Just ate Ranches this evening after searching for restaurants in Sunderland area. Visited as had decent reviews. WOW was not disappointed! I can honestly say was the best burger & fries I’ve had for a very long time. My daughter had wings and they were proper sized wings, huge and plenty meat! Everything was cooked to perfection and plentiful. Emily our server was polite, informative and friendly. Left with a full tummy and a smile on my face :) Will definitely be back. Well done Ranches 👍

Best burgers we've ever tasted. Highly recommend the grand canyon for meat lovers and for vegetarians there is one option for the slaw burger. Yes its the only option but its a bloody tasty one. I am addicted. The chips have a lovely peri peri style salt on them and they taste lush. My partner loves the pepperoni addition option.

Food delicious as always, always cooked to requested liking, great service and presentation

Never disappoints, my wife orders nachos at least once per week always spot on, sometimes a burger or hot dog and sweet potato fries again spot on, 5/5 stars

Food was absolutely beautiful and really fresh. It was our first time ordering and won’t be the last. My only negative (if you want to call it that) is that the portion sizes could be slightly bigger, especially for the cost. None the less, I would defo recommend x

I live local and had always ignored this hidden gem!! I ordered for the first time last month and have ordered several times since then. Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful and the shop is always clean and tidy. I always order a Parmesan and I have never been disappointed yet, absolutely beautiful even down to the salad and they do the Parmo with the bechmel sauce (many say they do but they don’t) 10/10 and now a regular customer

Absolutely 10/10! Best scran I’ve had and buzzed with what I got, Alabama Burger was next level aswell as the chicken loaded fries. Even smashed in the Mac n Cheese which blew is apart, most definitely becoming a go to place to order and looking forward to trying what else they’ve got! The Mrs said the parmos were “awesome” and looks forward to ordering again! Top tier bait!!

Amazing food always hot and very fresh

The food was absolutely gorgeous the portions were massive, tasted so fresh and great value for money. The flavours went together lovely and really complemented each other and despite having loaded fries and a burger, the chips and bun were not soggy and everything came piping hot.

Gave wrong size chips, said I could pay for the size I wanted but still had to pay for the ones they gave. Makes no sense. Normally the restaurant would take the wrong order back and make u pay for the right one

Lovely tasty burger, very saucy and juicy. Chips had a sweet taste which was a bit strange. Chicken wings were fabulous.

Well excitement was soon shot down its just a burger bar with a few tables not the best

This place is amazing always so fresh. Parmo was perfect and burger was amazing and packed with flavour. Portion size is brilliant and presentation was good. I hate salad but the dressing they use on the salad makes me want more of it. Will always order from here

Fantastic food but always something missing from my order.

Visited on Monday 25th March. Nothing was too much trouble, service was quick and polite and the food was exceptional - the 50 States burger and pepperoni fries in particular were tremendous. Recommended without hesitation.

Been in twice. Both times quick and friendly service by the young lady. Always asks how the food is etc. The food is next level at a fair price. Put it this way. You go to McDonalds or Burger King and get a burger and fries for a similar price yet is no where near as tasty and filling. Would definitely recommend. Milkshakes are unreal as well

Can't fault the food, spot on. Daughter ordered on their website to save time. When I came to pick it up they said it wasn't ready as they had issues with online ordering so I'd suggest you'd phone instead to order.

Very limited seating as its take away based but definitely worth a visit.

Only thing wrong was the cheesecake base, must of been a 1 off because food is normally on point.

In the area for one night. Saw this place on Google maps. Reviews looked great. Drove past and almost kept on going, but turned around and took a chance. 4 burgers and fries 4 drinks. Family and I loved it. Girl serving was really friendly and helpful, especially when my other half spilled her drink everywhere.......twice. I'm so glad I'm not local, I'd eat here far too often. Burgers are super juicy and tasty. Fries are fantastic. They didn't have Pepsi max or Coke, but the cola they serve is really good. Oh! No!! I'm back in the area with my family in a couple of weeks. I wonder where we will be eating. :-)

Always lovely food, but to night was a bit of a let down, burger not as hot as usual, fries totally different from their usual high standard, seemed different altogether and no sweet potato fries, no explanation given would still order again but tonight quite dissapointed

One of the best places for food in the North East, top 5 for me and i have ate at a lot of places. Them chicken wings in Southern Sizzler to die for.

Love coming here as a treat meal, this time was my birthday and my son told the waiter, when we were finishing our meals he brought out a slice of cake and wished me happy birthday, really made my day.

Sooo friendly and helpful even at the very end of the evening just before closing. And thoroughly enjoyed the chips - not chipshop chips but oven chips, cooked well and really tasty, Chilli nachos were great too. The desserts looked tempting - will be back sometime to try them!

So first time I have ordered from here, managed to mess the time up for collection, rang them up and they got straight on it, food was absolutely perfection, milkshakes were outstanding. Might have to be a monthly thing from now on.

Food is absolutly unreal has been everytime i have been all of the menu is amazing only thing i havent had is the veggie option (i love meat 🤣) but no the food is always hot loaded frie's are the best i have ever had. As for staff the young lady who serves is so polite and well spoken i highly recomend anyone to give it ago.........I will be back soon!!!
