Parking via Snap, no receipt for food. The parking lot is dusty and I don’t recommend standing for a long pause. Shower. One and toilets. In short, that's it!

Called in for an evening meal, service friendly enough, food good and portion size can't be faulted. Toilets and washroom nice and clean. I will call again in future. Would recommend.

Gravel pit, but ok, close to the city center The downside is the problem with getting to the shower. The barcode does not meet the requirements. I had one receipt for the weekend and the code doesn't work, and not only for me.😉

Excellent 10 item breakfast for £9 just could not fault it.

I didn't get the names of the couple today. My bad. They were very friendly and helpful. The food (pasty, chips and beans) was good and hot. Washed down with a cuppa tea and I left a happy bunny. Only gave 4 ✨ for atmosphere as I was only one there.... Whether trucker, car driver or biker (me) food is good value for the money. Coming back again next time I pass

Can't express how disappointed I am with the breakfast given to me! Everything is just lukewarm and the egg is almost raw. At £9.00 including a mediocre coffee the price is too high.

Pulled in here for the night on my way up to Leeds. Good secure parking with plenty of space. Cafe food was brilliant with great portions and the staff we friendly. Will definitely be back. Thanks

Today I stoped at ranch and ordered my meal and before I could pay it was there but in the end I could not pay as had problems with my card the staff made me have the meal and to pay next time I am in so in my opinion what great members of staff and I can highly recommend the ranch cafe the food was great the portions more than enough and very very friendly and helpful staff Thanks to them all

Very good parking and safe, SNAP truck stop. The staff members were kind, friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Very good food, the food was cooked perfectly and the portions were big. I definitely recommend this parking lot to everyone.

called in ranch cafe on way back from tattershall lakes. had breakfast Pauline was very helpful we could pick what we wanted, was very friendly and lovely atmosphere. will be back again when visit Newark.

Great value for money with a proper, home cooked dinner. This place is spotless and the staff, Mark and Pauline are ever so friendly and helpful. Top marks for this wee hidden gem.

Great food made by a chef (not a cook) menu is good and topped up by 2 specials daily The home made quiche is a winner for me along with real chips Service is exemplary with lovely chat and banter Prices are fair for a very good meal with a drink I use it regularly and these new owners have transformed the place with friendly staff who actually want to work there. 5 stars from Tom in the green truck

I had pie chips peas and gravy and it was absolutely delicious, I've never had a pie with so much meat, proper homemade chips, and reasonably priced, you've got to try it to believe it, I will definitely be eating here again, cheers guys

Just had a great meal in the Ranch Cafe, braised pork loin, new potatoes veg and gravy followed by a strawberry cheesecake and cream and washed down with a couple of mugs of tea. Great service from Pauline and the crew. I shall definitely be back, highly recommended 👍

A local Cafe owned by a husband and wife team who were extremely friendly and welcoming I have eaten in some of the best places in the world but good home cooked food is always a winner and this was amazing home cooked food I had chips the bombay veggie burger with cheese and beans QUITE SIMPLY THE BEST CHIPS IVE EVER HAD!!! and the portions are generous and very reasonable value I will be back!!!!

Very limited meno, everything’s £10. Had lasagna off the ‘specials’ board, nothing special about, a slab of dry tasteless lasagna, some peas and half a dozen potatoes that looked like coal. Will avoid in future, shame as parking area is good.

Brilliant place under new management. Staff are warm and friendly covid aware. Food is first class very well prepared coffee good. This is a great wee cafe. Will always go back

Very impressed!!! Very friendly staff. I’ve had a cheese burger with bacon for £10 with chips, vegetables and drink. Burger and vegetables tasted fresh and chips very nicely seasoned. Portion was quite big so I couldn’t even finish it all. Cafe was extremely clean and also saw a vegetarian option on the menu. Thank you.

Amazing full English breakfast! Only £16 for two regular size full English and a drink!! Throughly enjoyed the experience, and was cheap and delicious!

Only reopened under new management on the 27th march 23 visited 3 days after opening and very impressed staff are lovely very welcoming and friendly... the place is lovely and clean... wasn't sure what to expect after only just reopening under new management but was very impressed... The menu is a bit limited would love to see some good old comfort food meals like steak pie etc fish and chips or even your simple things like sausage egg and chips in the future but there just starting out am sure there well be more coming soon.... I went for the scampi and chips and wow when i got my meal it was the best looking scampi and chips I've ever had with Amazing home made chips nice salad peas and tartar sauce.... its not hard to go wrong with scampi and chips but they brought it to a diffrent level with there homemade touches... cost me £10 with a can of juice ... cant fault the place staff great food great...there off to a flying start after only being open 3 days

Too expensive and food wasn't very nice. Chocolates and sweets fairly priced. Will walk into town next time for better cheaper food. Plenty of options

1.50 for a Medium cup of tea from a road side cafe , breakfast rubbish as well , never again , can’t see why it’s still open. Think of the driver not just your pocket, and found her pretty ignorant as well .bring your own

Second time eating here and impressed both times. Food is excellent, highly recommend the sausages, nice atmosphere and the ladies are always friendly and welcoming, just what’s needed after a long day on the road. Highly recommend!

Arrived for a meal opted for the beef stew it arrived swimming in liquid absolutely no taste only water I've never in my life had to eat stew with a spoon before I made a comment about the meal to the staff to be told "I'll let her know" just another victim stuck in a truck stop no where to go so have to put up with this underwhelming food Disgruntled driver

Monday 1st Nov 2021, not open at 6.15am as stated 6am.

The parking lot has deteriorated, it was better two years ago, 4 showers are closed and there is nowhere to wash. A Russian-speaking Romanian was standing next to him, his owner came and opened the shower for him to wash, I asked him to wash, he said it was impossible :) .......

I have been having Dinners here for 10 years or so . And have always enjoyed them . The staff are polite . Thank you . E.M. C.

New owners new furniture new menu. An example of a good transport style cafe. Nicely cooked and quick service. Slightly odd layout for covid situation. The sugar/salt/sauces are at the beginning of the counter rather than at the end. So having ordered you have to get very close to those queuing to place their orders. Would be nice to have a bike rack outside. Plenty of parking. Very popular with commercial vehicle drivers which is a good sign.

Arrived today. Breakfast served till 2pm on their website. Got there at 13.40pm. They refused to make breakfast. They were very rude and just not welcoming. Avoid if you can. Can't coment on food as walked away. But based on the attitude it probably is not any good anyway.

Excellent food friendly staff and value for money. Excellent portion sizes on takeaway Sunday lunch today. Would highly recommend, and you you can't get to you delivery also available. What's not to like?
