewed pot of her favourite tea (rolled leaves) and I had a cappuccino which was really good. The kids had ice cream and the dog got a bowl of water. Would definitely go again and this is a must for dog walkers!

Very good pub until we were asked to leave because our dogs were ‘barking’ (a maximum of 3 times) after spending nearly 4 hours here we had a lovely experience with people and staff welcoming our dogs until one older lady told us to we had to leave if our dogs were going to bark which was for a very short time at another passer by 🤷♀️

Stayed and ate here after escaping from a terrible nearby campsite. The room was cheap for such short notice and was surprisingly posh, although the absence of a wardrobe was a bit annoying. As to the food, it's fine for what it is. There's a fairly limited set menu and the portions aren't massive by Welsh standards, but it was all very well done and the service was quick and efficient. A good budget choice.

Advertised a gluten free chippy but won't serve gluten free after 7pm, the stuff was rude and couldn't even be bothered to put my food in a bag 😉

Super friendly locals. Myself and my brother (visiting from Australia) spent an excellent evening there. Although we did lose 'the Ashes' on the excellent pool table. Wales 1 Australia 0. But we'll be back to try and level up!

Afternoon tea for two. Mashed up egg sandwiches, sickly shop bought cakes, passable scones served in a gloomy room with somebody's pushchair beside our table. Totally disappointing. Would not recommend.
