I have now eaten three times in the Rebos Restaurant in Boston town centre and I have been impressed by the following features: (a) the general cleanliness and atmosphere, with view overlooking the shopping mall (b) the friendliness of the staff (c) the extensive menu (printed on large card with town history on the back!) (d) the quality of the food (especially like the wedge-shaped chips, the pie of the day and the superb home baked carrot cake with whipped or ice cream) (e) the way in which the coffees and teas are served (f) the reasonable prices Only slight fault was the fact that we were not asked if we wanted a sweet after finishing the main course--in other words there was a large gap (and possibly some missed trade)

We're visiting from Leigh-on-Sea and staying in a local airbnb. Our host recommended this restaurant, and she wasn't wrong. We were welcomed by I presume the owner, and he was fun from the start. The food was delicious and served by 2 lovely girls. I can't fault this restaurant it's a proper old-fashioned Indian restaurant as we used to get down South with a free drink after the meal and a cobra with a takeaway. Just lovely! Don't stop what you're doing it works ....thankyou 🙏

Lovely light lunch in Wrangle. Booked late so didn't get best table but still well placed in a safe environment. Enjoyed lovely home made lunches including salad, quiche and sausage pie and smashing cakes. Must have an afternoon tea next time, looked perfect

Visiting the area for the day, we located The Thatched Cottage via Tripadvisor. Booked a table for late lunch. Fortunately a pleasant day as having our furry friend with us we had to sit outside. Our lunch was as good as hoped for; a generous portion of roast lamb, served on a bed of lovely mash, accompanied by red cabbage, yorkshire pud, roasties and apricot stuffing. The sides of creamy blue cheese leeks and trio of carrots, french beans and swede were colourful and tasty. Our meal was served promptly and the half pints of Doom Bar washed our lunch down nicely. Friendly service A thoroughly enjoyable lunch, a good find which we would recommend We may not have booked had it been a cold wet day, delighted it wasn't. Note to TTCR, perhaps look at a doggy owner corner in your bar for diners over the winter months?
