Rainbow Chop Suey House in Gateshead

Ordered my food from here couple days ago and got food poisoning. Just starting to recover now! When i ordered the man behind the till continued to roll his eyes at me ? Would never come back here again and i don’t recommend anyone else too!!!

First time here in twenty years. Thought we would give it another try . Now I know why I never went back again . Food cold and I only live about 3 minutes away And I definitely won't be going back .

Lovely little local takeaway Staff are very friendly and the food is prepared really quickly Good value for money too as the portions are just right for a meal and the price matches

Closes at 10pm ring at 8.55pm no answer, not good

Dont know what the other 1 stars are about but we ordered here last night and its the nicest chinese i have had for a long time hopefully it will be like that all the time

Just orderd house curry fried rice and chip's no sooner had I put the phone down the delivery lad was at my door. Food always spot on on.

Lovely Chinese takeaway. Very pleasant welcoming staff. Food always fresh and appetising. Premises are always spotless. Highly recommended.

Asked for salt n chilli chips. Chips looked barely fried! And definitely under cooked. Thrown on was just some chilli flakes and thats it! Will not be going in there again! Bloody waste of money! Just threw them away! I'll stick to my usual Wing Sun!

Only Chinese I'll get from, disappointing that I've been ringing for half an hour since it opened and not answered so went down for it to be closed? It states it's open not the 1st time this has happened. Will not get from here again. Extremely disappointed.

I would normally give 5 stars shop here a lot but I asked for fryed rice and got boiled spoilt my tea

More expensive than some takeaways in the area but worth the extra cost. Reasonable food, very clean and a 4 start hygiene rating.

Half cooked chips, luke warm meal, first time and definitely the last time we use them .

Absolutely shocked that I am unable to find an on line menu for here anywhere. The place comes highly recommended but as a potential new customer how am I supposed to know what they serve without some form of menu??? Obviously need to realise its 2014 and the world is on the web. Guess I'll never get to experience the food they serve and will have to stick to using my usual Chinese takeaway. Such a shame!!!!!!
