I worked for this man on delivery, about 2 months ago , 5pm till 12 midnight sat outside the shop for 7hrs for the most delivery we done was 7 , at end of night weren’t worth the petrol and wear and tear on my car , then to be insulted at the end of night , he gave me 2 pomdoms and a mint sauce as a meal and he thought he give us the world for that meal 😡and the 2nd night I worked for him we took our own sandwiches 🤦‍♀️and only £35 pay Cheerers mate and did not pay me full delivery charge, don’t work for this shop

Almost two hours late, and missing several items

Excellent food ordered the set meal for 2 reasonable prices and very good value but for 1 thing ordered at a set time for pickup however was left standing at the counter 15mins after the collection time lovely food but service is slow will still visit again just for the food

The meal said it was delivered, but we received no food. After waiting, the app then updated back to "delivering" and took another half an hour (on top of being 15 minutes late already).

Food was late and not all there when came. Then when told food would come back and drop off missing items( main dish) another hour or so passed and nothing came still. So asked for a refund and got denied that. Yet all my food was cold and no good without the curry dish! So annoyed accidents happen yes! But to not even offer money back and expect me to just eat other cold food is just good customer service

He doesn't pay his delivery drivers, if the delivery charge was £3 he would pay £1 and keep the rest, when the delivery charge is ment to go to the drivers. It might not seam a lot but if you calculate all the delivery's for the night you would see 10 and the other 20 goes to him, which is wrong.

Delivery driver charged extra money at the door and forgot to give drinks phoned the shop to complain and the person that answered phone was extremely rude. They sent the drinks out but again didn't give the extra money they charged back so phoned the shop once more and they said it was our own fault for paying extra. Terrible place

We ordered a takeaway at approximately 18.40 and received it at 21.15.Obviously they were very busy but over 2 hours waiting is too long.Maybe they should have declined our request for a takeaway.The food,however,was first class.

Waited four hours for food to be delivered even though we were given an 1.5hr delivery time. Food was lukewarm on arrival. Delivery driver was completely unapologetic and food was incorrect on arrival. Asked for part of my money back through just eat to be told they had refused and their justification was “we were busier than expected” absolutely appalling defo will not be ordering from here again.

ordered a biryani clearly specified it to be chicken tikka on the ticket, wasn’t fulfilled. madras curry cooked in a rush clearly as well. standard flavour could have done with a bit of care, taste of bengal closed on tuesdays to give you a chance and you still couldn’t get it right

The food was tasteless. No salt or anything in it. I don’t understand how can you serve food without adding seasoning I’m very disappointed. Couldn’t eat it. Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a Curry and keemer naan, The food was Stunning and authentic. Will make the curry as spicy as one can handle it. Also was alot cheeper than most Indians I have been to around the uk. The Bad reviews on here are all about time keeping, I spoke to the owner and he said he would try to sort this problem out. What a nice guy in this small family run business. Ordered food before 7.. it’s almost 9 o’clock and nothing has arrived. Have rung twice and now there is no answer.

If I could give 0 stars I would I picked up my food up from the shop for them to give me the wrong curry rung the shop to explain was very rude and was swearing at me refused to rectify the situation at all also the food was gone off not made fresh at all the chicken smelt funny so all went in the bin what a waste of money I will be contacting tradeing standards and inviromental health the worst takeaway I have ever come across avoid at all costs

Ordered 6:20pm said it was due around 7:35, 7:45 rang them told me it was out with delivery, they rang back stating it hadn’t and that driver was on way back, rang them saying my husband will go and get it, turned up before the driver had got back, attitude from the staff was disgusting, came home ordered 1x plain naan and 1xgarlic, ended up with 2x plain ones, curry wasn’t even that hot had to re warm it before eating, won’t be ordering from here again

One of my orders was a king prawn delight in the starter section, it contained 1 prawn (shocking) the rest was sauce, and the poppadoms were stale, always enjoyed an Indian from you but tonight's was far from the best!

Not only was the delivery over a hour late there was no phone call to say or explanation. I had to ring myself twice to see where it was.Food arrived barley warm so had to be re-warmed which was a shame as seemed to taste good. 1st time ordering through recommendation and this has let this review hugely. If in time and hot I'd of given 5 stars

Food arrives stone cold after we waited 2 hours for hour food. The chips was soaked with grease, onion bajis was rock hard, no poppodom came with our order even though we ordered one, chips was hard The worst takeaway we've ever eaten.
