Great food , friendly staff ,highly recommend

Popped in for breakfasts. Nice welcome. Needs updating a bit inside. Food was very nice. And a good price.

Great food and atmosphere. Will definitely be going again. The carvery which is on Wednesday and Sunday is well worth a visit.

Over from Australia to see the family and staying in a local Air BnB. Booked for Saturday lunch and was great, fantastic food (especially the mixed grill!) Very attentive and friendly staff, couldn't fault anything Booked again, 7 for the carvery on Sunday. Loved the food again, everything perfectly cooked. Bar staff again were all over it, very friendly and looking after us. 10 out of 10 for the kitchen and bar.

Booked in for 6.30. No mash. Only 1 yorkshire left No broccoli. Only 2 meats left and they were on there last legs. Dont bother after 6pm even if u have booked like we did.

We have parked up for the night a few times, eaten and drank every visit . The staff are fabulous, food is excellent and the locals are great. Cannot fault the place.

We have been coming to the Three Horseshoes atleast once a month for the last 2 years. I know it's 2 years as the first time we attended our son was a newborn. We have always been on a Sunday and loved the carvery! As our son has gotten older the pub has always catered for him. From mashed up veg and gravy when he first started solid food to his big boy carvery now. Lovely place with great food and staff ❤️

My partner and myself stumbled across this gem of a place on the way back home from Skegness. We ordered a full English breakfast each, which contained local produce and was extremely tasty. The staff were attentive and polite. They were setting up the Sunday carvery as we left - which looked incredible!

A very welcoming establishment. The owner was very pleasant. Food was excellent, all cooked perfectly and served piping hot! The Boston Sausages and chips were especially good. The sponge puddings were beautifully light. A very pleasurable experience whilst visiting the area. Would definitely recommend! Ample parking.

We went on my wife's birthday with myself and 4 children the staff are friendly made us feel welcome they brought out the children meals first so it kept them quite. Our food came out next. The food was lovely and the kids cleared there plates definitely be going back soon.

Lunch time not busy took an hour to get meal no staff around to watch over dining room not asked if we wanted sweet Meal was nothing special left after meal did not want to wait another hour for the sweet They seem to do well for breakfast and evenings but not that bothered about lunches not good

Before I review the food I need to address the floor, I walked in and my feet literally stuck to it. Absolutely disgusting!! The carpet needs a damned good clean. We went for a Sunday carvery, which was ok, not great just ok. The meat was lovely, melt in your mouth; the mashed potatoes looked grey in colour so didn’t bother with them, broccoli and cabbage were boiled beyond recognition, roast potatoes were hard in the middle. I’ve never had a soggy Yorkshire pudding…. Until today, greasy and unappetising. The gravy was absolutely lovely. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I was bitterly disappointed as I’ve read such brilliant reviews but based on this experience I won’t be back in a hurry

Went for an all you can eat buffet Asian night, the food was luke warm so after one plate we left. Wouldn't go again

We had dinner here one weekday evening whilst staying at the nearby Lake View Lodges. Despite being a slightly unusual single story building and not that inviting externally, the meal we had here turned out to be extremely enjoyable. Clearly a very popular venue, the service was a little slow but very friendly. The food, chosen from an extensive traditional menu, was very well prepared, hot, tasty and came in ample helpings (we had all 3 courses). There is a large free car park. The pub bar/restaurant area is not that large and appeared to be very popular with groups (a car club was meeting there on another evening) and they sometimes have entertainment and so I very strongly advise booking a table. We would happily eat here again.

Absolutely top notch place! Was parked in Tory down the road and called to ask if okay to come a walk up and Robert said I could just bring the lorry up as the car park is so big. Parked for 17 hours in there and had a lovely bite to eat and met some great people. Will 100% be back when in the area. Almost signed up for the pool team but maybe next time! Thanks again for a great experience

I must say that I looked at the reviews before going. We were not disappointed. We had family visiting us, and they wanted to go out for breakfast one of the days. The food was freshly prepared, which is always great (I know you have to wait a little longer). When the plates came out well, we struggled to finish all the food, so portions were large. Everything was cooked as you would expect and not swimming in fat. The service was great, very friendly and welcoming. Just to say thank you, this set us up for the day out ahead, and we will definitely be returning soon. I hope this is read as the recommendation it was written.

A huge thankyou to Kerry and her gorgeous team for making us feel so welcome, for finding us something delicious to eat inspite of our food allergies and making us smile and laugh after we'd been feeling ill and having a rotten day.😘 Even coming last in tonight's pub quiz was a howling delight. Maybe the other teams cheated 😱🤣🤣🤣😇 I'd recommend The Three Horse Shoes to anyone. It might just be the friendliest pub on the East Coast.❤

Went for karaoke night last night, I had an amazing time. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate my disabilities. I was truly treated like part of the family. Thank you so much guys, a truly brilliant night with brilliant people.

Have been to this establishment many times, especially lately and had food nearly everytime ive visited and everytime it has been faultless... Quick service, cooked to my requests and unbelievably polite staff!... Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good meal out!!! 10/10

To packed for mothers Day meal, our table was situated in the middle of the room with tables either side, which caused a great inconvenience as we had to keep moving to let people pass, at one point a family could not pass us with their pram unless we physically moved the table, but where to move it I don't know! Maybe a bit of an health and safety issue with hot food passing by us? Food was not good, some hot some cold roast potatoes and parsnips were incinerated to the point I worried about my teeth being broken. Also my pudding was cold when it arrived. All in all not a very good experience.

Limited menu, food not hot, charged £11 for egg chips peas salad and onion rings as no halomi burgers available will not return. Sorry.

Good value for excellent food, efficient and friendly staff. Could have done without 'Bam Bams' No1's from the 2010's on the wall to wall video but hey..... Presumably the regular patrons enjoy it, though they clearly don't tip much. My measly £2 bounced on the bottom of the empty pot, but that aside I can recommend it for a lovely Sunday carvery 🙂

Food really nice and plentiful. Staff all smiles and very helpful. One star down because of rhe three screens showing Bam Bam TV playing very loudly plus adverts I would rather not see while eating.

Stopped for full English breakfast. Absolutely delicious. Clean surrounds and polite friendly service. Thoroughly recommend. Only downer its not so easy with a wheelchair but once in, nothing, any trouble.

Pulled in today on the off chance glad we did,the service was very good the staff friendly, welcomed us even though we were in a lorry,we had the lasagne chips and salad to take away,nothing was to much trouble even opened the door for us,brilliant we will be back when we're in the area,looking forward to trying the breakfast. Choice of beef, pork or gammon. Mash and roast potatoes available but the roast potatoes were hard, they re-did some for us by deep frying but they were still too firm to eat. Nice cheesy leeks and parsnips, also there were brussels, cabbage and carrots. Would come again but would like better roast potatoes and also chicken or turkey. Nice atmosphere and shoeing live sports

Recently under new management, lovely owners and great food

Very poor service 2 and half hours for 2 courses. The chicken tasted like it had been defrosted by microwave to be used for the chicken madeira..it had a very off taste. Server was unsure how to greet and smile. Maybe a change of channel from just sports would help too.

I love a good full English, this place does one of the best cooked tastiest I have had. Fresh local produce cooked exactly right. Highly recommended place to eat.

Called today (17th September) wife and I had all day breakfast. Very good.... plenty of it cooked properly and at good temperature... not luke warm ... impressed

Lovely food we shared a started and pud . The mains were Devine. Hubby had cheese burger and I had lasagne. Proper chips as well. Portions were just too big for us unfortunately as I would have loved to have eaten it all lol. Dog friendly pub as well

Very disappointed got my meal 20 minutes before my wife got hers witch was scampi and chips the scampi was so hard she could hardly eat it ,and she wasn't offered any sauce.,we won't be going back.

Found this place by accident while on holiday on a night where they had live music - very friendly staff and a great pint - food was exceptional - recommended!

Came here Saturday 27th August and had a 10oz steak and chips and it was the best cooked steak I have ever had and I also came again on the 29th August and had the mixed grill and it was the best mixed grill I have ever had the chicken and gammon absolutely melted in your mouth and again the steak was perfection also the service and the staff were so friendly and welcoming in making space for me on the Saturday I would recommend this establishment to anyone as all the food is locally sourced I shall be using this place again for the next week as it is the best meal I have ever had excellent service all round 👏👏👏😁😁😁

We drove pass to see a sign "open for breakfast", we was so pleased we went in as the breakfast was excellent + the staff and service.

Good food, adequate portions. £14 for a main and starter/desert, just be vigilant if you order s Shandy as it is the same price as a full pint of beer.

Called in for breakfast and it was fantastic, well cooked with Lincolnshire sausages it was great value, the staff were all pleasent and friendly. Will go back for sunday roast because if it's as good as the breakfast then it will be great, would highly recommend.

Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. We went for Sunday lunch at 1.00pm which is the normal time for us. However some of the vegetables were only warm by this time. The meat was all very tender and tasty. Big disappointment was no real ale on draft. If you've got a handpull make sure you've got something decent on it and it's in good condition
