Today I got a salt and pepper box from here she was really polite on the phone only problem was their was 2 massive black hairs in my food one in my salt and pepper chicken and one in my spring roll it is the only bad thing that has happened I buy from their all the time but I don’t think I will anymore

Waited 2 hours for 3 items, customer service disgusting lied when I called after an hour and said in way and will be 15 minutes. Called again and said in way, arrived at 9om and ordered 7pm. No apology at all. Won't be ordering again

Food arrived cold/luke warm and not as nice as last time but was still decent and will try them again.

Waited an hour and half after we were told would be one hour. Rung up for them to be told it’s just setting off now. The only nice thing was the BBQ ribs a waste of money and won’t be ordering again.

Best salt and pepper chicken around. Very fast and decent prices.

One hour and twenty five mins after order I rang to see what had happened to my order, just cooking now I was told. Unacceptable time frame for an order within two miles. If you are hungry go elsewhere !!!

We have used these since moving into the area. Never had a bad meal or any problems from them.

I dont usually write reviews but this is the best Chinese takeaway in bradford....or ever!!! Everything's so full of flavour and packed with meat! Wouldn't go anywhere else! ALWAYS craving food from this place, Absolutely delish 😋

My all-time favourite local Chinese takeaway in the Wibsey area, never fails to please, in my opinion, very polite staff, quick meal prep if collecting & a speedy delivery service for phone in orders. The 'Hot & Sour' soup is a meal in itself, delicious! Been going here for many years, oh, there is plenty of parking available unlike other local takeaways blighted by roadside yellow lines!

Delivery in 40 minutes or less..usually need to microwave to top up the temperature but otherwise always delicious!!

Can understand this place gets busy said just over a hour rung back after a hour and half to be told an extra 15 mins because driver stuck in traffic even though where local to the shop and it has been nearly 2 hours now normally spot on but gone down hill

If you want first class Chinese food, with excellent service, friendly staff, and amazing delivery service then this place is for you. We have eaten here several times now and have never been disappointed at all.

I’ve ordered from Odsal Chinese on a number of occasions and have not had a bad meal yet. Always arrives before the time they say it will take and hot and tasty every time. Won’t go anywhere else now. You won’t be disappointed

We use this take away regularly and or never fails to delicious! Salt And pepper king prawns are a must. The delivery service ous efficient and friendly.

For the first time at this takeaway, we placed an order for two people. We ordered prawn toast, special fried rice shrimp curry and chips. My curry arrived and it was King prawn, not Shrimp. I rang the takeaway and the woman who answered thought it was very funny,myself i cannot see what's so amusing. One way of loosing customers is to treat them in this way. What have you to say for yourselves Odsal?

Conseguimos una China esta tarde, después de que un cliente (una Nicki! Me encanta), algas, pero no crujientes un montón de comida para llevar china hacer esto, y fue perfecto! También nos dieron carne y champiñones curry, Gambas king foo yung, especial arroz frito y patatas fritas. Salsa de curry normalmente encontrar de un chino bien, pero yo prefiero este curry indio, pero era bastante picante y fue uno de los mejores Curris chino que he tenido, un montón de langostinos en el foo yung, en general, la comida muy buena, óptima relación calidad-precio, volveremos!

best Chinese for miles around. been using them for almost 20 years. and even though it changed hands a few years ago, the quality and service has remained tip top... 5 stars well deserved.

Pedimos desde aquí a las 9 o reloj en un jueves por la noche, que no llegó hasta las 5 pasado 10 de dicho habían sido media hora cuarenta y cinco minutos esperar demasiado. Cuando la comida llegamos fue Flat frías y con patatas fritas en el orden que fuimos demasiado perder porque si se calentó sólo iría empapadas en segundo lugar, se me olvidó la salsa. Me llamó y no llegar a n disculpa por la comida ha frío en vez me dijeron que la salsa no había sido ordenados, que confirmó la orden leyó la salsa. El servicio al cliente de muy mala ni una vez se disculpó por el retraso y la mala comida. No recomendaría también cualquiera con un pedido más de patatas fritas porque no son capaces de más de cuatro cosas en un orden.

The food is average, but they have got our delivery order wrong more than once. On one occasion when I rang them back to tell them, they said they would send out the missing items we ordered but we would have to wait a further 40 mins and be charged a further £1.30 delivery charge!! We won't use them again.
