Waited 15 mins to be seated but had to wait for a menu. Finally went up to order at quarter to 11 to be told breakfast has stopped even though the menu states order until 11. We got told it was now lunch instead wmso after relooking at the menu we went to order lunch only to be told we couldn't order lunch until 12 it was light bites only between 11-12. So one again we relooked at the menu we picked light bites but we're then told it was only quarter past 11 and light bites wernt on the till until half past. After attempting to order 3 different meals we were finally able to order at half 11 after sitting here for over an hour waiting to order. Don't come between 10:30 and 12.

Had lunch yesterday. Busy Sunday. We were seated promptly. We placed our order and food was brought pretty quickly. We chose the Burger & Fries and an Egg Mayo Sandwich in Brown bloomer bread with Salad & coleslaw. The sandwich, although generously filled was obviously not made and served freshly. Sadly, the sandwich had been pre made and refrigerated and unfortunately this resulted in soggy bread and was not enjoyed as much as if it was made fresh. The bread was lovely but didn't stand up to being kept in the fridge. Such a shame. For just under £8 it could have been greatly improved, in my opinion. We enjoyed tea for two. Service was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. We would go again but maybe not choose a sandwich next time.😊 We had a mooch round in the garden centre and enjoyed looking for gift ideas on the lovely Autumn displays. 🎃🍁🍂🎃😊

Now Blooms restaurant shuts at 3.30 daily - I can no longer go for coffee. My grandson loved going straight from school for a sandwich and drink. Such a shame.

First we have to queue to be settled then queue again to order and even tho both queues were massive there was only ONE person at the till. Not mention 20min waiting for coffee and cake (they even charge extra for oat milk…ridiculous). Won’t coming back that’s for sure

Our afternoon tea was absolutely lovely, no complaints, the food was delicious. However, the staff were so shockingly rude! They did not want to accommodate, they were standoffish and argumentative. We were asked if we had any dietary requirements and we informed them we were both vegetarian, immediately they got annoyed that we'd not booked this option, however when we went to check again on the website, there is absolutely no visible option for vegetarian, it's not our fault for the poor website design? Please make it more obvious!! She went onto argue with us and said we might not get anything now regardless if I had a hungry 2 year old, eventually she came back to tell us we could but it would be a very long wait...the whole time we were referred to as "girls" as if we were naughty schoolchildren when we are grown adults. It just made the environment very uncomfortable. We could have worked something out and they could have been more polite but they chose to be combative. Which is a shame when the food was so lovely.

Food arrived mostly cold and was definitely not worth the price. And our drinks didn't arrive until after we had finished eating. Very disappointed.

Visited on a Sunday. Very busy. Just made it in time before queues got longer. Car park was heaving. A great band played christmas carols outside to welcome the customers. Enjoyed a great cappucino & fresh cream scone. Cake was big enough to to share. The staff were helpful & courteous. Will definitely visit again.

The cake we had was good. Service was really poor. They can’t do ice cream after a certain time. You have to queue to be seated but then queue again to order, no one was at the entrance and then the person seating us up deliberate ignored us twice. Almost 2£ for a babyccino when in other places is even free. Very overprice and not worth it. Won’t be stopping back again

Got told it was a 35/40 minute wait for a vanilla slice and a filter coffee. Decided not to wait and got the same vanilla slice for less than half the price from the garden centre farm shop. Very expensive here, even by garden centre standards.

Always have breakfast here before looking round Tong. Ordering at table on phone is great. Can select own breakfast and have what you want rather than having a fixed breakfast. Also do sandwiches. Range of hot and cold drinks. Food and drinks are always brought to table quickly and very rarely any problems. Food always tastes great. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Wheelchair accessible and has tables with removable chairs and some booths with fixed sitting. Toilets including disabled are next to it. It's worth visiting Tong just to eat here.

Wasn't particularly impressed. We had a falafel wrap each and it was okay. Salad was a bit dry though and it would have been nice to be given the option of a vinaigrette dressing and not just sachets of salad cream. We ordered some cans of pop to go with our meal and were told they'd be brought over to us. Food came with no drinks. We asked about them and were told by our server "Drinks come from the middle" before she wandered off. We still hadn't been brought our drinks by the time we'd eaten our food. Still, they were good enough to refund the eye-watering £2.85 a can that we'd paid.

Enjoyed Afternoon Tea for two on Tuesday 30th May at 230pm. Really pleased with the selection presented and couldn't fault the experience from start to finish. Brilliant staff, very accomodating!! Loved the taster soup at the start. The only slight negative would be to see it presented on a traditional cake stand as not sure the wooden stands are as hygienic. Would definitely book again...

Food was rather basic but tasty. We were served fairly quickly, place was clean and it's very handy for "refuelling" during lengthy garden shopping sessions.

Some of the food is delicious but they are often out of things. The maitr D's are not very friendly. The drinks are tiny and poor quality and everything is so overpriced. 4 for a small coffee

Oh dear oh dear. So close and yet so far away, as the song goes. Hassled staff, unclear direction of people traffic. Confusing. Very wheelchair unfriendly. Staff member who showed us to the table said we were queueing in the wrong place and "shouldn't be blocking the aisle" (we weren't) then said "why have you come with a wheelchair on a Saturday?" Ouch! That's us told. We only wanted a few drinks and there was 20 minute wait. (Which we were told about to be fair) The food looked nice and the garden centre itself is brilliant, hence the 2 stars.

Went here for afternoon tea as a holiday treat during the mega hot heat wave🥵 . Definitely worth every penny, loved it. So fresh ,very tasty . Couple of nice surprises and got extra coffee which was an extra bonus,Sarah was very attentive well all the staff were. They were handing out cold glasses of water to every one and making sure everyone was okay. I was well impressed with their bosses also letting them finish earlier and allowing them to have extra breaks ❤️. I am very surprised at the garden centre not having air conditioning though. Anyway we will be definitely going back for afternoon tea as they change the menu every 3 months 😀

Afternoon tea in Bloom's is £26 for two people & it's a real bargain! We got a tasty little cup of soup, quiche, the sandwiches were both very tasty & then a nice selection of 3 cakes. Can't go wrong for that price really

NO STAR FOR THIS PLACE. RUBBISH DIRTY ROOMS. AND IF YOU DONT WANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT THEN COME TO THIS PLACE. 2 NIGHTS STAY WAS CUT SHORT TO ONE NIGHT. THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE NIGHT PEOPLE WERE PARTYING. ARGUING, SCREQMING AND SHOUTING. AT ONE POINT IT FELT LIKE GUNS WERE BEING FIRED. WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO STAFF THE FOLLOWING MORNING CASUALLY SAID THERE WAS COMMOTION AND THEY ARE AWARE. NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING. DIDNT EVEN OFFER FREE TEA OR COFFEE. MORE THAN A BUDGET HOTEL MORE LIKE A HOSTEL! THE BED WAS LITTERALLY A SLAB OF FOAM. I COULD FEEL THE BASE BOARD UNDERNEATH. FELT LIKE IM SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR. BACK WAS STIFF THE FOLLOWING MORNING. GLAD WE HAD OUR SECOND NIGHT AT JURYS INN.
