We had a really great stay at the Radisson Blu -Mercer Street Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Seven Dials area, which is charming and close to all the main attractions in London, yet the hotel itself is tucked away on a quieter street that feels peaceful and calm. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Ariela at checkout—she was incredibly kind and accommodating, answering all our questions and making the process seamless. Overall, we felt genuinely welcomed every time we returned to the hotel during our stay. It was a warm, comfortable, and convenient place to stay while visiting London. Highly recommend!

Great location and well equipped rooms but very disappointed in the cleaning and service. While staff were friendly out room was not cleaned - this doesn't matter so much but would expect the coffee station, toilet paper, bins to be changed at a four star hotel. We asked twice for assistance before a staff member arrived with supplies and were told on departure that it was normal to have to ask for cleaning each day - however from previous experience I. This hotel this was not the case. The window in our room did not close and again had to ask for assistance on Saturday morning and night before maintenance came to the room. Enjoyed the hotel despite this, the lobby is beautiful and can't beat the location, but a shame about cleaning and service.

I travel from Paris to London quite often and Radisson Blu Hotel on Mercer Street is by far my favourite hotel in the city. The best thing about the hotel is the unique location. You are right in the middle of the action and close to many attractions. The restaurant in the hotel is also excellent. We spent six nights in the hotel and ate at the Monmouth Kitchen restaurant on three of those evenings. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the hotel room was quite tight for three people and the window didn't seem to be completely tight either. All in all, I can recommend the hotel and would book there again myself. However, I would then take a larger room.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Let me check in early after a tiring trip. Some hotels don’t do that now even when they have rooms available. They printed off something I needed. Room & hotel in general was immaculate and location just can’t be beaten as can walk in minutes to Covent Garden etc and selection of buses to go further.

Without a doubt, I experienced a robbery or human trafficking attempt here by certain members of staff. Every morning around 8 or 9 AM, I would receive a call from "housekeeping" to make sure — in their words — that I'm comfortable and don't need anything. Each morning, I repeatedly asked them not to call my room anymore. Then, when I was out and my mother was still in the room, a man who had key card access barged into the room. Upon seeing my mother, who he was not expecting, he said, "Uh, I'll be right back," and left indefinitely. Upon my return, I spoke to the front desk about it, and the random phone calls and barge-ins stopped though no further action or acknowledgement was taken.

My recent stay at the Radisson in London left something to be desired. While the location may be convenient, the specific room I was assigned significantly impacted my experience. Located on the first floor, directly in front of the elevator, my room was far from peaceful. The constant noise from the elevator, coupled with the sounds of luggage being dragged down the nearby stairs, made for a disruptive environment. Even though the pub noise ceased early, the internal disturbances were enough to affect my sleep. Adding to the discomfort, the bed and pillows were not up to par. They lacked the comfort needed for a restful night, further diminishing the quality of my stay.

A large room with a large double bed. And a sofa that opens to another double bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a shower. The place is clean and tidy. There is water in the room. There is a study / dressing table with lighting around if a refrigerator is relatively large for the hotel. There is soap. Shampoo and conditioner for free use. We came as soon as the restaurant was closed so we ordered food to the room. Arrived quickly and fresh and tasty. The hotel is located in the center of London. Close to many shops. Hello yoga. I wanted to stay at their Bond St location in London. Only people without any disability are allowed to enter their business. I have an assistance dog for my disability. They refused to process my booking. When I explained in details, they still refused and said- they don't allow Guide Dogs even for blind and deaf people and that those type of people are not welcomed at Radission Blu. Seeing that level of blatant discrimination, I booked else where. If you are blind, deaf (using Guide Dogs) or have any other disability ( using assistance dog). You are not welcome at their location.

The hotel has a great location. This is its strongest point. Rooms rated at 3.5 stars max. We had a 3-person room. Me, my husband and my daughter. It was a trip for her birthday. There were 2 mineral waters in the room instead of 3 bottles. Refilled every 2nd day. One slipper. Poorly cleaned. room. The price, at least for a palace, is not adequate to the quality. The strong point is delicious breakfasts and great service in the restaurant.

Stayed in a premium room & although it has a glass table, the room could probably benefit from an actual desk to get work done more comfortably. Well equipped gym! Great location, close to Covent Garden, with lots of bars & restaurants around. The standout feature was the breakfast!! Really great buffet breakfast with lots of great options.

It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review, but my recent experience has shown me how little this hotel's staff cares about their guests and ensures I will certainly not stay at this property again. While my stay was relatively standard—neither great nor terrible—what has transpired over the past two months has left me irate, confused, and utterly disappointed. Initially, I would have rated my stay 4 stars based on its own merits. However, the way the hotel has mishandled my current situation compels me to give it only 1 star. Here’s what happened: I accidentally left my wedding ring in my room and immediately called the hotel while en route to the airport. The main call center directed me to the hotel directly, which was the first indication of poor internal communication. (Strike 1) After receiving my final bill via email, I responded, mentioning the lost ring and asking for assistance in locating it. To this day, I have received no response to that email. (Strike 2) I called the hotel directly and reported the lost ring. They promised to search for it and call me back. I never received a callback. (Strike 3) The following day, I called again for an update and was told they were still looking and would call me back. Again, no callback. (Strike 4) A week later, I called and was elated to hear they had found my ring! I arranged for Fedex to pick it up the next day and confirmed the details via the reception email provided to me, but received no response. (Strike 5) When I called back a few days later to check the status of the handover, I was told no ring had been found, despite their earlier confirmation. I was promised another callback that never came. (Strike 6) After weeks of back-and-forth, including involving FedEx and having my wife call, the hotel continued to provide inconsistent and conflicting information. My friend in London even went to the hotel to pick up the ring after one more confirmation that the ring is shown as still in the hotel, only to be told it had been handed over to FedEx—yet there was no record of such a handover by either the hotel or FedEx. We requested to be CC'ed on a complaint letter to FedEx, but never received any confirmation that it was sent nor CC'ed. (Strike 7) At this point, I've decided to let it go. It's simply not worth the continued hassle. This 1-star review isn’t just because my ring was lost and wasn't secured by the hotel—it's due to the confusion, the mixed messages, the lack of care and responsiveness, the empty promises, and the absolute failure in operational coordination and communication. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I urge the hotel to fix its operations and take guest experience more seriously. Edit: Changed from 1 to 2 stars as the hotel eventually was incredibly helpful, but only after massive persistence from our end.

If you want to sleep in a dump and pay five-star hotel prices, pick this place. You will be better off sleeping outside for free. We booked a nine days stay at this place. I stayed in other Radisson Blu locations around the world and I've never encountered such a situation. I've been staying at Radisson Blu in Bucharest almost every summer and it is an outstanding hotel. I suspect the management makes all the difference.After arrival, we were given a room where everything, from the carpet to the "complementary" bottle of water was sticky to the touch. The bedside table was stained. The word "Help" was scribbled in giant letters on the bed's black headboard. The cleaner's cart was blocking the narrow hallways, and it stayed there, untouched, for the whole four hours I spent in this hotel. My husband phoned the reception and complained about the deplorable conditions of the room. The receptionist offered us complementary breakfast. We told them we were leaving and asked for our money to be refunded immediately, but we were told we must wait until Monday (we arrived on a Sunday) because the manager is on vacation. We emailed the manager who did not bother to answer until Tuesday afternoon, when she said she would not refund us because we didn't give them the chance to make it right and offer us another room. No other room was offered to us, though when we told them we were not happy with the accommodation they provided. They are lying that we didn't tell them the room was dirty. Also, the manager said in her email that it might have been a child who scribbled "Help" and this could have been "erased" by simply passing a hand by the velvet surface. I wonder why their cleaning staff didn't do this "easy fix" before we arrived. It must be the same reason why they didn't properly clean the table, the carpet and the the other surfaces in the room. I am happy we left. We went down the street at One Aldwych Hotel and for the same price we got a luxury accommodation in a superb location. The staff is professional and everything is impeccable.

I would have given this 5 stars. Front staff were all amazing, location was amazing, rooms were clean and welcoming after a long day. My family booked 2 rooms for a week (a corner suite and a delux king ~$10.8k for the week). We planned this trip for years as a celebration of my kids graduating college/high school. The reason for the 1 star is that my wife had some cash stolen and more devastatingly, a charm stolen during our stay by someone who had access to the room. The charm was small but was given to my wife after the birth of our son 18 years ago and had the 4 birthstones of our family. Both items required someone to actively dig through her belongings. My wife was balling her eyes out. I would give negative stars if I could. Housekeeping also entered the room in the middle of the day while I was resting with the "do not disturb" on. The hotel is not taking responsibly and instead passed this off on the company they contract with for housekeeping. Accountability would be to solve the issue with the customer directly and hold their contractors accountable instead of disregarding the situation and having their customer deal with a company we had no idea we were interacting with. No honor among thieves I guess. We are still waiting for a resolution (weeks later). If this gets settled properly Ill update/edit the review if possible but for now 1 Star.

My wife and I took a trip for her birthday to London and the concierge service was exceptional. We took an overnight flight and arrived in the morning with excursions planned in the afternoon. The concierge went above and beyond to do their best to prepare our room early so that we could freshen up before her birthday high tea appointment. I cannot say how amazing it was to have a reception desk, and concierge service attentive to our needs. I need to recognize George who was wonderful and instrumental in our check in process. He went above and beyond for us and I would like to recognize him. Thank you.

The staff and management were extremely rude and displayed a complete lack of customer service. The rooms are outdated and in dire need of renovation. I will never stay here again and certainly won’t recommend it to anyone. You’ll find much better accommodation elsewhere.

I recently had a short stay here, and it was more than adequate but some strange “isms” people should be aware of. First, the location is wonderful and the rooms are quiet. I had a room on the first floor and slept very soundly. That being said, there were two random steps down from the elevator and into every room on the first floor followed by two steps down after the threshold. This was ok for me but obnoxious and would not be good for people with mobility issues. Additionally, the attached restaurant and bar weren’t great…The Monmouth Kitchen. Having stayed at The Covent Garden hotel before, it’s impossible not to compare and see how much better Brasserie Max is for breakfast and drinks. The beds were comfy BUT the pillows were just “ok.” I’d stay here again but, again, be aware of the “isms.”

Reading the reviews, my experience is typical and common. I’m awaiting the lame response from the staff member that reads the same almost word for word, a cut and paste exercise, very insincere. Booking two rooms months in advance and using the app with our preferences set to have double rooms, we were disappointed to have two twin rooms. After speaking to reception we were moved to a small standard room. Noticing a sharp increase in the price rooms are advertised for and seeing the room, it’s clear that this hotel is now ‘eye Watering’ expensive for what you get, I could not help thinking it should be sold my the inch it’s so small. Walking around the bed is a challenge and I’m absolutely sure that the bedroom doesn’t adhere to fire regulations, with a gangway of around 40 cm at the end of the bed, it’s Sideways walking only in this room! The bed is so small, every time you turn you elbow your partner in the face. The Air conditioning made so much noise that it needed to be switched off, if there was any chance of sleep. The toilet so small that you risk chipping your elbow with every move. After carefully manoeuvering in the room to get undressed and jump into bed to watch a little TV, it was disappointing to find the television did not work at all. The location of the hotel is good and the overall look is pleasant. but given the price this Hotel is now, it no longer represents value for money and the ambivalent attitude showed to guests is unwanted . The restaurant offers a tapas style menu. Whilst pleasant, the menu is quite limited, the plates quite small and the price quite high. Luckily there is a five guys nearby, so once you’ve eaten at the hotel, you can then go and fill up! Seriously though, given the shortcomings of this Hotel and the high price I would advise looking for something further a Field, a short tube trip is not so bad or perhaps an Uber, to get a hotel room where everything works and you have room to move and without having to re-mortgage YourHome. Sadly my last stay at this once reasonable hotel.

Good location and the hotel itself is nice, but I had an unseen staff member try to come into my room (with some of us inside) on 3 separate occasions despite the "do not disturb" sign being on. In two of the instances it was just my wife and baby in the room, and the person quickly left when they saw someone was there. I've never had this happen at another hotel and found it disconcerting to say the least.

Les plats étaient bons, le service gentil bien qu'un peu distant. nous avons testé le korma et un plat dont j'ai oublié le nom je crois quelque chose comme pagansa qui est assez proche du korma d'ailleurs. C'était très bon, le riz très aromatisé, nous avons fait un bon repas et c'était assez copieux. Le lieu tremble néanmoins chaque fois que passe un métro et nous avions pour voisin de table un couple qui parlait très très fort a deux mètres de nous ce qui nous a fait nous rendre compte que le lieu est assez exigu et le déco très simpliste.

The dishes were quite good but the proportions are ridiculous considering the prices. 12 pounds for 3 mini teryaki chicken skewers and 6 pounds for 3 small beef meatballs as a starter. The quantities are only correct for starchy foods. No vegetables offered. Furthermore, we came for the bao, but we didn't see them on the menu.

The baguette forming my Banh mi was the perfect combination of crunch with a soft centre and the tofu was nicely garlicky. What really made our day were the ice creams! The chrysanthemum and mango ice cream was such a fantastic combination and the matcha and pistachio was delicious too. We then bought one of each of the other flavours and I must admit that the combinations are creative genius! Who would’ve thought that mint choc chip would go with coffee and raspberry and jasmine tea with its floral notes would hit the spot?! I thought that the coconut and lemongrass was super refreshing too. Thank you to the friendly folk at C & D.

Lovely food very fresh, very Friendly attentive staff. Great prices. Next time in that part of London would be going again.

Lovely sharwarma kebab wraps and at £5 a bargain they are very big me and my wife shared the chicken one it was lovely
