Home-made cakes, light meals and a range of drinks served at very fair prices by friendly staff. The 1950s atmosphere of the place is pleasant and on some days you can watch the trains running in and out of the station. A great place for meeting friends for a mardle.

Booked for a 70th birthday meal and what a delicious meal it was, every request from well done, to very rare, to no salt was catered to exactly. Karen is a very professional and friendly host and her team are a credit to the restaurant. We sat in the conservatory and the outlook and lighting were a really nice feature. Cannot recommend The Mulberry highly enough.

Lovely, friendly pub serving quality food. We usually eat here when we are staying with friends in the village. I am always impressed. Great menu and a nice selection of ales and other drinks all at very reasonable prices. I recommend you try it if you are in the area.

We turned up on Sunday without a booking and they kindly fitted us in after a discussion with the chef. (So it may be wise to book on Sunday lunchtime!) There was a usual menu but we went for the roast meal. There was a choice of beef or pork. We tried the pork which came with crackling, a huge Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and vegetables. The pork was a thick slice, nicely cooked. The crackling was nicely crispy and veg not overcooked. Overall a good meal and was too full for dessert!
