TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE! Would not recommend to anyone!

The quality was no good and the food was cold

Pizza was cold and noodles were very salty

Order was very very late. I usually order from Rawal and in the past have had no complaints but this time it was beyond an issue and resulted in my diabetic mother screaming at me as it was nearly 2 hours before the food got to us and it was cold.

Excellent food and good value for money.

Only downside ordering from here is delivery drivers since past few month always come with less change, if you live local and already paying just eat delivery plus service charge not worth ordering online costing way too much rather collect or eat in

I’d give you a 0 but that’s impossible so I give you a 1 order was confirmed to £80 and then charged us extra £2 took 2 hours and didn’t answer me back and when the driver came he forgot the sauce and drinks And took an extra 30 minutes when he said he’d take 5 minutes food was cold and the pizza was mosh just dough. AND THE SAUCE SPILLED IN THE BAG 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😤😶😤😤😠😠😠

Today i ordered even though regular customer food was way better quality was fresher also chappatis have improved sometimes have been slight burnt or half cooked proper chappatis and decent curry today 10/10 compared to usual 8/10. Food always good

STOP Order From Here people Please…i order a chiken tikka masala and i received this horrible food disgusting 🤮 and wait 2 hours for delivered my food .. cost me £26 and everything through to the bin . i ring the manager and i send the picture to him buy whatsapp .. and what hes said sorry you right the masala not looking good .oh my days . ! i am not leaving like this i am gonna report them dont worry its not about the money its about us they dont care they thinking we are dogs we can eat everything and the next day you feel sick.. there is why .. Order was delivered late but marked as dispatched and delivered to sit within the expected delivery time - cheeky! Chips were soggy. One portion of the salt and pepper wings was absolutely covered .in red chilli flakes making it inedible. The pizzas were okay. First time I'd ordered and wouldn't rush back.

The food was as asked for, but the poppadoms were stale and they missed the sauces that were specifically ordered. I would say that this was a somewhat okay meal.

The food curry was very bland & plain, basic with no herbs and no masala or spices

I expected delivery at 00:30 on Monday morning. Delivery arrived, with food, cold and all over the 'box' it was placed in @ 00:57 Pathetic.

Pizza was freezing and the boxes wet through with the rain was missing the chips said they’d bring more and never did, horrendous

driver arrived but couldn't find his way in to the small complex. Eventually the restaurant re-did the order and the owner brought it himself. eventually good service but very late

Went after about 12 months. Got our order wrong twice, we're out of stock on 2 off the items ordered. Was empty, we were the only customers. Kebabs were terrible. Chop could not be chewed. Took too long. Table was dirty. Should have taken the hint. It had no customers. My mistake.

Ordered from Rawals after a very long time. A good few years as I did not even know they were no longer operating the Chinese at the shop next door. The cheeseburger was okay standard like you get from many takeaway. I was disappointed with the chicken chow mein. The chicken was very dry and there was no flavour to it.

Rubbish pizzas. No veg on any of the 3 pizzas! Not worth the money.

Food was delivered 2.5 hours late … never have I had a problem before but that’s totally unacceptable and absolutely no contact from restaurant to say why the delay. Food was lovely otherwise.

I buy my salt and pepper wings and chips! The portion is quite generous, and the regular portion is about right for me. I struggle to finish a large portion! Personally the chilli flakes can sometimes be too much kick for me so I ask to not put those in which the guys oblige. Only disappointing thing is that they are cash only, which I know about, so it's not really a problem for me.

There was hardly any meat in the curry half. Container paid £11,95 for the curry disgusting

El servicio del personal femenino fue terrible. Estaba saltando fuera de la tienda y saludando a los chicos que se iban en la carretera. Estaba comiendo de un recipiente debajo del mostrador y sirviendo mientras se limpiaba los dedos y las manos en su propio trasero. Discutía y gritaba con el personal de cocina en voz alta. poppadoms are stale. mint sauce tastes just like curry powder. the paneer starters are flat cold as is the curry sauce and the biryani as a horrible taste and the keema is very grissly

Pizza was cold ordered no mint sauce, ordered 7up but got Irnbru, drink don’t like the drink . I am not happy , won’t be ordering again .

The chappatis were not soft, and were cold by time they arrived. The chow mien special had a burnt smell and taste. Meat dish was ok but chicken dish was not very flavourful.

Don’t even bother ordering from here. First of all our food came late, we had rang them prior and they said the delivery man was there loading the food and it would be 5 minutes, we literally live 3 minutes away and the food still came 20 minutes later. When opening the bag they had left out a few things on our order so we rang up, they initially said we’d have to wait 45 minutes and then changed it to 15 minutes. It’s now been half an hour and I’m still waiting for my damn food!!!!!!! Those of us lucky enough to have our food arrive said it was absolutely vile! The food was horrible, bland, tasteless and just overall rubbish! We’ve tried to ring them a few more times and there has been no answer! Absolutely shocking behaviour. I hope to God your business closes down soon. You’re awful people with rubbish business skills.

Staying for a few days near Bradford and had a craving for desi food. Quick delivery. Tasty food made to instructions provided. Great professional service from the delivery driver. Would certainly order again when in area!

I only write reviews if somewhere is really good or really bad and unfortunately this was the latter. We have been to Rawal so many times over the years and the food has always been tasty and reasonably priced. We regularly eat out but I hadn't checked the reviews recently and we have had good experiences previously. Sadly we will never go again. The food was poor…cheap frozen veg, lumpy mash and the chicken was bland. Paid but i went back as thought it seemed expensive and I had been overcharged. No apology 👎🏼

Being a regular customer over 8 years or longer as far as can remember from ordering , eating and dining in also having food delivered recent orders being cancelled by takeaway excuse accusing regular customer delivery drivers turning up and not accepting order when the address is visible and same details just not wanting to take orders anymore no reason well sad missing out on the food . Losing old regular customers unless new management or drivers going to complete different address . Sad waiting order and no food takeaway cancelling orders cant rely on placing order

Cant rely on placing orders no more takeaway cancelling customer order accusing customer of not answering phone for accepting order when delivery driver turns up yet regular customer for over 8years and correct same details . Just not checking and tuning up with food miss out on a meal and loose out on waiting time for a meal well sad .

No deliver!!! Order gone missing. Phone the Takeaway and they said can’t do anything as order has been collected by driver!!! Poor service

Ordered 3 pizza foods, hour late no deliver. I was told it’s been collected by driver and will be with me in 3 minutes half hour later no driver yet just eat app status showed delivered. Rang the takeaway and they said ignore the app it will be delivered… perhaps it’s been delivered to Mars!! Poor service for sure.

Absolutely crap. The waitress is a dirty and filthy girl. Was jumping in and out of the takeaway and smoking. Service n food awful. The owner who came in with some friends with hats on is a stingy sad low life person. Shame I spent that much in his place

Mayb need to avoid ordering cornflake tart 😞 ordered cornflake tart with custard instead given a chocolate cake slice . Another jam or non chocolate dessert could have been sent as alternative or just cancelled and refunded instead of a complete different dessert. Well sad on a cold night missing the right dessert.

Absolutely vile. Threw it out. Seems to have renamed itself on ‘Just Eat’ as ‘The Oriental Chinese Cuisine’ as nothing else comes up but this place when googled. Don’t know how basic Chinese can be so so disgusting. Egg fried rice was hard chewy and oily. Wontons were overcooked and had barely any filling and looked flat like a terribly badly folded samosa. Crispy chilli beef was awful - gloopy saucy smothered in chilli pieces and not at all crispy! This should be dry with a light sauce - theirs was more like a bad sweet and sour.. which brings me to - Sweet & sour sauce was just vinegar. Duck & pancakes are supposed to be with a little cucumber & spring onion. These came with barely any lettuce and just loads of mixed onion. The duck was dry and even the plum sauce was lumpy and tasted off.

Food wasn't bad but wasn't great, could do with a spring clean inside on this sunny autumn day to freshen up the place, speaking of cleaning I feel like I cleaned out my pocket with the prices of the salt and pepper chicken combo even though I only got the chicken... not the worst place I've eaten from I may be back or might not be, 5 STARS!

We've ordered from many different Indian takeaways since moving from Leeds to Cottingley a year ago, and this is 100% the best one yet! Full of flavour, just the right amount of heat and traditional flavours. 👌

I told them not to put sauces on my fish and they still put them on. Whether that was intentional or not I don't know. But very unprofessional and not what I wanted on my food. Waste of money.

Pepsi can = good. Chips = abnormal chemically taste. Pizza = salty, somebody put way too much salt and ruined the pizza, it was a horrible tasting pizza! *Avoid at all costs!* I'd give a zero rating if I could!

Food not properly cooked, you could tell it was food from the night before just warmed up and the Kebabs and onion badgers was refried and not fresh and cold and the curry was tasteless. Not happy very disappointed.

Placed order at 18:22 and received at 20:14.

They sent me the wrong dessert and then took 1 Hr and 45mins to replace it, and didn’t offer to reimburse the cost of the dessert.

Orded from here back in may. Food was missed off my order. Explained this to the person on the phone and was told id get a free meal for next time i order. Called today and another person picked up the phone and was unwilling to help or look into what i was saying. So rude and unhelpful. Will not be ordering from here again

We were absolutely disappointed at the food we received from Rawals today. The chips were super oily and chicken donner wasn't fresh. Not happy.

The last time l ordered from Rawal's was Nov 2022...the order was late, cold and the food was not up to standard....however today...the food was on time, fresh and delicious. Really enjoyed it and appreciated the quality. Thank You.
