the staff member was rude when I was ringing up about receiving my free item because I didn't get to choose it when I was ordering and they said I won't get one ,aswell as they tried to tell my order wasn't over 25 which intact it was or else I wouldn't be asking about the free item if it wasn't

really appreciated ,they got polite staff and the food always great definitely recommended 👌 👍

Rubbish pizza don't waste yur money , I order veg pizza topping was uncooked ,pizza was so soft uncooked and deliver very late . Very rude over the phone call . I recommend rubbish

i ordered a cheese burger meal and i was very disappointed with my food. the burger patty was uncooked and felt soft- seemed to be raw. this left both me and my sister with food poisoning the next morning. as well as, my poor kitten with diarrhoea!!! i will never be ordering from here again and i was repulsed and sickened by the fact that this restaurant has a hygiene rating of 3 stars. im sure it doesn’t cost an extortionate amount to hire a cleaner.

Ordered online at 1pm, was told it would be with me at 1:43pm. The food was late so I called at 2pm, was advised the delivery driver had just set off and how my home address is quite far etc. I then called at 2:30pm to again check where my food was, the worker then gave me the delivery drivers number and told me to call him, which is highly unprofessional as a customer I shouldn't be having to chase my food. The food then arrived at 2:40pm a whole hour later. The driver explained his car got stuck however Rajas should have made customers aware of the delay and been realistic on the time frame. So from ordering at 1pm I was waiting 1hr 40mins for a burger meal. Ridiculous.

Awful, brought the wrong order then took over an hour

Food was microwaved cold on the outsides red hot in the middle of box chicken was rubbery like microwaved chicken and the dinner was half rubbery half rock solid absolutely abysmal to say the least even the chips were hard

I order for 9 inch pizza extremely bad taste they do not put tomato suace on the base of dough they only give me pepperoni pizza which is made up of dough cheeze and pepperoni you don’t make somebody fool you should learn pizza first how it make then sell it first tomato suace put on the base of pizza which is more important than any thing taste less pizza and expensive as well

Accepted my order when they were open and then just didn’t deliver. Good job I chose pay with cash or I’d of been out of pocket

Pizza didn’t have tomato sauce, only the one with chicken, two other pizzas were dry and with no flavour, the onion on the pizza was gummy, the garlic bread was with no much garlic

I ordered the meal on 16th to be delivered to work on 17th at 12 o’clock. I rang at 11.45 and the order hadn’t been made. The food was delivered at 12.45.

The food was 2 hours late when rang just lied told us it be 5 mins and never turned up when it eventually turned up the food was freezing cold and missed half our order shocking service will never use again

one of the best pizzas I've tasted would highly recommend to other people. Will be ordering more takeaways from here.

I was feeling nostalgic and decided to pop into Rajas as it was my go to spot 10 years ago when they were doing £1 chicken and chips and I'm glad I did because the food was great. I was a little put off with the bad reviews at first but it seems like they've made the changes they needed to and improved their business. I ordered the smashing grilled box which is around £11 something if I remember correctly, I asked them to switch out the peri peri burger for the dipped fillet and they obliged which was awesome. The box contains 4 peri peri wings, cheese and chips, grilled Donner and a burger. The dipped burgers are so nice! The fillets are soft and the bread isn't dry, the wings were just wings I guess and the Donner was decent too. Definitely will returned

Really really underwhelming! How can someone make a pizza so BLAND and flavourless is beyond me. Please put some effort in the dough, in the sauces! Never ordering from here again! And 80p for 1 green chilli "flake" to be added on? Outrageous prices for tasteless .??...(can't call it food?!?)

Horrible people disgusting pizzas

Ordered for the first time and the service was great. We had 2 chicken fillet burgers and a chicken wrap meal for delivery. Chips were missing but the shop arranged for them to be sent out which we received pretty quick. 10/10 for customer service.

Added it was delivered before it was actually delivered. Then had to make several calls to find the driver

The burger bun was soggy and under cooked. The portion of chips and donner meat was next to nothing. They charged £2.50 for fries and donner meat and portion looked like it was only worth 50p. I would never order anything from here again. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Absurd.

Really disappointing. I requested a refund as the food was cold but they refused it. I ordered a fully loaded box and the meat wasn’t warm at all.

Have ordered from here before and it hasn’t been bad but the food tonight was awful, really bland unfortunately and the chicken pieces were pink on the inside. Food didn’t taste great how it usually is so won’t be ordering again. Cost us almost £32 and could have had much better food from a different place. 😕😐

the pizzas were not like how we normally ordered. they were smaller in size and and they toppings were scarce. got a tummy ache after eating pizza.

Spend all that money on a mixed kebab and there was no seekh kebab and the pitta bread was stale

Ordered 9 pizza and 2 chips, bill came to something like £47. The guy wouldn’t give no more than 3 sauce! Ridiculous! Not visiting this place anymore! No customer value!

Nothing special just boring old fast food, slightly overpriced for the basic fast food you get from here, the place it self does need a good refurb inside. No parking at all that’s a big issue when picking food up or to place an order. If you do order just phone up and then park behind the building or the ghetto side streets.

Not really a good experience. Ordered from here few times before but there is always some kind of issue if it's not something missing then it the order would be late and if not late order then it would be wrong items. I've uploaded the pictures of the order I received but in reality I ordered totally different items. They probably gave me a wrong order. I rung few times but no one answered since it was late and I didn't have much choice so I ended up eating it but exactly what I was looking for. No disrespect to the staff or the drivers but the main management really needs to look into it as there always is an issue with this place whe ordering a delivery.

Are you guys rationing your food or? Paid £20 for something to eat an I got half empty box. Says I get a portion of popcorn chicken an I only got 2 pieces. Was suppose to come with fries an I swear I only got about 13. And lol I don't know why I'm laughing but the burger was missing the actual chicken fillet. Salad was brown so don't know how old that was. Also there was hair in my cake and custard. That wasn't part of my order. I gave you the benefit of the doubt thinking second time round will be good. But you guys should quit your jobs and do something else. Clearly making food isn't your strong point. Disgusting takeaway and unhygienic.

Absolutely horrible experience. Order was wrong so called restaurant and ended up speaking to manager who was unprofessional the entire time and never came to resolution and hangs up phone when questioned what he is going to do to resolve wrong item being sent out.

This was not my first but it will defiantly be my last, my kids was wanting their pizza desperatly and it was ten mini late I called to check the only thing I got was insulting and humiliation from the man calld bilal well who knowns his real name any way,my kids heard all the insult humiliation over the phone. Never regrant like to day.

I have used this place for years without a problem. When my pizza didn't turn up, I naturally called to see if there was a problem. Instead of being honest and showing accountability, the guy on the phone first tried to blame rain, then blamed his driver. He insisted the driver would be 4 to 5 minutes. I tried to tell him numerous times that it takes 20 mins to my home but no, he continued to argue with me. He then called his driver and came and said ten minutes. I could not express myself as this man could tinued to speak over me and TRY to talk DOWN to me. I called out his rudeness and I said I will not be ordering from you again and he said whatever and hung up the phone on me. Ignorant, arrogant, rude and very very unprofessional.
