My husband ordered 3 sandwiches today, very simple sausage bacon and egg. It was completely inedible, I tried to call but the telephone number does not work. It was order through just eat. The bacon looked like it was cooked a week ago. Place should be shut down for charging people for this. See photos…

In 1951, after reading War and Peace for the twelfth time, the Russian writer Mikhail Prishvin noted in his diary that he felt, at last, that he had understood his life. Certain works of art, whether it be Tolstoy's war and peace, or Michelangelo's David, move you in inexplicable and beautiful ways. Well my friends, I must say that while art in recent years has been a dying medium, a sick one, comparable to the ottoman empire at the beginning of the twentieth century I can safely say that a genius has emerged in a new, revolutionary medium. Yes, I must say that Rebecca's Tearoom's ultimate breakfast has made me understand my life. All the events that precede this morning, all the suffering and the pain and the existential dread all added up to something greater than I could have comprehended. Thank you Rebecca's tea room for allowing me this self actualisation, this realisation, this meditation, and filling the void once present in my heart. I particularly enjoyed the hash brown.

My family and I visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon, which should have been our first warning sign. The dining room was nearly empty, and now I understand why. The rib of beef was disappointing—mostly fat with little meat clinging to a half-bare bone. The sides were equally unsatisfactory: frozen roast potatoes, rock-hard Yorkshire puddings straight from the freezer, cold gravy, and vegetables that had clearly been sitting out far too long, appearing wrinkled and dried out. The children's meal consisted of nothing more than a Chicago Town frozen pizza. When my daughter remarked that her school cafeteria serves better food, I knew we had made a terrible mistake. Not once did any staff member check on our satisfaction or food quality. We left immediately after finishing, feeling that our money had been completely wasted. In my experience, an empty restaurant usually indicates issues with food quality or service—this establishment unfortunately confirmed that rule.

This is a great place for parties, family events or just a quiet night for 2. We have 2 very picky eaters and they really enjoyed their dinner. The food was excellent, the customer service was fantastic. And overall the experience has been amazing. We will be back time an time again. Well worth it.

This is the best bakery around, I have seen previous posts saying staff are rude This is completely false, they are the most friendly people I have had the pleasure of meeting very helpful and polite making you feel welcome and wanting to go back time and time again. I agree you have to queue and remember that the sign there is a queue indicates that the standards are excellent. Ladies you keep up the excellent work and I look forward to my next visit, but most of all THANKYOU.
