I buy my salt and pepper wings and chips! The portion is quite generous, and the regular portion is about right for me. I struggle to finish a large portion! Personally the chilli flakes can sometimes be too much kick for me so I ask to not put those in which the guys oblige. Only disappointing thing is that they are cash only, which I know about, so it's not really a problem for me.

The quality of pizza was very poor. Where do I start on the milkshakes no flavour of what I ordered but milk and cream VERY POOR

Absolutely rubbish. It looks like a restaurant from outside and used to be one but now they’ve closed off one side and let out . I had order a takeaway instead. The service by the female staff was terrible. She was jumping in an out of the shop and waving hello goodbye to lads driving off on road. She was eating from a container from under the counter and serving while wiping her fingers and hands on her own bottom. Was arguing and shouting with kitchen staffs loudly. Absolutely disgusting

poppadoms are stale. mint sauce tastes just like curry powder. the paneer starters are flat cold as is the curry sauce and the biryani as a horrible taste and the keema is very grissly

Pizza was cold ordered no mint sauce, ordered 7up but got Irnbru, drink don’t like the drink . I am not happy , won’t be ordering again .

Food arrived 1hr 45min late, it’s cold

The chappatis were not soft, and were cold by time they arrived. The chow mien special had a burnt smell and taste. Meat dish was ok but chicken dish was not very flavourful.

Don’t even bother ordering from here. First of all our food came late, we had rang them prior and they said the delivery man was there loading the food and it would be 5 minutes, we literally live 3 minutes away and the food still came 20 minutes later. When opening the bag they had left out a few things on our order so we rang up, they initially said we’d have to wait 45 minutes and then changed it to 15 minutes. It’s now been half an hour and I’m still waiting for my damn food!!!!!!! Those of us lucky enough to have our food arrive said it was absolutely vile! The food was horrible, bland, tasteless and just overall rubbish! We’ve tried to ring them a few more times and there has been no answer! Absolutely shocking behaviour. I hope to God your business closes down soon. You’re awful people with rubbish business skills.

Staying for a few days near Bradford and had a craving for desi food. Quick delivery. Tasty food made to instructions provided. Great professional service from the delivery driver. Would certainly order again when in area!

I only write reviews if somewhere is really good or really bad and unfortunately this was the latter. We have been to Rawal so many times over the years and the food has always been tasty and reasonably priced. We regularly eat out but I hadn't checked the reviews recently and we have had good experiences previously. Sadly we will never go again. The food was poor…cheap frozen veg, lumpy mash and the chicken was bland. Paid but i went back as thought it seemed expensive and I had been overcharged. No apology 👎🏼

Cant rely on placing orders no more takeaway cancelling customer order accusing customer of not answering phone for accepting order when delivery driver turns up yet regular customer for over 8years and correct same details . Just not checking and tuning up with food miss out on a meal and loose out on waiting time for a meal well sad .

Being a regular customer over 8 years or longer as far as can remember from ordering , eating and dining in also having food delivered recent orders being cancelled by takeaway excuse accusing regular customer delivery drivers turning up and not accepting order when the address is visible and same details just not wanting to take orders anymore no reason well sad missing out on the food . Losing old regular customers unless new management or drivers going to complete different address . Sad waiting order and no food takeaway cancelling orders cant rely on placing order

No deliver!!! Order gone missing. Phone the Takeaway and they said can’t do anything as order has been collected by driver!!! Poor service

Very bad reception and delivery service

Ordered 3 pizza foods, hour late no deliver. I was told it’s been collected by driver and will be with me in 3 minutes half hour later no driver yet just eat app status showed delivered. Rang the takeaway and they said ignore the app it will be delivered… perhaps it’s been delivered to Mars!! Poor service for sure.

Absolutely crap. The waitress is a dirty and filthy girl. Was jumping in and out of the takeaway and smoking. Service n food awful. The owner who came in with some friends with hats on is a stingy sad low life person. Shame I spent that much in his place

Mayb need to avoid ordering cornflake tart 😞 ordered cornflake tart with custard instead given a chocolate cake slice . Another jam or non chocolate dessert could have been sent as alternative or just cancelled and refunded instead of a complete different dessert. Well sad on a cold night missing the right dessert.

Absolutely vile. Threw it out. Seems to have renamed itself on ‘Just Eat’ as ‘The Oriental Chinese Cuisine’ as nothing else comes up but this place when googled. Don’t know how basic Chinese can be so so disgusting. Egg fried rice was hard chewy and oily. Wontons were overcooked and had barely any filling and looked flat like a terribly badly folded samosa. Crispy chilli beef was awful - gloopy saucy smothered in chilli pieces and not at all crispy! This should be dry with a light sauce - theirs was more like a bad sweet and sour.. which brings me to - Sweet & sour sauce was just vinegar. Duck & pancakes are supposed to be with a little cucumber & spring onion. These came with barely any lettuce and just loads of mixed onion. The duck was dry and even the plum sauce was lumpy and tasted off.

Mate, if you want anything Chinese related. This is not the place, an epic fail.

Food wasn't bad but wasn't great, could do with a spring clean inside on this sunny autumn day to freshen up the place, speaking of cleaning I feel like I cleaned out my pocket with the prices of the salt and pepper chicken combo even though I only got the chicken... not the worst place I've eaten from I may be back or might not be, 5 STARS!

We've ordered from many different Indian takeaways since moving from Leeds to Cottingley a year ago, and this is 100% the best one yet! Full of flavour, just the right amount of heat and traditional flavours. 👌

I told them not to put sauces on my fish and they still put them on. Whether that was intentional or not I don't know. But very unprofessional and not what I wanted on my food. Waste of money.

Pepsi can = good. Chips = abnormal chemically taste. Pizza = salty, somebody put way too much salt and ruined the pizza, it was a horrible tasting pizza! *Avoid at all costs!* I'd give a zero rating if I could!

Food not properly cooked, you could tell it was food from the night before just warmed up and the Kebabs and onion badgers was refried and not fresh and cold and the curry was tasteless. Not happy very disappointed.

Placed order at 18:22 and received at 20:14.

They sent me the wrong dessert and then took 1 Hr and 45mins to replace it, and didn’t offer to reimburse the cost of the dessert.

Orded from here back in may. Food was missed off my order. Explained this to the person on the phone and was told id get a free meal for next time i order. Called today and another person picked up the phone and was unwilling to help or look into what i was saying. So rude and unhelpful. Will not be ordering from here again

We were absolutely disappointed at the food we received from Rawals today. The chips were super oily and chicken donner wasn't fresh. Not happy.

The last time l ordered from Rawal's was Nov 2022...the order was late, cold and the food was not up to standard....however today...the food was on time, fresh and delicious. Really enjoyed it and appreciated the quality. Thank You.

Absolutely disgusting food dont know what customer satisfaction means !!! Used to order takeaways ages ago and then the food was okay but still these guys mess your order up, but now even dining in is disgusting for the price you have to pay for a meal no way never again, that food aint worth that price, uts over powered with too much salt enough to bring your blood pressure up, its got no taste what so ever, been once messed my order up, again and again they always get it wrong and when you complain they say sorry wel take it in to sort it out for you but every time they do that it just gets worse and worse, please honestly I wouldn't go there at all, when I was there all I heard was complaints from the 2 table that were sat there, they don't even give you a refund or discount for the mess up they do, its just bad sorry to say but this place is a 0 STAR

I normally order from Rawal and it's good. This time I ordered for collection and the food was appalling. The chips in the Chinese styled wings and chips were raw. Insted of chicken donner I got served cut up pieces of chicken with tandoori masala. For the mixed grill, there was little to no food in the box and the tiny pieces were not even good. If you're planning on going there, just try any other store on Leeds road.

My kids have been throwing up and been sick all night and have severe stomach cramps because these rats have no idea about hygiene. I will be taking this to the food inspection agency and hopefully they get closed down or prosecuted.

Ordered last night on a cold snowy evening got a decent meal for the night, food was 10/10 everything tasted so fresh and delicious. got a tasty curry full of flavour tasting good and a burger meal done right not over cooked or oily etc! DECENT :)

ALERT! Avoid this place! It should deserve 0 stars. The food was really bad. The grill was way too salty and it wasn't fresh at all. The chicken donner which I ordered with fries was just pieces of cut up chicken. It was really just a waste of money.

We ordered a delivery and the business decided to cancel the order by themselves without any notification. Their excuse was that they couldn't get through on our mobile. We only found out once w had called after waiting for 2 hours! They then offered 20% discount on the next order thinking we would order from there again. What a joke! Would not recommend at all. Save yourself time and money by not ordering from this place.

Food is nice but it is way too spicy. Ordered salt n pepper chicken wings and chips found it almost unbearable to eat coz of the spice. They just drowned it in red and green chillis

Food was very nice portion sizes great aswell.

Food wasn’t fresh and was barely warm. The large chicken donner kebab was a small portion of spicy chicken and chips with lots of onion and no pitta bread.

Enjoyed this meal, and great that the restaurant participates in the Tuesday 20% off deal! The masala fish was particularly good. My only criticism was that the vegetables in my vegetarian curry were either tinned/frozen style, rather than fresh vegetables, which was a shame.

Nice local spot with good food and very reasonably priced staff are always accommodating if any issues with orders etc

Not received and have given a quility rating to progress my complaint. Having called three times to check the progress of my order. The delivery finally arrived forty minutes late. I questioned the driver regarding delivery delay. His response was impolite, offensive and with his response he drove away without delivering my order. I tried several times to contact his mobile phone but unfortunately no response. I wish to receive a refund for goods not received.

Its really an awesome place to eat.

Ordered the man vs food pizza & sizzler platter, pizza was rich in flavour & served at perfect temperature. The platter was well proportioned with an amazing flavour soaked throughout the chips, chicken & noodles. The orange rush mocktail was more like lemon but still didn't disappoint. Been a while since I've genuinely been impressed & this now has become my new favourite spot in Bradford.

I ordered a oreo cookie stack and a peanut butter stack....l received 2 peanut butter stacks. They didn't taste fresh either. I've found this before with desserts from Rawals...but lt was a long time ago so thought l'd give them the benefit of the doubt...however sadly they proved me wrong....and again the desserts were not up to scratch. Won't be ordering desserts from here again.
