Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Wrexham in Wrexham

Attended a training course, so can't comment on the rooms. All seemed quite pleasant, although not manned reception to guide you to where you should be.

This isn't the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, as some of the amenities are a little lacking. Staff can make all the difference though, and Louis was one of the most helpful people I've ever encountered. He had answers for all my questions, from how exactly does this cab system work, to how does the Welsh language compare to other languages in the area. Truly, he was a highlight of the entire trip.

Nice rooms, good food and friendly staff

I don’t know if it was just the rooms booked for me, but the room I was in was spacious and had ample room for doing work and for sleeping. The staff were respectful and kind, and super nice!

Poor food ! Fish and chips , smallest fish EVER. Small portion of chips also. Ordered brownie and ice cream and asked for extra ice cream. It came with 1 scoop on top. When I enquired they came back 5 mins later saying I’d need to pay for it, having not yet had the bill this was fairly obvious. After all the news about I said forget it. 4 star hotel - don’t expect 4 star food or service. Had to get their attention to be seated and also had to get their attention to order the food. Again at 4 star - you expect a level of service and this was not met here.

Celebrated our ruby wedding vow renewal. Everything was perfect nothing was too much trouble for the staff especially Matt who went above and beyond what was needed to make our time there very special

Great Service from Lewis, issue with 1st 2x rooms but sorted me out with no hassle. Good food, both breakfast and dinner. I travel around for work and by far the best hotel I've stayed in

My wife and I went to see a couple of Wrexham games and stayed at the Ramada. The location is perfect to those who don't want to drive around and want to walk to the centre, stadium, etc. The staff was super friendly as well. We don't understand all the bad reviews on other websites. We will definitely be back and go back to the Ramada. The only thing that needs improvement is that the rooms should be cleaned a little better when preparing for the next guests ' check in.

Do not stay at the Wrexham Ramada. Our parked hire car was crashed into at the hotel’s carpark and management did not assist. Despite promises of help, management have not helped with CCTV footage of the event which would potentially identify the offender. Furthermore, their rooms are average at best; save yourself the hassle and go to the Premier Inn.

Lovely hotel. Friendly & efficient. Very convenient location.

2nd stay here. Got everything you need on a budget, friendly staff, good free breakfast, no resort fees is a big plus. Shuttles service free to. Beds so comfortable and shower great. Clean and tidy just need to high dust. Washers are cheap to. Pool great . Only things needed is some tlc and maybe a shop for basics and kettle. WiFi hit and miss. Would stay again.

We only went there for a meal it was lovely and the staff were fantastic definitely going to go back.

One of the most enjoyable part of my trip was visiting Wrexham, and the Ramada was a part of it. Room was quite nice, clean and comfortable bed. Enjoyed the bar, memorable time had there with visiting Wrexham AFC fans.

Booked for one night. We went to a Wrexham game and walking from the hotel to the pub and game was very easy and not far at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

So nice to find a hotel that allows a family of four to stay in one room! Staff were so nice and helpful, hotel was beautiful. Easy access from the highway and lots of parking. Walkable to Wrexham AFC. And a good restaurant on-site!

Went for a coffee while family were at thy hospital.. Paid for drinks and waited for them while the server chatted to other people at the bar 😢

Excellent hotel very clean Amazing food and the staff are very helpful and friendly Carman was excellent. The Supervisor was also very helpful and friendly .

There are not enough words to express how lovely and how extremely welcoming all the staff were! Visiting Wrexham was a wonderful experience and we cannot wait to visit again and stay at the Ramada! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Room ok but food is like it’s been lying in a fridge for days and reheated. if you want to loose a tooth try the pizza, all meals brick hard .Complained but staff never came back .

Excellent facility for a stay in wrexham. Adult with teenagers.

Hired a room for a baby shower, Nice and clean. The set out was just as we had asked, The service during our time was outstanding, Sonia was especially attentive and nothwas too much trouble. A credit to Ramada
