Horrible people disgusting pizzas

Ordered for the first time and the service was great. We had 2 chicken fillet burgers and a chicken wrap meal for delivery. Chips were missing but the shop arranged for them to be sent out which we received pretty quick. 10/10 for customer service.

Added it was delivered before it was actually delivered. Then had to make several calls to find the driver

The burger bun was soggy and under cooked. The portion of chips and donner meat was next to nothing. They charged £2.50 for fries and donner meat and portion looked like it was only worth 50p. I would never order anything from here again. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Absurd.

Really disappointing. I requested a refund as the food was cold but they refused it. I ordered a fully loaded box and the meat wasn’t warm at all.

On your photos your pizzas look lovely, stone baked. Well I ordered one and it’s not a stone baked pizza. I’m really disappointed.

Have ordered from here before and it hasn’t been bad but the food tonight was awful, really bland unfortunately and the chicken pieces were pink on the inside. Food didn’t taste great how it usually is so won’t be ordering again. Cost us almost £32 and could have had much better food from a different place. 😕😐

the pizzas were not like how we normally ordered. they were smaller in size and and they toppings were scarce. got a tummy ache after eating pizza.

you put way too much cheese on the cheesy chips! my daughter chocked and nearly died! I've just pulled cheese from out her throat, cheese that is like plastic......

I had to ring the raestaurant the i ordered at 13.00 and received it at 15.00 totally unaceptable the three portions of fries were inedible and the pizza was stodgy wont be using again

The pizza was so salty that I couldn't eat even a piece of it. Last time the pizza had a horrible smell so i called the restaurant and they changed it for me but that's it i am not ordering anymore from Raja's its wast of money and time very disappointed . They used to have a good pizza

I found the pizza very dry I ordered garlic cheese not knowing their is no tomatoes on the base chicken tasteless no flavour. Really did not enjoy n for the price I paid so disappointed.

Ordered 9 pizza and 2 chips, bill came to something like £47. The guy wouldn’t give no more than 3 sauce! Ridiculous! Not visiting this place anymore! No customer value!

Nothing special just boring old fast food, slightly overpriced for the basic fast food you get from here, the place it self does need a good refurb inside. No parking at all that’s a big issue when picking food up or to place an order. If you do order just phone up and then park behind the building or the ghetto side streets.

Not really a good experience. Ordered from here few times before but there is always some kind of issue if it's not something missing then it the order would be late and if not late order then it would be wrong items. I've uploaded the pictures of the order I received but in reality I ordered totally different items. They probably gave me a wrong order. I rung few times but no one answered since it was late and I didn't have much choice so I ended up eating it but exactly what I was looking for. No disrespect to the staff or the drivers but the main management really needs to look into it as there always is an issue with this place whe ordering a delivery.

Are you guys rationing your food or? Paid £20 for something to eat an I got half empty box. Says I get a portion of popcorn chicken an I only got 2 pieces. Was suppose to come with fries an I swear I only got about 13. And lol I don't know why I'm laughing but the burger was missing the actual chicken fillet. Salad was brown so don't know how old that was. Also there was hair in my cake and custard. That wasn't part of my order. I gave you the benefit of the doubt thinking second time round will be good. But you guys should quit your jobs and do something else. Clearly making food isn't your strong point. Disgusting takeaway and unhygienic.

Everthing is expensive and they add so much water in thier sauce. not worth to try.

Absolutely horrible experience. Order was wrong so called restaurant and ended up speaking to manager who was unprofessional the entire time and never came to resolution and hangs up phone when questioned what he is going to do to resolve wrong item being sent out.

One of the worst takeaways ever. Disgusting, the chicken was extremely bad it was clearly off it was black, the seekh wrap was a joke I held I’d I had water all over my hands most watery bland warp ever chips soggy and old definitely don’t recommend it📉

This was not my first but it will defiantly be my last, my kids was wanting their pizza desperatly and it was ten mini late I called to check the only thing I got was insulting and humiliation from the man calld bilal well who knowns his real name any way,my kids heard all the insult humiliation over the phone. Never regrant like to day.

I have used this place for years without a problem. When my pizza didn't turn up, I naturally called to see if there was a problem. Instead of being honest and showing accountability, the guy on the phone first tried to blame rain, then blamed his driver. He insisted the driver would be 4 to 5 minutes. I tried to tell him numerous times that it takes 20 mins to my home but no, he continued to argue with me. He then called his driver and came and said ten minutes. I could not express myself as this man could tinued to speak over me and TRY to talk DOWN to me. I called out his rudeness and I said I will not be ordering from you again and he said whatever and hung up the phone on me. Ignorant, arrogant, rude and very very unprofessional.

Food terrible 1hr 30mins for delivery When you ring... its driver be 10mins even tho its already been 1hr 10mins Lucky I did it online or would of cancel or order

Was served burnt grill chicken in a soggy wrap and no salad!! and undercooked fish in fish burger. Waste of money. Hygiene level of shop poor. Was kept waiting 25m in shop on e person cooking and serving. Deffo won't be visiting again. Food gone in bin

Driver refused to deliver to the order address because he couldn't find parking, he parked 10 minutes away, the only reason I placed an order was to have it delivered to my workplace as I couldn't leave. The response of the manager was even worse as they basically told me to move my a**, after refusing to give me a refund...

Just ordered at my place of work at LS10 and the order received was wrong. When I called to tell them they basically told me to do one and told me I was wrong. Maybe it would be better if the guy who takes the order can understand the language. Lost my custom and won't be ordering from here again..ill also make sure that that no-one from the office does as well. Food is nice but poor service.

A fan of their wraps and Pizzas. Have varieties of pizza for selection. Never had a dine-in experience, but they take hours to deliver the food to your place, which is quite annoying sometimes. Otherwise, just great.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 6 pizzas and when I got them home, realised they were wrong, but was too hungry to return. If it was just a wrong order, then I could deal.with that, but the taste was awful. Basically rushed the order and threw on whatever, making all the pizzas more or less tasting the same. I will not be going back here, even if someone paid me. Save your money and go somewhere else, they've definitely gone downhill and not worth your money.

Right were do I start from. 0 cronovirus precautions taken went in there thinking some sort of precautions would be taken eg gloves masks but nope bare hands wiping sweat on face and continuing to cook food I ordered and while I was waiting for my food I chose to walk out with out asking for money back because I wasn't willing to take the risk of catching c virus from here I think I'll stick to home food never again

Food is always good from Rajas. Pizzas are great quality and good value for money. The service in the takeaway is brilliant as the people are very friendly. 5 star from me! Thank you for the good food!

Don't eat rely bad food make me sick

Brown pieces of chicken on my pizza! Was almost sick. Chicken looked a few days old so they put some pesto on and buried it in cheese. That was after collecting it down my road after paying for delivery.

Absolutely a mess waited over a hour for delivery and then to receive the cheapest chicken I've ever seen if it really is chicken disgraceful it should be shut down.

Gran calidad. No es mentira. Vegetarian? Try it! The crust is very soft and melts in the mouth. The edges not hard and not fried! The topping is also mouth-watering, warm, pulpy, mushed, wet, juicy you name it. Everything is agradable. Service is also nice, i.e. timely delivery & VERY polite. Amazing price! We've ordered it through deliveroo, I dont know how it is if you use directly their webpage. En su conjunto, experiencia muy agradable. Mi orden: Vegetarian Delight Pizza 14, Stuffed Cheesy Crust,Pineapple + Cake with Custard.

Ordered a lamb Balti pizza with fries, the best tasting pizza ever, the lamb was so delicious and succulent, and the fries were very tasty with a delicious sauce which went really well with the fries, lovely food, I definitely recommend rajas pizza bar

Sadly have to give it 1 star or else it would not of got any they failed to deliver the order in the time stated so didn't have time to eat it so had to cancel the order the company the use to order and the takeaway are refusing a refund I will not be using these jokes of a company used to be a good customer but took my custom somewhere else

I orderd my food at 10:12pm online by the help of hungry house app.. i recievd email twith in 3 min that my order is accepted ... will be there by 11:20pm... i was waiting standing al that time in the window so they wont say that the guy was there but no one showed up so we put all in bin .. like they said last tims when i orderd ... right then it was 11:30pm then i tracked my order which shows my order was dispatched by 10:53pm... then i called the mobile no avaliable on the track page . He was sleepng but thanks to him he talked very nice n he said he will teack it down .. then i didnt heard anything so go no choice but to call hungry house .. while talking to them they took all the details n everything he then put me on hold so he can have a word with them .. mean while the guy called me .. he said will be there in 5 min .. anywyz he handed over the food n it was 11:56pm ... finished talking with hungryhouse etc ... i wasnt surprize when i saw the bag it was wet through ... he was carryng my food god knows where .. pizza was rock hard coz obviously it was gone cold , n i paid for extra donner n was very angry when i saw the pizza ... chips was horribly gone soggy n cold, so is the chicken.. i wasnt a bussy time like they alwyz say u called in the bussy time .. my place was just round the cornner but still it takes him 1 hour to show up with cold n soggy food ..
