Ordered the set meal for 2, both curries came wrong, only received 1 garlic naan when stated we’d receive 2, called to speak to a manager and had the call hung up on me, we’ve used this place before and loved it but will no longer use due to ignorance

Driver delivered the wrong order over an hour late we rang the restaurant who said they would send the driver back. 15minutes later the driver came back and said he would swap the order with the other customer. We rang the restaurant who told us the food would be hot and it would be 10 minutes!! At this point the order would have been out of the restaurant for over an hour for dishes that had chicken in them and god knows if they had been eaten or touched by the other person. I rang the restaurant again and was told to take the case up with just eat. They have no idea about basic food safety or customer service. They seemed more interested in getting my phone number than doing anything! No offer of a fresh meal just a swap

First time ordered from here was absolutely awful, found plastic in the kebab which was just scraps of donner meat with a pool of grease at bottom, other items was disgusting too all went in the bin.

Love the curry’s from here and tonight’s was the best ever , always hot and tasty

Jokers... 2 hours and still no food.. lie everytime you ask them... do not waste your time with these jokers

Got tikka masala,tasted sweet,was not one bit of spice what so ever,gave 1 star for the onion barge which was lovely, half an hour late when ordered a good two hours before hand through just eat,wasn't real hot.....the other half really enjoyed he's,he got the chicken coma,I wouldn't order again😞

Food arrived 50 mins late, naan breads were missing and the food was absolutely tasteless so went straight in the bin. Portion sizes looked tiny compared to others don't mind paying for good food but this is top dollar for uneatable garbage. Will never use this takeaway again. 1* is been extremely generous -5* would be more accurate.

I am so annoyed I have to leave a 1 star. The food from here is usually lovely. We ordered tonight, and masala and pasandra tasted the same, really watery, and tasted of tomatoes. We phoned up, and they said they would get back to us, still nothing. Food is now in the bin. Not good service at all 😒.

Food arrived at a good temperature and delivered on time However the chicken passanda was extremely watery, the meat samosa are very small. Unfair wasn't the best so won't be returning

First time we have used the takeaway and they got our order wrong, when we explained they said sorry we didn’t have the source for the meal we ordered, so they just gave us something else without explaining or being honest, the rice slightly was undercooked but the meal was ok ish!! Its not often I leave my food struggled eating it.

We were having a family get together on Wednesday and ordered from this takeaway it took 1 hour and 10 min and then when it arrived some of the order was missing like Rice , my sons food was over cooked my meat i could not eat , We put it in the bin . we phone the take away AND said we will bring the missing food out IT was late . they paid back for food which was missing , But our evening meal was no good .

Firstly I'd like to compliment your chef food is beautiful.. however one night I ordered a keema nan and another a tikka and cheese nan I was disappointed on both times to the filling been a tiny amount in the middle of the bread. The tikka one had no chicken in but a few flakes and had no taste of of tikka what so ever I think for the price of them I'd expect more

Tried Masala tonight for the first time after moving to the area and all I can say it was the best I have had for many years, the last being over 30 years ago in Hartlepool, so well done!!! (and I am from Hull and have lived here for many years)

Looked after me, made me a curry not on the menu to desired taste which was top notch. Extra popadums and pickle tray sauces and plenty of keema rice which was just 👌

The food is delicious 😋 it's the best Indian takeaway in Hull. I've ordered half a dozen times and every time it just gets better and better, It's a "MUST" It's a real treat and at reasonable price. Fantastic and delicious.

The best Indian food we’ve had! Customer service is excellent, food is authentic and amazing and very generous portion sizes. We visit masala every time we make a visit to Hull and it is our favourite place for Indian food. 100% recommend!

Last night I placed a order and was told it will take upto 1.5 to deliver because there was very busy, which I said it ok but the order turns 2 and half hrs after i ordered it ,then there was more carry bags then food and cost my 20 quid I was very disappointed with this because the wors part was i was odd to bed at 9 because i had to be up at 3.30 for work so I didn't even get to enjoy what I got

Well what can i say, apart from amazing, this is one of the most authentic take away Indian meals i have ever had, we were both amazed with the presentation, piping hot delicious food, nice dry popadums and fabulous pickle tray, delivered on time stated 10 out of 10, won't be long until next order, Thank you.

Well second time ordedand wasnt as good as first order gone down in my expectations will not be ordering again chips was like roasters and beef curry was supposed too be hot then first time well looking for beef and curry was bland as well as nan bread also blend rubbish will not order again

First time I have eaten from here, my son and his girlfriend have before. So many vegetarian choices. It was with us within 45 minutes. This is now my new favourite place. Beautiful food.

We ordered a collection 2wks ago it was lovely. We used the delivery service last night, poppadoms was very greasy, my meal the same as last time off the specials, tandoori garlic chicken, was half the portion, and nothing like last time. Onion bhajis very dry,, again last time spot on. One meal totally wrong, and it was cold,, disappointed

First time using Masala take away! Found the food flavoursome and well portioned. The lamb was a little tough but still tasty. The side of chips appeared to be home cooked which is far better than the frozen fries at other take away’s. I will definitely order again and hope the standard is maintained.

this takeaway is new and i thought i would give it a try.i ordered the french fried chicken(thinking this was something new)with fries.the 1 star is for the quick delivery.the food was all wrapped up in 1 piece of tinfoil,chips,mushrooms,onions and what i can only describe as 5 or 6 chicken nuggets.upon opening it was just a soggy mess half of which ended up in the bin. i would not recommend this to anyone.
