delivery was so slow and was informed it was due to heavy traffic 8 30 at night that's not really gonna be the case here. won't be ordering again left the food as one star because I doubt I'll ever get to taste it

Came in for a pick up and asked for a large pilau rice which they charged me £4.95 which they claimed to say yes it’s large once asked. Turns out when I got home they’ve only given me a normal size container of rice as I’m aware of the size portion from previous orders. Once called up and questioned they said the price for a normal pilau rice is 4.95£ which is wrong. Very crafty from them Will not be going there again

Tasty but damned expensive for the amount you get. Used to be the deeper plastic pots but everywhere does the shallower ones these days while the price is higher than ever. Puts me off ordering, but my waistline and wallet are gonna be better off.

Got the order wrong ordered from Just Eat will not be back lots of much better food and delivery tried to contact both no reply

Despite saying the order had been delivered and reporting it late on the app - no reply by text as promised - called the restaurant and was told it was on its way turned up an hour late … food was nice when it arrived but far too long

Food was excellent as always. Delivery was late, completely understand it’s Christmas Eve and everywhere will be busy but would’ve appreciated a message to say it will be later than expected as I had to call up and ask. Food was brilliant though

Masala was watery, the lamb was so tough and grisly I could barely chew it. Not great. Went in the food waste bin.

food was a different to all other times we have ordered! poor quantity...spicy and shouldn't be, and the bahiajis were rock hard and inedible.

My food was delivered on time and I really enjoyed it. I love Chicken Shashlik the meat is so tender. Lovely friendly delivery driver I will definitely be back.

This is what I got when I ordered chicken momo. Chicken wrapped in puree. THIS IS NOT MOMO. This is outrageous and needs to stop. Momo is a dish that has cultural and historical significance. Have some respect and quit using its name to deceive customers into buying them to gain profit. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Stopped to try this place so I thought I would get a Biriani it was not a proper Biriani no flavor of proper Biriani the rice was fried u don't fry Biriani and the chicken was just thrown in dry ... won't be going back there again . And there was a stick in it .

One of the worst I've had the misfortune to use. Ordered on just eat for 5pm delivery. Got app message Back for 5.15. 5.30 I ran through Just Eat for a partial refund which I thought was fair. Got a TEXT message back saying they would not be refunding but it would be here by 5.45. So rang direct was told couriers car had broke down and COULDNT CONTACT ME! Manager couldn't give a monkey. Got my money. AVOID.

I made a mistake with my order and was missing an item. I called and asked if I could have it sent to us and was told yes - no problem and I wasn’t charged for delivery. All food was hot and delicious. Five star!

Ordered chips got nothing ordered aloo pakora gt chicken ordered dansak and lentils rock hard and cold but naan bread was eatable worst indian a very long time

dhanksak did not taste like normal and was lacking flavour e.g. sweet and spicy almost like a different chef, naan bread doughy and not cooked long enough very disappointed.

The best Indian I’ve had in the 15years we’ve lived in Harlow! Food was delivered within 30 minutes and was phenomenal! Thankyou!

Dahl masala far far too much chilli to eat, Peshwari nan vvvv dry..and inedible..rice vv dry..not a nice meal!!

first time ordering here was nervous as I'm fussy and there was only a handful of reviews however I was pleasantly surprised food was piping hot, pilau rice smelled and tasted great dhansak best I've had in harlow as it should be sweet and spicy. chicken timka good to. This is my new go to curry house thank you 😊 free poppadoms and can of coke as well.

Food is just as good as any other Indian in Harlow

Do not order online. Terrible set menu and the same dishes with a lot less of an option than most other restaurants. They also never answer the phone so making an order by phone is impossible. Food is very good if you ever actually manage to make an order. Service is abysmal.

I've ordered a few times now and been really happy. Unfortunately this time you've changed something the korma is very sweet. The bombay aloo is spicy.

We've always used another local Takeaway but a friend recommended Randaa and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for our Indian food. The food was 10/10 and the delivery time was short too! Who ever owns/runs/works for this business is doing an amazing job.

I've just had the best dansak ever, I can't believe how good this was. 10/10, I have a few favourites around the UK and this food has made me smile.

Great food, definitely recommend

I ordered a take away which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, very poor. Chicken Tikka Masala way too sweet. Garlic Naan had no garlic and had the consistency of a cold pancake. Onion bhaji dense and soggy where it should be crispy and sharp. Very disappointing at a time when paying for a take away is a special treat.

Food is always delicious... You really cannot go wrong. Service is always great and most importantly the dishes offer a great variety. Always enjoyed!

I tried so many Indian restaurants since moving to Harlow and I found this place and I have to highly recommend their food and customer service, their food is perfection and you will not be disappointed

After just moving into my new flat I thought I’d treat my family to a nice Indian to get us settled in. Optimism filled the night. Unfortunately Randaa has let us down severely. After being 20 mins of being late we decided to check the tracker. We saw it say delivered! It certainly hadn’t. We tried to ring the restaurant to no avail. User busy came up on our phones. Disgraceful delivery and even worse customer service! Don’t take the order if you can’t fulfil it!!

Good takeaway food, I enjoyed the onion bhaji and my chicken tikka dopiaza but the naan was a bit tough. Delivery took about an hour and 10 minutes on a Saturday so could have been quicker.

Have had two take aways from here now and have been really pleased with the food.

That's got to be the worst karma iv ever tasted. Had to throw the starter away it was so bad and tasted gross. Awful. Never would normal put bad R/V on anything but had to in the case

Found a long black hair in my jalfrezi. On letting the restaurant know they denied it was one of theirs. My hair is blond. Not too impressed with finding the hair or their attitude. Put me off. Won't be using them again

I have tried nearly everywhere in Harlow just to see what people are going about when they say there Indian takeaway is nice and each and every time it’s absolutely terrible food ! Well I’m happy to say that this is without a doubt the best and believe me I’m fussy and only like thick tasty sauces and chicken so tender it falls apart when your fork touches it ! Oh and btw it’s been like this for years and it’s consistently good so stop kidding yourself and order from here

Hands down the best Dansaak ever made!!! Went there for my birthday meal and the food was immense to the point driving home was a struggle. First time my lil girl had tried Korma, Naan and popadums and that’s all she’s wanted for dinner since. Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to make regular visits and try more dishes. Many thanks

Food turned up cold after a 2 hour wait. I called to complain and they put the phone down on me. Their customer service was appalling. They offered no replacement and threatened me down the phone when I complained. Generally their food has always been good but due to this terrible experience, I will never go here again and I would urge you to go somewhere else. Never been spoken to so appallingly by a restaurant before. DO NOT EAT HERE.

BEST INDIAN EVER!! We’ve been ordering take away food from here for a while now and the food has always been fantastic! We have tried so many other Indian restaurants and take aways but Randaa’s food has always been far better than anywhere else :) Today my friend and I went out for a meal at Randaa and we were really pleased with the brilliant service - we felt so welcomed :) The food was delicious as always, portions were big but the restaurant staff happily wrapped up what remained, for me to take home. The atmosphere inside was great! Can’t recommend this place enough, it’s perfect! Thank you, we will be back soon :)
