Delivery driver charged extra money at the door and forgot to give drinks phoned the shop to complain and the person that answered phone was extremely rude. They sent the drinks out but again didn't give the extra money they charged back so phoned the shop once more and they said it was our own fault for paying extra. Terrible place

Ordered at 17:30. Estimated delivery was 18:50. Food still hasn't arrived at 20:00. Restaurant refused to refund anything back for the delay. Will not use again.

First time ordering and last! Two hours to deliver food ffs 🤦‍♂️

I ordered a Curry and keemer naan, The food was Stunning and authentic. Will make the curry as spicy as one can handle it. Also was alot cheeper than most Indians I have been to around the uk. The Bad reviews on here are all about time keeping, I spoke to the owner and he said he would try to sort this problem out. What a nice guy in this small family run business. Ignore the other reviews and try their food. Also a four star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hygiene rating. Thank you for the experience Porth Indian Takeaway

If I could give 0 stars I would I picked up my food up from the shop for them to give me the wrong curry rung the shop to explain was very rude and was swearing at me refused to rectify the situation at all also the food was gone off not made fresh at all the chicken smelt funny so all went in the bin what a waste of money I will be contacting tradeing standards and inviromental health the worst takeaway I have ever come across avoid at all costs

First time waited an hour befor picking it up got there and it still wasn’t ready forgot about the order this time forgot the mango chuckny

Not very good. I had a delivery waiting for me. It took nearly two hrs food was cold. Plus empty out in the bags tamping..

Don’t go there £51 order never turned up went to shop and closed still took my monies foodhub!! Disgusting rip off spoilt our evening if your shut close the web site don’t take monies STAY AWAY PEOPLE

Orders food , got food poisoning, chicken was found to be off , partner been in bed serious ill for 2 days avoid this place

Useless as a delivery service. Ordered at 8:30 on a TUESDAY and by 11:00 they still hadn't delivered. We live less than 5 miles away! I would understand those times on a match day or some 'event' but on a simple Tuesday?!?! The poor delivery driver came to the door and apologised and in all fairness not his fault! He knew nothing about the order that they Just gave him! But for us, was waaaay too long a wait. We got a newborn and the ETA worked well with the baby's bed time but it went too far, way too far! So we refused the order. The shop kept lying to us about it's delivery time! And kept making up excuses! Missed bedtime routine and a nice evening with the mrs went right down the drain. She's miserable, starving, and agitated . Cheers. The one star I had to give was for the delivery driver! He was ace! Cheers

Ordered at 7:29 on the 7/6/22. Food didn’t arrive until 9:30, Woman on the phone said at 8:53 it was out for delivery. We live around 10 minutes or under from the shop. Food arrived cold and soggy. Naan bread was raw and burnt on sides. Chips were soggy. Curry was oily. Overall not a good! To be told it’s on its was and then to have to wait a further 30 mins isn’t on. Also asked for pilau rice and special fried rice came. Wouldn’t even bother contacting them as I’ve read reviews that they won’t give you the time of day!

Ordered food at 8:55 and was told it would be delivered ween 10-half 10. Gave them till quarter to 11 and called to be told the driver will be with us straight away. Quarter past 11 another phone call to cancel the order to be told it'll be 15 mins. We explained that if it wasn't within 15 mins to cancel the order. Turned up at quarter to 12! Unfortunately I had already paid online for the order otherwise I wouldn't have accepted delivery. Was very rude on the phone when we complained

Please ignore ALL bad reviews for this place. The food is excellent and (unusually for the area) cooked fresh to order with fresh ingredients. You can taste the difference. It's probably the best Indian food in the Rhondda. Unfortunately there is only one person in the kitchen and they are BUSY! So it's worth pre ordering or collecting your order. Please bear with the owner he's a good guy and gets lots of abuse from customers. This is now the only Indian in the area I will be using.

Disgusted!! Ordered delivery for 11pm i was told that's fine they took my order then food hasn't arrived I'm fuming!!! About this as no to late to order from somewhere else as regular customers who usually collect I'm very saddend to know u dont turn up to deliver food

Too many mistakes with orders, lucky if you get the correct order whenever you order from here actually, last time they refused to rectify. Unnacceptable delivery times.

Absolutely awful! Waited for 2 hours for delivery. The food was cold, there was only 1 prawn in my dish and they forgot some of our order. After phoning there was no help, refund or offer to deliver missing items.

Two hour wait for delivery from time of order. Rang a further twice for update to be told first time after an hour it was out for delivery to then be told the second time (hour and a half from ordering) it was just leaving the shop. Then the driver rang from the shop to check address, he had been sent elsewhere. When driver arrived full of apologies for someone else's inadequacy of writing the wrong number down. However food was lovely but at that point it was not enjoyable due to the wait.

Order was 2 hours late and when ringing them they refused to do anything at all. The woman on the phone just disregarded anything we had to say and said 'we can do nothing for you'

I ordered £30 of food which never arrived. Rand the shop for a refund and he refused and hung up. AVOID ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

Ordered via just eat, eta 1 hour which then changed to 90 minutes 20 minutes after the stated delivery time was told a further 50 minute delay. Cancelled order with just eat which took a further 20 minutes on hold, ruined our evening, safe to say wont be using the "restaurant" or just eat again

This is not my first choice of takeaway for porth to be honest, it's ok nothing specail, however a Tuesday night I called through my order and have to say getting it by pick up was ok, but a burnt naan bread and over flowing oil onto other packages would have thought these people would have understood by now that we as customers should not have to clean up ourselves as we unpack the food, now although too much liquid and not much substance was too salty to eat and threw away...this is my last time ordering this food ...be aware as you order buy and eat..

Myself and my family we had a lovely evening with some fantastic food for a very reasonable prices so if you are in the area it's well worth you're time to book a table the staff and management team are ever so friendly it's well worth you're time

Would of given no stars if possible, ordered chicken Tikka Massala and Pillaw Rice and a naan bread, costing £21.75, the food arrived and was so bland and tasteless, so I didn’t eat it, called back to see what could be done and the woman on the phone didn’t really know what to do, she put what might have been the manager on the phone, his English isn’t very good and I couldn’t understand him, I requested a refund instead because he insisted that the food is full of flavour and they’ve never had any complaints. He wanted the food back before a refund, so the delivery driver came to pick up the food, I ring back to check that they had the food back and they are saying I ate half, which I didn’t I then asked how they worked out that I ate half, the woman on the phone said because they were 3 chicken bits missing from the chicken tikka massala, so apparently that accounts for half! I’ve had to stay on the phone for an hour just to get a £10 refund, which should of been the full amount of £21.75 I’ve been sitting here waiting for 3 house for them to come and bring me my £10 refund, what a complete and utter joke! They have no customer service at all and are really unfair. Stay away from this joke of a take away! What a waste of money!

Absolutely disgraceful....ordered a vegetarian meal and they sent me chicken which I put in my mouth and was nearly sick...it will be going back to them for a full refund tomorrow and never will i order from there again... tried to call to complain but they cut me off three times then they were closed...out standing customer service....will notifying just eat as well....can't say how DISGUSTING this place is!!

Food is great, delicious. Delivery time could be better but is not too bad. everything is cheep. Portions are too small. I really recomend this place :)

Happy with the quality of food but let down by delivery times and items missing from our orders on more than one occasion. No good delivering poppadums after the food has been eaten..

We were very disappointed. The boy that took our phone order was trying his best to be helpful, the delivery driver was very friendly, but the food we ordered seemed to come much too fast for it to have been freshly cooked, which is what you expect from this type of business. It doesn't advertise as fast food! Our rice, nan bread, onion bahgis were cold, our main dishes (chicken vindaloo and Murghi masalla were warm. The only hot dish were the chips, my Murghi masalla was just sauce. Hence to say we won't be buying again. We both had wobbly tummy even though we through half of it away. 17£ wasted. But at least we know we won't go back.

I can't fault the fella that took my order for trying to be helpful, or the friendly delivery driver, but the order came too quickly for it to have been freshly cooked, the rice was cold, as were the onion bahgi, s and naan bread. My husbands vindaloo was poor, and the Murghi massala I ordered was really just sauce. (I had this a few years ago and it was beautiful, as asked chicken and mince) tonight's was terrible. Really disappointed. Won't recommend or buy again. Our stomachs are already feeling unwell.

Ordered two meals tonight Biriany contained two lumps of meat not right rice tasted of nothing dish water 3 prawns in house special?? jalfrezi bright red full of 5 spice one mouthful I spat out grosse. Pilau rice since when does this come with chopped lettuce all in it and it's white waste of 18.00 never again

I love ordering from this place, very clean and excellent customer service from the Chef Habib (fingers crossed I spelt it right). Had food on Sunday it was lovely. Can't recommend it more.

Absolutely love this place! Their garlic rice is very, very tasty and very garlicky! Always treat ourselves here when we can!

I'm a fussy eater but it was just almost perfect, for someone as picky as me thats amazing. the ckicken pakora was so crispy and tasty. The korma was so creamy and they made me things without rasins the only think i would have changed was the chicken tikka massala was a little runny but tasted amazing.

Lovely Indian menu with a good selection of tasty curries, the onion bhaji's were cooked to perfection and the chips were beautifully cooked. The mint sauce we had come with our meals was delicious, I honestly dipped my chips and poppadoms in that sauce more times than I can count! Me and my girlfriend loved it and the brothers are great guys, I wish them nothing but success here! A true hidden gem of the valleys! This is my main Indian from now on.

Great food always piping hot when delivered, portions very good & wide variety to choose from.
