Ordered a chicken tikka kebab an too be honest it tasted awful god knows who makes the tikka as its awful

Cuccina was my go to pizza shop over 20yrs ago,after many years of not eating take always through change of diet and lifestyle!!Decided to have a cheat night, and from the gym!!!! wWELL guys ,all I can say is “it was the best meatfeast pizza and the cuccina special, I’ve ever had from there… the food ,still amazing,alway get a good service!!!! I went there a few days ago and I absolutely loved it Mahdi was a great pizza chef, I’d recommend and definitely go again.

Ive been here few time and pizza chef who was called mahdi bleesed me with a good pizza...bless this shop defo iam coming back again for another chubby pizza😃

Good took forever to be delivered - portions small - items missing really poor!!! Been missing this place for years but will be last time for me

I ordered a Pollo Pizza today, which has chicken, tomatoes , herbs and mozzarella but got a chicken and Mushroom pizza instead. When I called to enquire, the staff insisted that that’s what it was! A pollo pizza!, and boy wasnt I just mad! I know the difference ! I have ordered one lots of times before! instead of owning up that a mistake had been made, they covered it up by insisting that I had the right pizza! They have now lost a long time customer……

Not sure if this place has been taken over, absolutely not the same anymore, the pizza base is rubbish, nowhere near as good as it used to be, you might as well buy a pizza from a cheap supermarket

I was literally starving so I decided to visit Cuccina, never been there so I gave it a shot. Well what can I say ? Customer service from lady behind the till was just awful, couldn't answer my questions and didn't even know the menu! Owner was called to help out this lady. Well that didn't go well either, manager got frustrated just because of my questions of menu ( I was planning to spend at least £30 on food). He left the till, took some food and went to deliver it, I was standing there just being ignored by myself coz lady behind the till left also somewhere in a back. Don't waste your tike with these ignorants please plus the hygiene in the store was very poor.

With only a 3 star hygiene it's probably the highest on that parade of outlets. Just looking over the counter you can see how dirty the doors are, and boxes/ food piled up in no order, open sauce tubs for the pizza bases are grubby and crusty. Dirty clothes on cooking staff I'd expect proper white overalls in a cooking area, even stained from the day. Won't be back

Ordered here several times now and the quality of the pizza's is always spot on. No grease, just full of flavour!

No word of a lie I've been using Cuccina for Pizza Takeout for over 30 years (since I was a kid and my parents would get us pizza as a treat) - still one of the best in Leeds, have to cut back though, I can only get so far, but the Pizzabomb is an awesome delight if you don't mind feeling disgusted with yourself afterwards.

best local pizzeria always has great traditional pizza and made quickly! great customer service. will definitely be purchasing again

This shop used to be really good value for money unfortunately like so many places the ingredients is substandard I'd rather pay an extra couple of pound to have good quality product like it

Without doubt the best pizzas I've had in the last 25 yrs. Always quick delivery and the pizzas haven't dropped in quality in all the years I've been ordering here. Cannot recommend this takeaway highly enough!!!!

NASTY absolutely disgusting place got my kabab home. Donner meat was raww my dog will not evan eat it. Dirtiest kabab iv ever had in my life. Also doesn’t look good when In the shop fully grown men that work there flirting with its little teen age girls that work there vile place

I've been a customer of the Cuccina for more years than I care to remember...with out doubt the best pizzas in the area bar none!!

I came here to order a kebab and when it came the meat was practically raw and the bread may as well have still been wheat, not only that but the man was horrific and was yelling at another customer, worst buisness ive been too. Shocking.

I ordered over 2 hours ago and food still isn’t here! It wasn’t a special order and I understand that delivery times are busy on a weekend but 2 hours for 2 pizzas and 2 portions of chips is absolutely disgusting! The poor confused girl on the phone tried to use the excuse that they are busy but 2 hours is a joke! We live less than 2 miles from the take out! Definitely won’t be ordering again!

Been a loyal customer for a few years but unfortunately won’t be ordering again. Delivery times getting longer and longer, and just waited two hours for a pizza that was not warm. Really disappointed as Cuccina was my go to pizza.

After being a customer for 15yrs or more and worked there for a short while i rang tonight to be shouted at by the young lady on the other end of the phone about the til being broken to say i was taken aback would be an understatement and i will not be using again

Best kebab calzone i had in my life. Freshly baked and hot. I don't know what they adding to it but i just couldn't stop eating it. This is my favorite place for kebab's and calzone's in Leeds. Thanks guys.

Dissapointing cuccina, last 2 orders have been delivered wrong, you write it down when recieve the order......so how do you get it wrong????????

The ONLY traditional, Italian-run pizzeria in Leeds. Very good pizzas.

Third time in a row wrong food except this time and hour and a half late and no food receptionist really needs to get smarter

Phoned 6.45 said it would be delivered 45.mins it to hours after three phone calls two and half hours later came freezing cold never again

Don't take me wrong, It's probably not the best place if you consider interior and architecture, but here you can buy the tastiest ever pizzas in Leeds. In fact, if you didn't try theirs pizza, I can confirm, you've never tried a pizza in your life. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Just ordered a pizza it arrived 55mins after I phoned for it which I can live with, but when it got here it was flat cold I'm not happy with this service at all had to put it in the oven to warm up..

We placed an order with delivery last night and was told it would be with us in an hour. When the food hadnt arrived after waiting well over an hour I phoned them up. I enquired where my order was and was asked to hold the line ( I assumed the person was checking with the driver) She was actually taking another order while I waited. When the girl finally decided to come back and speak to me she said she would check. I cancelled the order as don't appreciate been kept waiting. The driver did actually turn up and we turned him away. Cuccina get your act together and give correct delivery times. And don't keep customers on hold to take other orders. We won't be using them again. Last year we ordered from them and the food was luke warm and when I phoned to complain I was told to put it in the microwave. I asked for the Manager and was told he wasn't available. This is supposed to be a fast food establishment but unfortunately it clearly isn't! Very disappointed but won't used them ever again!!!

Worst pizza I have ever had took almost 2 hrs to turn up and was flat cold I rang the shop and the girl said she would get the manager to ring me back he didn't bother

Very disappointed to have to right this review as I have always enjoyed good from the cuccina it's always been within the time frame and all food delivered and top notch customer service. However this evening I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for food it was lukewarm when arrived and came without my cheesy chips I rang back more or less straight away (20.48pm) and the woman on the phone was pleasant enough however the person in the backgrounds customer service was a disgrace shouting at the top of her voice I packed the order they were there, they were there. Like I am going to try claim £2.20 worth of cheesy chips. Currently 22.17pm and no sign of cheesy chips not bothered about the cheesy bothered about the lack of care for customers.

One of the best takeaways i have ever had. Pizzas are thin and crisp with plenty of topping. There chili is to die for and there kebab meat and chips with chilli sauce and garlic mayo is my guilty pleasure. Only bad thing i have had from here was the lasagna which wasn't very cooked in the centre. But i just don't order than anymore. Everything else is fantastic.
