Rafaello Cafe in Hammersmith and Fulham

Ni siquiera se molestó en saludar ni aceptar mi orden. Poco profesional y deshonesto. Arrogante y a la hora de contestar ni siquiera dijo perdón pero siguió excusándose. Qué pena.

Estábamos alojados en una posada Premier en Ravenscourt Park y estábamos buscando un lugar para tomar un café en el área local. Encontramos a Rafaello y qué placer! Delicioso blanco plano para mí y mi hija adulta (no fanática del café) tenía un café con leche caramelo. ¡Le encantó! El personal era acogedor y amable y tenían una gama de deliciosos bocadillos de aspecto también. Volvimos esta mañana para tomar cafés antes de salir por el día. Sin duda volvería de nuevo si estamos en la zona.

Este restaurante con asientos súper exteriores está justo enfrente del Premier Inn at Ravenscourt. La comida es bastante sabrosa, el café excelente, los precios razonables y el servicio con una sonrisa. Tuve todo tipo de desayuno / artículos de almuerzo durante mi semana y visitaba todos los días. Grandes bagels de salmón ahumado, deliciosos huevos y aguacate. No tenemos un gran café que hace desayunos fabulosos a un precio razonable donde vivo. Si vuelvo a la zona sin duda me encantaría visitar de nuevo. Había un montón de lugareños parando para tomar café y desayunos, muchos con perros lindos y bien comportados.

We were staying in the Premier Inn across the street from Rafaello's cafe and had breakfast there 3 morning In a row. Great staff, friendly service and a really good menu. Obviously a neighbourhood favourite as it was always busy. Would definitely recommend it.

I recently purchased a toasted mozzarella and beef focaccia sandwich from this coffee shop. While it initially appeared fresh, I was surprised to find that the bread was old, stale, and had a nearly moldy taste. It was truly disappointing to return to my desk and bite into such a terrible sandwich. They should be ashamed to sell such poor quality food.

This cafe was recommended to us by a receptionist nearby and we were not disappointed: I had a slice of the gluten free carrot cake and my partner had orange and chocolate cake, both were generous portions and really delicious. The tea was served in lovely mugs and the cafe also has a good selection of alternatives to dairy milk. The service was friendly and quick too. All in all, a lovely cafe:)

The food here is absolutely amazing, but unfortunately, the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, specially Alexandra. The way the staff treated me was incredibly disappointing. Never again!

Staff incredibly rude, shouted at as I went to toilet despite being a customer. Aggressive barista who slammed coffee down. Rubbish coffee. Don’t get coffee here. To be fair the guys seemed busy and under staffed. Probably just a bad day but I’m not going back.

Lovely clean, yet traditional cafe. Excellent quality ingredients and good portions, really good value. Decaf coffee even good.

Standards have obviously changed since the other reviews here - I found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. The full English breakfast was a decent size, reasonably priced and good quality, and the drinks were served in huge mugs. It was nice to sit outside to enjoy the heat while in the shade from an outside awning. I would come back again!

Friendly service, despite food order misplaced and then delayed. Coffee is decent and food was good. Nice atmosphere, not crowded and didn’t feel rushed to make room for other patrons.

Apart from the rudeness, their menu is stale and sandwiches look like they were made a Month ago. STAY FAR AWAY

The food is very delicious, but the service is the worst I've ever seen, everyone grumpy as if we were doing them a favor. When working with people, the minimum is to be pleasant with customers. We will definitely not be back.

The best place for breakfast in Hammersmith: excellent coffee, fresh pastries, delicious smoothy. Friendly staff, accuracy, customer orientation. We rented an apartment nearby for 2 weeks, and considered it a great success to be able to start our day perfectly!

I visit this cafe regularly and always take my family and friends here when they visit. Lovely staff and great food - especially breakfast! Also the coffee is amazing

Breakfast of poached egg on toast with mushrooms, followed by a croissant and coffee. Sitting outside on a warm London morning. Served by a very pleasant lady, Just a perfect start to the day.

We (family of four) were in London for the weekend. We stayed over the road in the Premier Inn. The hotel was fine but we wanted to try somewhere local for brunch. So we popped into Rafaellos. We had a selection of paninis, croissants, hot and cold drinks. The service was good, super patient (we dithered quite a lot with our order), and friendly. The drinks arrived quickly and the food followed soon afterwards. Loved my panini (tuna melt) and the coffee was really good. Teenagers loved their smoothie and hot choc. Probably the biggest compliment that I can give is that I would love it if this cafe was my local. I’d be in all the time.

The owner was very rude and after serving me a few times I felt like he was doing me a favor by serving me. I do not recommend it due to the service and prices.

the service was absolutely atrocious. the man who served me was extremely arrogant and patronising towards me and my friend. after having paid £6 for a sandwich i proceeded to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive. if i could rate it 0 stars i would.

Small but with outdoor tables, family friendly. nice staff. Great local cafe by park and Ravenscourt park station. Hot chocs, and cakes, cookies. Toasties. I'm sure they have more for lunch but I have usually just had snacks there.

I ordered some food to be delivered and honestly was quite disappointed. The Southern fried chicken sandwich was not bad but nothing special. But the jacket potato was probably the worst I have ever had. Do not recommend at all for the price I paid.
