The air con was on full and it was far too cold to sit in. No bread by 10am. So we just had drinks but couldn't work out why it took so long to make 2 drinks with so many staff on.

I regularly stop in here for drinks on the way to work. The drive-through is quick, drinks are well made and they're generous with cream and marshmallows! The staff are always friendly, it's a nice way to start my mornings 😊

Please turn down the freezing air conditioning. I had to put on my coat in July! Lots of people were talking about how cold it was and it was warmer outside. The place looks great after a mini upgrade after the floods. It’s much more spacious with comfortable seats. I was slightly disappointed with the new customer service assistant who just put my order at the side of the tray and although I can stack the tray myself, it wasn’t great service . She was too busy chatting rather, than paying attention to customers.

A really vibrant Costa, full of chatty people that are smiling, staff helpful and restaurant clean.

we called for a cold drink as we were passing , bout a fanta orange and wife doesn't like drinking from bottles , so i asked for a take away cup if possible , the young lady said no problem and even offered ice and a slice , brilliant service ... thank you

Pulled up at 6:40 and asked for a medium cappuccino that turned out to be half a cup so assume I was given a small, also got myself a medium coffee that was luke warm at best! Definitely not worth the money or time 😔

Opening times are wrong, they close at 18:30 not 19:00

I ordered a breakfast wrap and got given a plain bacon cob

Food arrived moldy, and Ubear eats wouldn’t refund me, because apparently that’s not a good enough reason

Asking at drive through for a late with caramel, and got late with soya milk.

Waited a very long time for 1 drink. 3 members off staff all said “I’ll be with you in a minute” over the headset in the drive through From entering the queue to leaving the queue it took around 20 minutes!! All for 1 caramel iced latte, no apology at the window the the long wait or anything

Staff were very friendly. Good service. Lots of space to sit. Air conditioned and nice to sit in. Outside space too.

Very disappointed with first visit here, lady who served us probably would have cracked her face if she smiled. Had hot chocolate and usually love this when ordering in newark but here never asked if I would like any of the toppings and was only warm.

Some of the original staff members like Josh were brilliant and provided great service, but yesterday I went in and was kicked out because they were closing, after checking these times it seems they were closing over 20 minutes early.

A very windy day had closed Sherwood Pines and I came here with a friend who is a regular. I had a black coffee and a Bacon roll. Both were delicious. Very helpful staff and a relaxing environment.

Usually a lovely place to visit however today no cup for my tea ... had to ask after waiting 5 mins in the queue... no milk for the tea ... another 5 min wait... then turn cup over ..dirty... water temperature was like it was out of tap. Dirty tables and awful attitude of staff. Very disappointed 😞

Located just off the busy Ollerton roundabout, this Costa which also offers a drive thru facility, does have a relatively small carpark which incorporates 2 of those electric charging unit bays.Theres a small outside seating area space by the entrance doors for when the weather is kind.Once inside I found the store to be a nice, bright modern & clean with around 25 seating tables and fairly busy but not too over crowded.The staff on duty were very pleasant when I placed my order(payment can be made by cash or card ) & well organised.,which made the waiting not too long .Even offering to help & carry my overloaded tray back to the table ! The inside atmosphere was good & wasn't noisy at all which made the visit a pleasure !

Great space for a tasty drink and food whether you are alone or want to meet with a sizable party. There are plenty of parking spaces and it is well situated off a thriving village.

I visit this Costa on a regular basis. The staff here are lovely. All helpful and make you feel welcome everyday. Service is very quick for drinks and food and is always perfect. Well done to the Store Managers and staff.

Boy this is a big Costa. Set on a busy road juntion on the A614 you have to follow the Edwinstowe road to find the entrance. Very modern and upto date, everything you would expect, complete with drive through. Slightly untidy floor and a faulty food cabinet. Reasonable size car park with 2 disabled slots but also 2 EV chargers. The route from the disabled slots is a little tricky and you have to cross the drive through. Otherwise decent disabled facilities.

I give ollerton costa this score very pleasant staff happy to help and make you smile just shame prices so high but not staffs fault thank you for excellent service guys and dolls

Clean site and friendly staff. Parking spaces are a little on the snug side though especially the ev charging bays.

Stopped off in the driveway and got myself a latte and got my two little girls a couple creamed cups what I must say they loved it staff was really friendly and nice at the window probably one of the best experiences I've had coming to Costa in the last 15 years

Costa web page says open until 20 00 arrived at 18.57 all locked up notice said closed at 19.00 either way closed early. Saw at least 2 more people try the door .

Staff not very friendly at all. No please or thank you and order completely wrong. Had to ask for knives serviettes and milk which they’d already asked if I wanted

Staff didn't listen to what I wanted to order, no condiments given ie, sugar, spoons for yogurt. Not impressed.

Orderd 2 caramel lattes and revived to normal lattes and can't ring to complain

On the main Ollerton roundabout. This used to be The Big Fish which is now a fraction of the size and mostly take out. Plenty of good seating with lots of space. Additional seating outside. Drive through is popular.Staff very friendly. I remember recommending to Costa that they have a cafe at this site.

Slow line, slow service and the request for food was not met. For the price bit of a let down.

Coffee very hot which I asked for. Staff polite, clean and friendly. They just don't have time to clear the tables.

Awful customer service, 4 people behind the counter more bothered about serving people in the drive tho. Than those inside, unprofessional and people skills leave a lot to be desired.

Coffee at usual standard for Costa (tho occasionally they serve a poor flat white - depends who's making it). If you're sitting in be aware the seats don't seem to get vacuumed too often.

Cold toast done on one side only, ordered 2 slices person come out on 1 plate 3 small butter 1 knife, no serviette. Cold tea and a dry bun. will not be returning

Newly opened Costa Coffee March 2021. Great building. A little slow on service. New team. It will get faster.

Again disappointed as there were not any chocolate twists available ,seems that if you don't get there really early they aren't available,perhaps they should order more,just a thought

Went today for the first time after using the chippy, The drive though closed, and 4 staff behind the counter, waited 15mins to be served at that I gave up.

Their service is way way way too slow. I've never been to a Costa store where the staff take this long to make a warm (not hot latte)

My first time visiting the drive thru today. It was quite busy and it appeared that they were training a new staff member. The service throughout was excellent and the polite staff member was very apologetic about the wait in the car park. I had made an awkward order so was expecting a slight wait anyway, but I was sat for around 10-15 mins. Would definitely go back again, the order I'd placed was perfectly done and there were zero mistakes.

Best coffee going nearly always use costa when possible the only thing i find wrong is the toast slightly under done and only 1 side done

Half decent coffee, polite service but just expensive. By the time you and the missis have had a coffee and a slice of cake your almost £15 down.
