Was in last night first time watched all the fish that was going out don't know if they were regulars but they were big when I got mine was a mino very small not worth the money

First visit and won’t be the last. Great welcome from the lovely staff who were so friendly and welcoming. All meals made in your presence and they were amazing. Will be back for sure.

Wow! What a fantastic find this chip shop was. Up in Ayr for the weekend and wanted to try a haggis supper. We were beyond impressed! Customer service was top notch, and the food was so tasty! Well worth waiting whilst it was cooked fresh. Impressively clean shop and such polite staff. We will certainly be back when we are in the area again.

Was nearby and looking for a good late night meal. Stopped in and had some fish and chips along with a burger. Burger was unique and delicious. I’m from America, so I’m used to the patty being on the bottom, but they put it on the top of the sandwich. Was nice, keeps bottom bun from getting soggy. The fish and chips were top notch. I added some salt and vinegar and they were perfect. I’d highly recommend this place. Come out and support your local restaurant!

Very rude staff, fish was horrendous, enough bones to choke a horse, chips dripping grease and soggy

Chips were ace , lady that served me was friendly , pickled onions were good size , fritters were amazing BUT fish was full of bones 😡.

Been using this chippy for years. Not sure what’s happened but sorry to say today it was really disappointing. Fish was smaller and dry, no salt and vinegar and overall just not the same quality. Hoping it’s just a bad day.

Been using this chippy for ages and then suddenly it closed and i could not get hold of them on the phone after repeated calls. Left hanging and not impressed.

Food good service very poor. Entered shop 6pm chicken supper single fish and chips and cheese. At 625pm asked if order would be long girl very rudely says your order was only put in 10mins ago 🤔 no no it wasn’t got my order then was told by the staff “ DONT COME BACK “ not much PR there. WILL NEVER RETURN AND TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TOO STAY AWAY

Passing shop and decided a fish supper was on our menu, this is a place not to expect in and out, the shop only fry when your order goes in and it is well worth the wait.

Because it's so good, we make a 60 mile round trip to get fish & chips as a treat every now and again.

Once again visited at 7:30 to collect 4 fish suppers after a long day to be told ‘ fish? we dont have any left ! This place is either on holiday , closed with no notice or dont have any fish and close by 9pm. They must be making their money too easily as they put no effort into customer service. Sure, anywhere can run out of stock but it was the attitude of the staff , really - you expect to buy fish suppers at 7:30 in a fish and chip shop?

Best chicken supper I've had in years. Chips are excellent too.

Food is great as is the prices. It does also do kids options. No car park but can park on the road nearby.

I often travel to Prestick from East Kilbride to get fish and chips from here as it is delicious. However there has been more than one occasion when we have travelled here and the chippy is not open for one reason or another. They do not have a facebook page or website to check if open so can be disappointing to arrive to find it is closed. Please set up a facebook page to give us information on opening times and days it is closed.

Takeaways cooked to order. Extremely clean and professional staff.

Good value old fashioned chip shop everything cooked to order and traditional chip shop menu. Also sells mancinis ice cream. Staff friendly.

Wednesday night takaway left me still hungry. Hamburger was thin and fried to a crisp. Been before for a takeaway which was enjoyed however this time I was unable to eat it. Dont think I will be back. Very disappointed.

Everything cooked to order,beautiful shop,spotless, with friendly staff. The fish supper is to die for, breaded or battered. Home made Italian dishes too, Lasagne is lovely. Traditional fried food,sausage,black pudding,mince or steak pies. All the usual favourites are available here.

Bought a sausage supper from here, it reminded me of my youth, and how chip shop food used to taste, definitely the best chippy in Prestwick.

Ofrecen pescado y patatas fritas y comida frita profunda escocesa por ejemplo salchicha cuadrada de trozo de pasta. Ofrecen 3 parte distinta de patatas fritas, pequeñas, regulares y grande. Compré mi comida y pagado cuando fue servido me informó a la señora no lixiviación demasiadas chips hacia mi cena. Ella recomienda incluso para las comidas se puede reducir la parte de chip. volvió efectivo para mí para alquilar que preocuparme patatas fritas y fue hecho con una sonrisa y de forma agradable. Las patatas fritas y la comida son también muy bueno y recién hechos mientras esperas a pocos minutos. Bien hecho, muy recomendable.
