Range Desserts Longsight in Manchester

The cornflake tart/chocolate and custard is always well made..Although the prices are a bit more that of other desert shops in Manchester... Unfortunately, we have had cold churros from this place in the past on two different orders..Although on both occasions the boss man was willing to make us a fresh batch... When they get it right, their deserts are very good.

Ordered tonight , we got a bueno cookie dough and a waffle with areo , hersheys and bueno , delivery was not long and communication with the driver and the shop was great . would definitely order again

Can't rate the atmosphere as I had it my food delivered through uber eats. I ordered it around 25 past 9 on a saturday. They use their own delivery staff and the delivery driver I had was so lovely, only had to wait about half an hour when it was estimated to get to me around half ten. I had the cornflake cake with custard which was so delicious. It tasted just like it did when my mum used to make it when I was kid! Got the bubblegum milkshake as well which was also really tasty!

Bought churros for my child about 6pm today. Manager stated they had just come out fresh. Went home, they were cold and soggy (no crunch). Child had a stomach ache all night after eating them. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.

Have been here a couple of times as we like the taste but the staff is rude and the customer service is awful. Noticed it every time. They need to learn and train for a better customer service.

I recently ordered from here and ordered 3 items but when my order arrived I only received one item so I wasn’t very happy aswell as this they have no contact details no customer service no contact email and it’s not very professional so I’m not happy that I can’t even speak to them through email

Best brownies and cookie dough. The delivery drivers are always lovely. Great dessert place. To improve: Less batter on the fried mars bar would be tastier and more authentic. Offering the peanut butter sauce on the cookie dough balls like you do with the flat cookie dough (it's not an option when ordering).

£8 for large milkshake? I have to say it was one of the most expensive milkshakes I have ever had and I went to some amazing places. It’s not worth the price. Nice customer service however milkshakes were not worth the price and my partner was sick after his. large size on the photo It’s take out! Nowhere to seat if you would like to chill out.

This is one amazimg and trustworthy place my son has a nut allergy i told them before i ordered they made sure everyone that worked their knew. The staff was so freindly and understanding they treated me and my children with respect i have been to a few dessert places and this has gotta be the best one going. I understand they was busy and against time with rushing but they helped with my fussy children. Would defo recommend and i would be going back there. Thanks guys

This absolutely has to be one of my favourite treats. When ever I'm need of a sugar fix, this is the place I go to. The team that work here really try to meet every on of there customers needs. Weather you fancy some fried oreo and custard, brownie and ice cream or my favourite... range shake with extra thickness. Thank you guys once again for a yummy shake & more desserts !

My order was wrong altogether,inirdered falooda with specific instructions of kulfi not ice cream, as it gives that option,and then on top of that the falooda had frozen basil seeds n noodles clumped together, reheated churros that were so chewy and dry, and the peanut butter shake arrived as Nutella instead one star is too much for em.

Range Desserts, more like Rude Desserts. The lady in a headscarf serving my niece spoke to her in a rude manner. She asked my niece for a bag but my niece said excuse me? As she hadn't heard what she said. The lady behind the counter raised her voice and with great attitude said DO YOU WANT A BAG?! I noticed her attitude as soon as we entered the shop and we weren't wrong. Learn how to speak to your customers please.

Food was absolutely awful. Waffle was cold and the cookie dough was inedible. The staff there were absolutely clueless on customer service. I would never recommend this place for a treat. Absolutely dreadful experience.

Thought we'd try this place, a bit hit and miss. The churos were rock hard, and barely edible, the doughnut was OK, and the Ferrero Rocher waffle was decent. Took a while delivering it, but weather was terrible so can't really complain.

I tried chocolate fudge brownie sundae, it was really bad. The brownie was extremely sugary and the chocolate sauce is not good at all. I could only eat 1 scoop and thats it. The kinder milkshake is okay but nothing special

Waited well over a hour, called them and a lady said driver be there in 5mins. 15mins later still no driver, so I called again, lady put me on hold. Gave up so I hung up. Will never order from here again as the service is get more and more ridiculous day by day. Bunch of cowboys.

We went in with a big order for 12 people. They were really nice to us and made our order so quickly. We thought quality was very good and the service was great.

Ordered 2 Milkcake, churros and chocolate Sundae. The worst place i have eaten from(couldnt eat anything). There was hair on the milkcake and churros had the dips all over them, dips were not seperate in a tub. My sister couldnt eat churros because she doesnt like milk chocolate and when i called in to give feedback i was told that i will receive a new order by delivery. Which never arrived. Be careful. Dont waste your money. Will never be going here.

Disgusting ice cold waffle. This had to have been a pre made waffle as it was so cold it tasted refrigerated. It was hard and stale, not freshly made at all. You should be ashamed at charging people for this garbage. Delivery driver was rude and he didn’t even have the food in a bag. Do not order from these jokers

Sadly working with uber eats, don't even attempt to order via uber with these guys. You won't receive it. And they offer zero help with drivers not attending the deliveries.

We order and got i tiny piece of cheese cake a cold stail unederbale waffle told driver to be told what can he do called the shop and hot the phone put down on me shocking will NEVER order from here again

Absolutely shocking service. Food was delivered 1.5 hours late and I spent alot of money on my order. Everything was cold. They did not give me a refund. I'm discusted with this service and recommend not to get any food/desert from here.

Food was nice but absolutely not worth it at all. Paid 30 pound all together for one milkshake, a tiny brownie and a cookie dough which was thin and small. £1 each for extra toppings and they put the smallest amount possible. Would do anything to get my money back.

Shocking as i ordered and send my MilkShake with no straw and made the panines very spicy when i did not ask for spicy, and rang up for a straw and been told to have my milkshake without straw!

Have ordered from here loads of times as regular customers and really enjoyed their desserts but this last time the customer services was awful, really disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. Management need to stick to their promises and not mess people about.

Awful! The food wasn’t packed well, driver was rude when asked about the delay!!! Ordered as a treat for the kids. Cakes were dry and cookie dough hadn’t been cooked properly. Waffle was like eating burnt toast. Ice cream melted. We tried to call the restaurant to complain kept hanging up the phone on us. Waste of money! Stay away people. If I could give a zero I would. Place has gone down hill, use to be my go too for desserts. NEVER AGAIN!!! Absolute rip off. Waited 2 hours to throw it in the bin. Shame on you all. Should be called Rank Desserts more like it!!!!!!!!

Absolutely delicious vegan desserts!! We had an Oreo shake, a biscoff shake, a strawberry cheesecake and strawberry waffles. All vegan, fast service and lovely people that served us.

I paid 5.99 for 4 stone cold, rock solid churros and 4.99 for a thin sliver of pre-bought carrot cake. Absolutely abysmal. AVOID

The desserts are amazing, especially the shakes 😍 deffo the best we have had. The service/staff are extremley helpful, welcoming and treat their customers like family! The shop itself is also lovley, very clean and bright.
