Radlett Cafe in Hertsmere

This cafe produces the best breakfast of any cafe in the area. I particularly like the Special Breakfast which is extremely good value and always perfectly cooked. The staff are very welcoming and the coffee is excellent.

I had to drop my car of for a service so had a couple of hours to kill, decided to take the 2 mile walk into Radlett and so glad I did. Plenty of tables inside and a few outside, very clean and inviting. This Cafe is one of the best I have been to in the UK, let alone Hertfordshire Quick service with hot and well cooked food, good portions and range of choice and a lovely cup of tea to match. So friendly and what was nice is there were lots of footfall of regular local customers which is always a good sign. I will definitely return when in the area, can't recommend it enough...

I begrudge purchasing pastries that are past their best and should be taken off the display counter. I should have taken one look at the dried up salad and thought better so my fault entirely. A shabby looking place that has seen better days along with their produce.

Been going here for years. It’s consistently good. It’s also very clean and had a too hygiene rating. They will make almost anything you want the way you like it. Would highly recommend.

Greasy spoon classic. Massive range of crazy breakfasts but so much more. Very popular with builders and men in general. There's alsorts, meals, jacket potatoes, roasts etc. Had a couple of breakfasts. Beans are a bit of a disappointment (can't be heinz) but sausages, bacon, eggs, toast were all great. The coffee and orange juice was outstanding.

Unlike more expensive places where we have been sheep like trained to do the work; i.e. queue up to pay and serve yourself - in the RC you sit down , peruse a menu and then you are served. And for far less money than cafe zero and gotcha coffee. The place is good value and impecably clean.

Good local facility well worth a visit. Good local facility for a light meal and very convenient . Will return soon

I go to this cafe most Fridays when working in radlett, it’s quick cheap and easy! Omelette chips and salad are good, but they could definitely improve the side salad.

Great place to visit for breakfast full English or just tea and toast always pleased to see you and give a great service

Had an evening meal and breakfast here , the food was very nice large portions and set out very nice would certainly recommende.

My friend and I went in here on Easter Monday for a quick bite to eat at lunchtime. The atmosphere was as expected for a high street cafe. A few people eating. A TV on the wall with the volume low but subtitles turned on, on the news channel. All very clean and tidy with the cooking area in full view. I opted to have a full english breakfast as I was quite hungry. Our order was taken quickly. Staff very pleasant and polite. Free tea and toast with my food. Our order came out very quickly and well cooked. Good black pudding. Bacon a bit cardboardy. Seating a bit too close together. Extensive menu as normal for this type of place. Overall though pretty good. It's the sort of place I visit regularly if I lived in the area.

Been to this cafe a fair few times over the years and although not the best never had a reason to complain but what a disappointment today, although only a few people already eating it still took a long time to have our order taken, we then waited ages for food to come but then they gave it to people who came in about 15 minutes after us, ours finally arrived and there was a hair in my sons, no apology just ill make you another one, we promptly left.

This gem of a cafe is a must place to visit. Great food, friendly staff. I visit on a regular basis and would give it 10/10 for quality of food and the professional staff. Alan ! Dunstable

I always love these kind of cafes. I was starving on a Sunday morning and took a walk around Radlett. Found this cafe open earlier than advertised - supposed to be 9.00 a.m. I had a great big breakfast and a beaut of a coffee which is included in the price, (as well as toast). Watching TV and reading the paper and chilling on a Sunday morning. Its a popular place as quite a few 'tradies' came in for orders to take out or sit in. Definitely the best place I tried in Radlett and will go there again when I go back later in the year.

For a good sized meal that arrives quickly and is absolutely delicious, I'd go here. They keep the food simple but they cook it well and they have such a wide range of meals to choose from as well as kids meals. The polite and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere and when the bill came, I didn't have any nasty surprises. Overall, great for families, couples or if you fancy going by yourself.

Have used a few times now and the food and service is great. Reasonably priced, I would recommend and definitely use again.
