On time and gorgeous food as usual

food was cold we waited about a hour

Was nice though and will order again as we love this restaurant

Ordered twice before - curries are nice but extremely watery and lacks proper portions of meat. Had really high expectations of it after loads of mates recommended it but there’s better curry places in the area and I think I’d do a better job at home

Food was stone cold on arrival so had to reheat it all and 3 hour wait for delivery on a Thursday night! when calling the restaurant after 2 hours waiting was told oh your house is too far away for us! No it’s a 10 minute drive away on a night time

Food was good overall - naan a little on the cold side, and they did forget the large bottle of Coke. When calling, the person on the other end wasn't quite clear in the action that would be taken regarding this.

Food was 45mins late, shop had no customer service skills at all and was very rude. Food finally arrived and the curry was too runny and the Nann bread too thick. Definitely would not recommend. Never again.

Am not belive terrible Experience with Just eat and Raj spice , placed an order for my family including 5yr my daughter and we waited for 1hr for our food. The app said the food deliver and we never recived anythink.i tried called the restaurant but it was closed.when I contacted just app after an hour they admitted there's is an issue an will.be refund but that doesn't make us for the frustration and disappointment. my daught was hungry and we are so disappointed.

Ordered food off uber with promotion at 6pm. Food arrived at 8pm, looked like pig swill and forgot items off order....rang restaurant and 10 mins later they turned up with rest of order. Don't order from here, absolutely terrible restaurant.

The worst so called Indian food I have ever had the biryana was tomato and rice and the lamb rogan Josh was chewy meat in a tomato sauce . This cost over £20 for tomato and rice

Spent £26 on this terrible food. Just eat will refund £5 . It went in the bin and pizza ordered from elsewhere . I've given this takeaway the benefit of the doubt too many times now . if you order from here you are wasting your money . How hard is it to read an order , cook what's ordered and deliver it hot . bad

Absolutely awful! Ordered a kebab, asked for sauce and came with none, came covered in onions which I can’t have. Curry like water so annoyed! Complete waste of money wouldn’t ever order again!

Chicken Tikka Pasanda with garlic Nan bread. One of if not the worst Indian takeaway I’ve ever had. Received 5 pieces of chicken in a curry and one of the pieces had black stains inside it. The curry itself was very poor and pretty tasteless, and the garlic naan was extremely dry. I’d be embarrassed and ashamed delivering such poor quality food to customers

I enjoyed it all!!! The reason I like Raj Spice is the minimum spend is really good and the delivery is very reasonable and the driver gets the food to me early 😀!!!

Raj Spice is always decent. Today it was EXCEPTIONAL. Super fast delivery, King Prawns were perfectly cooked (not easy, considering they're still cooking in the curry during delivery) and they were obviously fresh, amazing taste. The curry itself: flavour was amazing, the best Dupiaza I've ever had. Rich, aromatic and the correct amount of spice. The keema naan was generously LOADED with lamb and the onion bahji were super tasty and not greasy. Whoever was cheffing tonight - you made my night!

Food was nice to be honest. The delivery guy on the other hand was so impatient, he couldn’t even wait around 15-30 seconds for me to get to the door. He kept continually pressing the door buzzer and even went as far to try to open and forcefully push our building door! All he had to say was “oh sorry”.

ive never had a problem any other time until 2 days ago, we waited well over 2 hours for our food with our 2 children hungry, and it came cold!

Part of the order missing. Still waiting for the other part of the order to arrive 2 hours later after waiting more than an hour to start. Portions are TINY! Half of meal was cold. £52 order and fuming! As a previous regular customer... now never to be a customer again. Sad times!

Pre ordered at 16:00 for 18:00 delivery and arrived at 21:00. 2 phonecalls in between to be told at 19:30 it was bagged up ready to go. Another call at 20:30 to be told it had just left and they were short on drivers, with the staff member hanging up before any chance to cancel order was able to be made and being told to 'Be patient'. Food arrived lukewarm with several items missing. Engaged or rang out every time we have called since however due to a 3 hour delay do not expect these to be delivered in a timely manner anyway. Food quality was sub par, could tell it had been sat around prepared for some time before being delivered and quite tasteless. Have now raised a dispute on uber eats for refund. Have noticed Food quality was not great last time we ordered but thought it was a bad night however will now not be ordering from here again.

Although I understand it was a very busy time of the year, our food took 3 hours and was cold when it arrived. If the take away had said it was going to be that late we wouldn't have bothered. The fact they kept telling us it was on the way was highly annoying.

Always use this place but sadly the order was incorrect and over an hour late. The restaurant was always very difficult to contact.

The extreme lateness of delivery meant that two of our company could not eat due to a theatre booking. This order was for over £60 and the service, for this price, is unacceptable. It ruined a family dinner with a family member who is visiting from the USA.

We preordered the order which was accepted. After 20 minutes I called the takeaway for an update, as first they couldn’t find my order, then said it was on its way and I should be patient as they were busy. When the order came 30 minutes late all the food was cold, watery and the naan breads were soggy. This was supposed to be a birthday treat for the family, it didn’t turn out that way. We ended up throwing most of the food away and having a sandwich. I spend over £65 so was not happy at all.

I hope this restaurant takes the criticism on board. We have little choice of good curry in Hull unfortunately and this is another takeaway that will use precooked meat in their dishes. And if it's not precooked it is way overcooked. Nobody should be chewing chicken like well-done beef. It's meant to be tender and soft. The chefs said they cook all meat to 84c but that's unfortunate as that is over 10c overcooked. You can cook chicken to 65c and let it rest to cook itself the rest of the way, so from that point just chuck it into the masala. Health and safety recommend 74c for reliably cooked and safe to eat, but this leads to slightly tough meat. 84c is way too high. Please think about cooking it between 65 and 74, but from fresh. Never ever use meat from the fridge or freezer from the days before. Apart from that the vindaloo was nice but could use a bit of extra ingredients for more flavor, rice was a little dry. Expect an extra hour or so on top of recommended delivery times.
