Food and milkshake were delicious.

We came to this place visiting the area for the football & it was a great choice. The waitress was helpful as we had never been before and the burgers were delicious, especially the Sweet Alabama. With caramelised onions & the chicken burger was great. My friends Son had 8 wings & they were tasty & so big we had to help finish them Matt, Tim. Jonny & Hyrum from Coventry

Lovely friendly staff with delicious food, we had burgers, chicken schnitzel, chicken salad and milkshake. Kids loved it!

2 nights in a row we've ordered. Absolutely beautiful fresh food. The staff are very friendly and read notes. Will definitely recommend and will be back very soon.

Food was so lush, everything inside was nice and clean. Our server Emily was lovely and quick to get our food ordered whilst sorting out the takeaway orders. Food was spot on and filled us up completely. Will be returning!

Perfectly juicy, loaded with flavor, and just the right amount of toppings. The vibe is super chill, and the staff are incredibly friendly. When i tell you, that this place will make you the best parmo in sunderland, i'm not lying! My husband raves about their burgers and loaded fries too! It was delivered by a lovely, friendly guy which was all part of the service -give him a bonus!

Went on Saturday, Emily our server was amazing. Went again with my family following Tuesday, Angelica our server was amazing and The Chef smashing it with food. Both times the food was delicious. Deffo going again.

Was just okay..wouldn't rush back. The quality of the meat could have been better. It's a little expensive for something that tastes like it from a burger van.. So unless you like that, I wouldn't recommend it. It's expensive for hot drinks, considering you only get a tiny to go cup. I'm disappointed, as come here due to reviews

Have tried a number of burgers from here which were all amazing but tonight I decided to try the Original Parmo, boy what a great choice! Succulent.chicken, with just enough sauce and cheese, salad and fries. Bloody gorgeous! Husband got his usual Hot in Houston and chillie fries. Happy customers. 😊

I am an international student studying in Northumbria university searching for parttime jobs these guys had taking advantages of mu need make me to travel to sunderland using the name of trailshift and leaving us from next day with out even not responding to messages did not even pay me panne why do you maintain restaurant with out paying wages

Me and my partner came here on date night after seeing it on social media, wow. I had the parmo and he had one of the burgers, we got a milkshake after and everything was amazing. So fresh and tasty, the staff were super friendly and the place is so chill. We came again with the kids to celebrate a birthday, again the food was outstanding. Kids had chicken wings and absolutely knacked them. I had the parmo again and my partner tried another burger. They came out with brownies and ice cream as a birthday treat which went down a storm with the littlest. Cannot recommend this place enough! The food is SO good and the staff are fantastic.

Great experience. Fresh ingredients and the place was nice and clean with great staff. Free car park round the back also.

Amazing! We stopped here on the way home from an evening out at a concert as my elderly mother said she wanted a hot chocolate - where else would we go! We also ordered chocolate cake and a waffle and weren't disappointed. The service was above and beyond as was the chocolate experience! ☕💝😋

Unhappy. Ordered a ranches for my son's birthday today, he didn't want much so I ordered a plain hamburger and some chips. He also got a waffle. Opened the bag when it arrived and the burger had lots of seasonings on that I didn't ask for, and they'd gave me diffirent chips too. The waffle was ok, was a bit hard and was a bit small. Probably wouldn't go here if your a picky eater.

Food was nice I got the chilli beef parmesan and I loved it my partner had got a burger with bacon loaded fries which said was nice also. Will definitely order again

I placed my order and realised I had ordered the wrong burger, I called the shop and the lady in the phone was very helpful and the manager changed my order without extra charge. When the food was delivered it was hot and absolutely amazing, it was all freshly made and so tasty! By far the best burgers we have ever had from a takeaway as a family even the kids demolished theirs, will definitely 100% order again well worth the money and portion sizes are huge, you definitely get your moneys worth

The burger was really tender chicken meat, was packed with spice and seasoning and was really good portion size, as were the wedges. Ranches really knocked it out the park for me, would definitely order again.

Nice and clean but sadly food wasn’t that nice and very expensive for what you got.

Not a burger person but these burgers were unreal!!

Staying over in Sunderland for the one night as working here tomorrow and was in the area anyway, found Ranches purely based on distance from the digs, turned up without a booking, got seated straightaway and the seating is limited so that was a bonus. The food was incredible. Genuinely makes me hope the job goes wrong so I habe to stay another night and can try other items on the menu. Service was bang on too. You can see from the size of it that is is primarily take-away but trust me, you wont find food this good, filling and tasty for the cost. Absolute MUST visit!!

Smashed it as usual. Got the Mac and cheese burger without salsa and got a tub of their burger sauce. Honestly best burger I’ve ever had. Changing the sauce on the burger hit the nail on the head for me!

the best chicken burgers ever made I've tried recreating them but to no avail, one day I will uncover their secrets

was awful, it went in the bin, pay for extra toppings and don't even get a handful of toppings, strawberries where soggy, waffles where undercooked, too soggy. milkshake was lumpy tasted horrible, all went in the trash. only saving grace was the sticks, and they where mid at best, it was like it was thrown together last minute. won't be ordering again- be careful when u order. paint would've tasted better.

Just ate Ranches this evening after searching for restaurants in Sunderland area. Visited as had decent reviews. WOW was not disappointed! I can honestly say was the best burger & fries I’ve had for a very long time. My daughter had wings and they were proper sized wings, huge and plenty meat! Everything was cooked to perfection and plentiful. Emily our server was polite, informative and friendly. Left with a full tummy and a smile on my face :) Will definitely be back. Well done Ranches 👍
