Easte of time food not good won't be going back

Food came quick but ordered without salad and came covered in salad

Didnt give any garlic mayo when chosen and paid for it

The chicken on the wings weren’t cooked properly and were clearly frozen including the chicken on the burger not to mention that I couldn’t even pick the thing up and had to use a knife and fork to eat it since it was drowned in sauce which was meant to be spicy ( it wasn’t ) and tasted like it was left out in an open container for three weeks. Definitely not ordering from here again

Donner was burnt, didn’t taste as the normal Rajas Donner food wasn’t the best this time around wouldn’t even rate it a 1.

i ordered a cheesecake and when it came it was frozen and hadn’t been left to defrost properly which had led to me being very poorly which can actually happen from cheesecake when i rang to let them know they where very rude on the phone and didn’t take any responsibility for this mistake on there behalf.

stopped using rajas years ago after a 2 hour delivery, but gave another shot and was brilliant, great food, on time, so will start using more often

Ordered food and desserts. Dessert had been partially eaten when I rang to complaint fully denied to then later say they would send a replacement dessert was never sent out shocking customer service.

This is the best pizza I've had. I get it without sauce (because I'm picky lol) and it really highlights how good both the cheese and bread are. The fries as well and of course the chilli sauce is iconic! My go to takeaway!

Asked to swap the chicken fillet burger for a spicy one in the notes section, they did with not issues. Also arrived 15 minutes early. Brilliant 👍

hour and a half wait on food to be delivered to receive a stone cold order, used to be much better, reluctant to give it another shot.

Dull food, not much options for sauces on the counter, just ketchup.

I have been here three times and recently the guy was saying fries but telling other guy to make chips! It's unbelievable that people work in Hospitality yet don't know the difference between chips and fries! I was charged 2 pounds for fries cheaper in Leeds! Then 25p for chutney gready staff!

Food was cold and the food took nearly 2 hours to arrive, rang and was told they had forget something therefore the driver had to go back and they then had to re make our food. But when the food finally arrived it was cold, bread and chips were soggy. Had to re-heat in the microwave and ended up throwing most away. Happen last two times ordering from here,

Great service, very polite and the tripple cheese burger meal with cheesy chips very nice. Your not left hours either.

Food is the worse I have ever had pizza burnt chicken tasted like it’s been warmed up from yesterday would never come back again!!

Orders food got msg driver is on way turned up 35 mins later take 5 mins from takeaway to we’re I live. Food turned up with driver cold and bottle of Pepsi max missing, told driver was missing he told I’ll be back 5 mins with drink it’s been 30 mins and no one has turned up poor service.

We order from Rajas regularly and are rarely disappointed but today was it. Really craved a cheeseburger so got the gourmet and one side was totally burnt and so chewy due to that. It was overcooked and inedible. Hope this was a one off incident guys as we are regulars and really enjoy your food!

Never had a problem before but Food was late and cold had to reheat.

Chicken and chips combo with spicy wings I love it

Worse experience with this restaurant. I will never be ordering from them again. two items were also missing which I have reported to Just Eat. Avoid this place, they never answer their phone and I have tried number of times and failed to speak to anyone. POOR AND ABYSMAL SERVICE!

Order never turned up, waited 1 hour 10 minutes so far. Was supposed to turn up at 8:05pm. Tried to ring up but wouldn’t answer.

Staff members are good but the quality of food is really bad, I’d recommend to an enemy to go and eat. My advice would be for the staff members to please make the food quality higher, would rate 0 out of 5

We picked it up and the food was nice and hot especially the spicy fillet burger and chicken steak meal despite it being so busy. Overall everything was nice with the bonus of free samosas.

Rubbish never turned up and won’t give money back

Normally food is ok, but fast food 45 min late is shocking.

We ordered our food at 7pm, the estimated delivery time was 7:40 - 8:00, and we received the food at 8:20. When we received the food it was barely warm/cold, we were missing a desert and the Ben and jerrys was the wrong flavour and was melted. We also didn’t receive the mayo we paid. I rang up about the missing food and dips and he said they were out of mayo but will send the desert. My partner ate the food without any mayo and then when we received the desert 15 mins later they sent mayo anyway

Ordered their spicy dip burger and can happily say it was well worth it. Flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Asked for sauces and they put them on free of charge too. Also very nice to see them boycotting, Thank you!

I ordered a cheeseburger without salad it had salad in it and for some reason chicken was in it and it’s dry got my girlfriend a veggie burger no mayo cos she’s allergic guess what it had mayo so she couldn’t even eat I would rate 0 if I could avoid

food was got and nice to eat. woken up 3 hours later and got really bad dry mouth from something in the food. really really bad. I was fine before.

I paid extra for my drink with my meal but I didn’t get no drink and when I asked the delivery driver he goes he can’t do anything because the takeaway is now closed.

I should have left a meh review the first time and not bothered with a 2nd order. First pizza ordered a few weeks ago was on time but delivery driver couldn't find the house (it's on a main road, not somewhere complicated) and it was cold enough on arrival I had to put it in the oven. Pizza was fine but tasted oddly of curry spice (I had a basic cheese and tomato). 2nd order today was over an hour late. It was marked as delivered on Just Eat but had to chase for it. It was 'on it's way' remarkably quickly after that, which makes me wonder how long it was sitting somewhere keeping warm and forgotten about. Delivery driver also couldn't find the house, so I turned it away when it finally arrived. I wasn't up for cold pizza over an hour after expecting it by this point.

Spot on as per order from here a lot and never disappointed.

i rang up after it was already 5 minutes late then it turned into them telling me it’ll be a further 10-15 minutes when i explained i had work and i needed it to be on time they were rude and just repeated themselves.

Chips soggy and chewy, pizza hard and cold

very fast delivery.The driver didn’t do any yapping he just gave the food and went on his way which i liked very much overall the delivery is a 5star aswell as the food

Ordered chips with cheese was barely any cheese on them also ordered 2 tango apples but was not given them.

Paid for but didn’t get extra pepperoni and garlic on my pizza. No garlic mayo after paying for it. Pizza was barely warm, all cheese had set, nigh on cold. Disappointing.

The food arrived 10 mins early but luke warm the quality wasn't there like usual

Last few order had issues but overall good hot food. When ordering late in to the night the service gets a little shocking. And they don't seem to be bothered.

Good food well cooked, only issue was that the mayo on the chicken burger was very minimal with only a tiny splodge other than that was fine.

The chicken fillets and spicy hot wings are my favourite. Very tasty but don’t blow your head off and get the taste buds tingling. Delivery used to be very slow in the past but am glad to say that doesn’t appear to be the case anymore. I would definitely recommend this takeaway to chicken lovers and will be ordering again.

Ordered on a Thursday afternoon. Food took 1 Hour 50 mins to arrive, and was unsurprisingly cold. Waste of £20.

I hate that your food is too good :D I need to diet haha cheap too . Only negative is that I don’t think your pizzas are as good as the other takeaways around you. You use hardly any tomato base. Last pizza was as dry as the box it came in. Boneless box is the best tho

So we rang and asked where it was after an hour after the expected time to be told 10 more minutes and waited again to then ring again to be told they gave my order to someone else and they was sending fresh up to then get called from them to be told my address wasn’t on the receipt right after I said I was on way to shop a knock at the door with stone cold food and a very confused driver it’s a joke how it was handled

Wrong dips. Was told we would get them in 15 mins. Still didn’t arrive 50mins later. No manager to talk to so didn’t know what to say when I asked for a refund.

When food arrived, it was stone cold and soggy as I think it had been in the delivery car for to long. Waste of money as it went in the bin.
