What a lovely coffee shop!!! The BEST coffee in town. Super friendly staff. Delicious selection of cakes although I’ve only tried one so far. Comfortable, relaxed seating. Highly recommend this lovely place. Oh and if you happen to pass by at a time when they’re closed take a look at the cute window display 😊

Visited Long Eaton for the first time yesterday and came across this independent cafe. Thought we'd give it a try and we were so pleased we did. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and the coffee was excellent. This is a hidden little gem. You wont be disappointed.

We've been here a few times and cannot fault the fabulous coffee or cake but I'm a particular fan of the Spanish Latte! Well worth a visit

Absolutely fantastic place to sit and have a lovely coffee. From the clocks that tell the world coffee beans times to the seaside sounds in the toilet this place is just in a class of its own. The coffee is made perfectly, and the nibbles always come served with care and attention. An absolute gem on the edge of the main street.

Solo walked from Loughborough to Long Eaton and as a massive fan of coffee in its purest form I was so glad that I stumbled across this delightful place for a well deserved coffee. Amandas attention to detail is absolutely pheonominal and you couldn't wish for a more welcoming and knowledgeable host, they have Turkish coffee which for the first time I managed to experience , along with an array of delectable cakes and other food items. The real star though is actually the coffee, you cns have it via their expensive coffee machine, Turkish style, Aeropress, Pourover and God knows how many other ways. I can see this place becoming quite a regular haunt for myself, do yourself a favour and give it a visit, you won't regret it. Thank you for everything 😊 Pep!

Real coffee does the BEST HOT CHOCOLATE EVER. The cafe is cosy and inviting and has a welcoming owner. The loo is a great experience too (with "sounds of the sea" playing in the background!) Will definitely be back....

Four of us went for afternoon tea. It was all delicious and presented beautifully. We had sandwiches, scones with cream, cakes and macarooons. And of course lots of beautifully brewed tea. They even catered for a vegetarian. We were made very welcome by the proprietors - as always.

Poor. Staff are not friendly. My second visit here and it did not impress or make up for the first visit.

Popped in here after husband ran in the local park run. It was the first cafe we came across from where we parked. What a find, very friendly and knowledgable staff, great coffee and cake served beautifully. Very clean and great decor. Toilet also very clean, loved the sea and seagulls sounds playing in there. Will definitely call back.

Welcoming staff, great atmosphere, good selection of coffee and tasty food. What else to ask for? Absolute gem.

Fantastic place! We have been coming to the coffee shop for quite some time now! The 1st time we had such a warm welcome! It was because of Bruno the elephant that we actually come to the coffee shop! Amanda is such a lovely lady and treats everyone with such kindness and respect! Alan cook’s amazing food, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, the coffee and cakes are totally amazing and worth the price! Everyone gets treated like family and if your ever in Long Eaton go treat yourself and believe me you won’t regret it!

Visited Real Coffee for the first time yesterday whilst killing some time in Long Eaton and came back again today with my daughter because this place is incredible. So friendly and delicious. Today we shared one of their milkshakes which was AMAZING! They use proper chocolate in their milkshake no powdered stuff and it is honestly the best milkshake we have ever tasted. They also have a loyalty card programme and discount. Thé café is well decorated, clean and welcoming. Free Wifi is available and the cakes look incredible! Definitely recommend.

We also fell upon the realcoffee cafe after a quick visit to Argos across the road. We are so glad we did. We had a lovely warm welcome from the manager Amanda, the cafe was spotlessly clean, cosy, comfortable and warm . The ambiance was set with the gentle lighting and the soft old time traditional music playing in the back ground. My other half had a hot chocolate that he said was like a hug in a mug, best he’s had he said, I had decaf latte with my coffee shot separate, so I could adjust the coffee strength as I wished. Both drinks were nice and hot and looked very appetising especially with the little biscuit tastefully placed on the drink tray. We don’t visit long eaton very much now, however we will make sure we do soon as we are looking forward to trying some of the lunches available, they sound yummy. Toilet area was spotlessly clean, love the single flannel use hand towels and the sound of the sea and seagulls in the loo was quirky and fun. Look forward to our next visit, thank you.

Always a pleasant experience we really look forward to our visits. There is always something new to try, a new guest coffee of tea plus the new menu treats. The host goes out of the way to make sure your visit is enjoyed.
