I am an international student studying in Northumbria university searching for parttime jobs these guys had taking advantages of mu need make me to travel to sunderland using the name of trailshift and leaving us from next day with out even not responding to messages did not even pay me panne why do you maintain restaurant with out paying wages

Me and my partner came here on date night after seeing it on social media, wow. I had the parmo and he had one of the burgers, we got a milkshake after and everything was amazing. So fresh and tasty, the staff were super friendly and the place is so chill. We came again with the kids to celebrate a birthday, again the food was outstanding. Kids had chicken wings and absolutely knacked them. I had the parmo again and my partner tried another burger. They came out with brownies and ice cream as a birthday treat which went down a storm with the littlest. Cannot recommend this place enough! The food is SO good and the staff are fantastic.

Great experience. Fresh ingredients and the place was nice and clean with great staff. Free car park round the back also.

Amazing! We stopped here on the way home from an evening out at a concert as my elderly mother said she wanted a hot chocolate - where else would we go! We also ordered chocolate cake and a waffle and weren't disappointed. The service was above and beyond as was the chocolate experience! ☕💝😋

Unhappy. Ordered a ranches for my son's birthday today, he didn't want much so I ordered a plain hamburger and some chips. He also got a waffle. Opened the bag when it arrived and the burger had lots of seasonings on that I didn't ask for, and they'd gave me diffirent chips too. The waffle was ok, was a bit hard and was a bit small. Probably wouldn't go here if your a picky eater.

Food was nice I got the chilli beef parmesan and I loved it my partner had got a burger with bacon loaded fries which said was nice also. Will definitely order again

I placed my order and realised I had ordered the wrong burger, I called the shop and the lady in the phone was very helpful and the manager changed my order without extra charge. When the food was delivered it was hot and absolutely amazing, it was all freshly made and so tasty! By far the best burgers we have ever had from a takeaway as a family even the kids demolished theirs, will definitely 100% order again well worth the money and portion sizes are huge, you definitely get your moneys worth

The burger was really tender chicken meat, was packed with spice and seasoning and was really good portion size, as were the wedges. Ranches really knocked it out the park for me, would definitely order again.

Nice and clean but sadly food wasn’t that nice and very expensive for what you got.

Not a burger person but these burgers were unreal!!

Staying over in Sunderland for the one night as working here tomorrow and was in the area anyway, found Ranches purely based on distance from the digs, turned up without a booking, got seated straightaway and the seating is limited so that was a bonus. The food was incredible. Genuinely makes me hope the job goes wrong so I habe to stay another night and can try other items on the menu. Service was bang on too. You can see from the size of it that is is primarily take-away but trust me, you wont find food this good, filling and tasty for the cost. Absolute MUST visit!!

Smashed it as usual. Got the Mac and cheese burger without salsa and got a tub of their burger sauce. Honestly best burger I’ve ever had. Changing the sauce on the burger hit the nail on the head for me!

the best chicken burgers ever made I've tried recreating them but to no avail, one day I will uncover their secrets

was awful, it went in the bin, pay for extra toppings and don't even get a handful of toppings, strawberries where soggy, waffles where undercooked, too soggy. milkshake was lumpy tasted horrible, all went in the trash. only saving grace was the sticks, and they where mid at best, it was like it was thrown together last minute. won't be ordering again- be careful when u order. paint would've tasted better.

Just ate Ranches this evening after searching for restaurants in Sunderland area. Visited as had decent reviews. WOW was not disappointed! I can honestly say was the best burger & fries I’ve had for a very long time. My daughter had wings and they were proper sized wings, huge and plenty meat! Everything was cooked to perfection and plentiful. Emily our server was polite, informative and friendly. Left with a full tummy and a smile on my face :) Will definitely be back. the food was absolutely beautiful, not just in presentation but in taste as well. Everything was incredibly fresh, making each bite a delight. The quality and care put into the dishes were evident. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends

Best burgers we've ever tasted. Highly recommend the grand canyon for meat lovers and for vegetarians there is one option for the slaw burger. Yes its the only option but its a bloody tasty one. I am addicted. The chips have a lovely peri peri style salt on them and they taste lush. My partner loves the pepperoni addition option.

Gorgeous as always. Only complaint I really have is that everytime you get loaded Mac and cheese there’s very little stuff in it. Got a loaded pepperoni mac and cheese with only 3 pepperoni in. Other than that burgers, loaded chips and always spot on. Probably do some of the best burgers about

Food was absolutely beautiful and really fresh. It was our first time ordering and won’t be the last. My only negative (if you want to call it that) is that the portion sizes could be slightly bigger, especially for the cost. None the less, I would defo recommend x

I live local and had always ignored this hidden gem!! I ordered for the first time last month and have ordered several times since then. Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful and the shop is always clean and tidy. I always order a Parmesan and I have never been disappointed yet, absolutely beautiful even down to the salad and they do the Parmo with the bechmel sauce (many say they do but they don’t) 10/10 and now a regular customer

Absolutely 10/10! Best scran I’ve had and buzzed with what I got, Alabama Burger was next level aswell as the chicken loaded fries. Even smashed in the Mac n Cheese which blew is apart, most definitely becoming a go to place to order and looking forward to trying what else they’ve got! The Mrs said the parmos were “awesome” and looks forward to ordering again! Top tier bait!!

Amazing food always hot and very fresh

The food was absolutely gorgeous the portions were massive, tasted so fresh and great value for money. The flavours went together lovely and really complemented each other and despite having loaded fries and a burger, the chips and bun were not soggy and everything came piping hot.

Gave wrong size chips, said I could pay for the size I wanted but still had to pay for the ones they gave. Makes no sense. Normally the restaurant would take the wrong order back and make u pay for the right one
