Very nice restaurant and food, Amazing owner very big jolly and nice man, amazing atmosphere and felt very welcomed and at home

I popped into this place by chance after seeing that they had stone baked pizza and a proper pizza oven. I’m a bit of a pizza hobbyist and like to see what pizzas are like at halal establishments. Although the pizza tastes ok. The pizza base was disappointing. I was expecting a Napolitan style base and it turned out to be a thin bread base. I spoke to the owner and clearly he has a passion for the food he serves and recommend we try the Parm next time, but I do hope he takes some time to learn how to make proper pizza dough. There are loads of YouTube videos on this. Don’t waste the proper pizza oven. I also think the temperature on the oven was perhaps not high enough for pizza, needs to be around 400 degrees

You guys need to try a parmo from Whitby; the portion size from this takeaway is lacking. Otherwise it tasted good. The kebab and chips were really nice.

The food was cold. The cheese was very think and tasted of nothing. The chicken underneath was ok. Overall, we were hungry so we ate it but probably won’t order again

Used to be good when it opened. Now it has gone down hill. Does not taste the same and they don't answer the phone.

Very bad service and communication. Placed an order over the phone and got told to come in 15-20mins. Got there after 20mins and they hadn’t even started to make the food yet because they didn’t have the ingredients! Avoid at all costs. Overpriced and really bad quality of customer service.

I got the hot shot Parmesan. It was so delicious probably the best Parmesan I’ve had so far. The portion size was perfect as-well and great customer service too.

This place doesn't fail to impress. As a loyal customer me and my friends absolutely love it, the presentation and taste are astonishing .we travel as far as from Bradford but the trip is worth the while! I reccomend that people pay a visit.

Really disappointed with the customer service very rude staff need training on customer service skills ordered food to collect given a time arrived order not even started then was told another 20 mins very rude member of staff cancelled my order will not be visiting again not even apologetic how are people like this running a buisness will not reccomend

Ordered twice from here now, cheese burger was excellent good flavour ,ranch sauce was tasty, and probably the best onion rings I've ever tasted nice and crispy and cooked spot on,will be ordering again in the near future.

Food is good but way too tight when it comes to giving salad. Literally got 2 cucumbers and piece of lettuce for salad

I just happened to be passing by and Ranchos caught my eye - really well designed considering it's a takeaway - the 3D wall looked amazing so I had to see what they were serving. I popped in and was greeted by a friendly man wearing spectacles (sorry I forgot your name!). I asked what they did and what he'd recommend - he told me the best seller they had was parmesan chicken (I'd never heard of it! lol) - he described it and it sounded divine so I just had to order one. I got home and started eating it....and wow it blew my mind - I honestly did not expect it to taste to good along with the cabbage mash and salad - I will definitely be back for more and I'll be letting my friends know! Great service and great food - what more could anybody ask for.

Disappointed with parmesan. Potion size reduced, couple of lettuce shavings, no drink. Cheese tasted awful. Clearly the skimming on quality to pay for recent renovation.

Hot shot parmesan was nice, good portion sizes however cabbage was cold and could be improved.

Being a big fan of the Bradford Parmesan I was keen to try Ranchos! I ordered the hot shot parmesan, the chicken itself was well made and had good flavour as was the creamy cabbage - it is not far off from the Bradford version! The chips however had a very weird taste which I couldn't eat at all!! Very strange, as chips are chips! It could be because they were fried in oil that other foods are fried thus giving the chips a weird taste.

By far the best parmesan I've had!!!

Excellent food friendly service

I ordered the hot shot pamesan, no issues with timing or any other part of the service. The Parmesan comes with steak cut chips, and creamy cabbage. The Parmesan itself was delicious, full of flavour and just very well made. The steak cut chips were cooked well and tasty. The creamy cabbage was ok, but I'm just generally just not a big fan of it. The only let down was the garlic mayo I was given, very watery and basic, I always like good sauces and don't even mind paying that extra 30p for a great tub of garlic sauce. This was poor even for something given for free. The takeaway itself is very small, just a small table for 2, so it's much more of a place to order and collect or for delivery. Little things - I liked the fact I was offered what salad I would like on the Parmesan, rather than the good old default salad most takeaways give, 90% onions, 8% lettuce and 2% cucumber. Overall a great meal for £6, which also included a free drink. Recommended.

Food quality is good but they finished with the salad instead of cutting the salad they said that they are sorry and cant give me more because they are closing. Why they took mine order if they have finished the stuff. It was mine first time been there not yhe best way to deal their coustomers. They just wantes to close and go home.

Took my order , rang me back saying 2.5 miles is too far to deliver ??? Shouldn’t advertise a delivery service , only local deliveries ( walking distance lol) ? Never going to go to the premises to order any food just out of principle . Joke

After driving 30 minutes to get here we stopped at ranchos with my 14 year old son and was pounced on by the rude obnoxious owner asking “have you ordered ” in a tone as though we just gate-crashed his home kitchen. I asked if we could have something of the Google review pictures and we would eat outside. He immediately responded with “Am too busy I don't know what you want". So I showed him the picture from my mobile what we wanted it was donner in a pizza box with salad as illustrated. He responded by saying " I cant remember what that is, i will make it anyway". So we were happy and waited for our food. After 20 minutes passed we was served with our food nothing like the picture, it came in small box at this point the guy with the glasses on, who served us was too busy being polite to the others at the same time and wrapped the donner meat in small white box like he just served some raw meat in a bag tied up and left it on the counter for us just to pick up and walk out. Surely as being the customers we have equal rights to be treated in a nice manner no matter what our race or gender is. Whether it’s was a busy day for him in the shop or not customer service level was zero. We left disgusted to the most unbelievable evil stare when I said thank you. Is it necessary to be so rude!!! The donner was tasty cannot complain about it would give it 4 out 5 for taste. However you need to be equal with your customers.

100% honest review here, heard a friend saying this place was good and today it popped up on the Mrs phone saying recommended. We popped down and here is our review. Straight away lovely clean business well presented and very welcoming, we were greeted straight away and instantly felt welcome, lovely staff great respect and manners even made our daughter smile too, we were browsing the menu and was happily advised on what's the best seller and what people go for,we got bolognese parma x2 and sat down to wait, the staff had an on going conversation with us which was a nice touch my personal opinion just plain and simple hard working genuine nice honest staff which are hard to find these days. We got the food and decided in our salads. Got home and opened the boxs and my lord instantly hit with a lovely looking dish and couldn't wait to dive in, the food was exceptional way above expectations every single bite was mind blowing. Really really well done guys one very happy customer here and i can't wait to come back. We wish you all the success with your business going forward all the best and see you again soon

I was always a huge fan of Parmesan and I would always have to travel out all the way to Bradford to get a decent parmo, however I’ve got a parmo place right at my doorstep now! The parmo tastes Class & the customer service is great - especially the guy on counter! 10/10 from me! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
