Radio Rooftop in City of London, Westminster

Only mange to have 1 drink, went on a Wednesday mid afternoon. First waiter we had he was very friendly & nice, recommended a drink for me as I don’t drink alcohol. Second waitress has an attitude, didn’t get our drink…waited 20 minutes for our drinks and the waitress had an attitude & rolled her eyes at us…not a lot of choice for mocktails & mocktails are more expensive then a cocktail. Won’t be coming back!

A big thank you to the bar staff!!! They were amazingly helpful. We had come in for a random afternoon drink and I managed to lose an earring in the sink (!) be warned, the toilets are quite dimly lit... I thought all hope was lost, but the very very kind bar manager swooped in and was able to fish it out for me with absolutely no fuss at all. Kudos to the team for their service and I am insanely grateful!

Reserved weeks in advance just to be told “you haven’t been allocated a table and have to sit outside” in 3 degree weather! Ridiculous?! What is the point of the reservation?? Terrible service from the manager, wasted a long journey to come here and had nowhere else to go on Valentine’s Day!! The most basic thing an establishment can do is enforce your reservation. Terrible experience, forced to sit in the cold. Heavily recommend to avoid, same will be told to my colleagues.

To flee! We reserve a table on a rooftop to enjoy a beautiful view of London...we are placed very far from the windows, telling us that all the tables are booked. In the end we look at empty tables in front of an average view. The terrace is partially open, the seats are wet and don't count on heaters to withstand the cold. Expensive place, loud music so really not the place for a quiet aperitif...

The new manager is super nice! Me and my friends went there in the evening, to see the rooftop and have a nice view of London at night. It was magnificent and the manager opened another part of the rooftop to us with a better view and took photos of us! The place is magnificent! If I may make a remark, it’s true that the music was loud. Afterwards, the prices are expensive but that's not surprising since it's a chic place. Thanks again to the manager.

I celebrated the New Year here and it was my worst choice, service was bad and slow and kitchen closed early i asked for a halal food they served me two plate of sushi 2 cokes sushi wasnt fresh i order two plates of prawns after half hour cameback to me saying kitchen is closed and the bill was 762£ when i complained to the manager he was very rude and disrespectful he said you had prawns and champagne..( it was two i am talking about the bald tall guy) and he said i call the police if u not paying the full amount !!!! I refused saying i will not pay something i didnt had it Anyway baddddddd experience.

We had a friends gathering dinner on New Year evening. The foods are really good. The view is amazing. Don’t miss this out if you are in London. But do remember to make reservations.

We reserved the NYE £375/person event for four people. It came with a welcome champagne, and a selection of foods ranging from cold and hot items. There was a live DJ and a saxophone player the entire night. Our server Veenu was very attentive and took care of us well. He started us with our drinks. And then brought out the cold items which comprised of two different types of sushi rolls, and different sashimis and nigiri’s. Each person got their own plates although the menu said shared. Next came the hot items which came with multiple fried items, as well as two pieces of lamb chops. This was thoughtlessly A-LOT of food, especially for a pre NYE night. It could’ve been much more enjoyable and manageable if it was coursed out and planned with much less items and if presented better. Almost all tables did not finish majority of their food. In terms of taste, The best thing on the menu was the lamb chops. It was VERY tender and juicy. Everything else was okay. Definitely not something I would pay premium price for. Overall the vibe was tamed. The crowd was mostly older and mostly tourists. Definitely not the NYE upbeat extravagant London night life I was expecting. Definitely, did not feel like it was THE place to be on NYE. The decor was nice but not “London” vibe. I could see this decor maybe in Miami or other southern cities. At midnight the crowd went out to the balcony which gave us far away, side angle, somewhat unobstructed view of the fire works over the river. Price: £375/per person which essentially pays for the food and one welcome drink. Each additional drink ranges from £20-25 which quickly adds up. They also add “optional” service charge of £13.5%. Which, let’s be real, is not really optional. No patron wants the awkward moment of asking them to remove it from their bill. Our total for the night for 4 people was about £1900. Overall definitely not worth the price tag, definitely not worth the experience, most certainly not the place to be on NYE. I would not recommend.

Here’s a revised version of your review with clear and professional wording.. I booked this venue for New Year’s to enjoy the fireworks, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Poor Communication: After booking, I tried multiple times to reach out through calls, their app, and Instagram to request a better table location, but no one responded. Table Location Issues: When I arrived on time, I was given one of the worst table locations. Despite explaining that I had attempted to contact them earlier, I was told all tables were already allocated and nothing could be done to adjust my seating. The lack of responsiveness and the disappointing table arrangement made the evening much less enjoyable than expected. I hope they improve their customer service and communication in the future.

Great place for food and drinks, with an amazing view over the Thames. Staff is very friendly and attentive; definitely one of the best place to go if you fancy a nice dinner.

Our visit to this rooftop bar was underwhelming. We requested an outdoor table, as the area was empty except for one occupied table, but the receptionist claimed all others were reserved for upcoming parties. Despite staying for an hour, no one arrived to use the outdoor space, and the staff gave conflicting information—one waitress even encouraged another guest to sit outside. The staff’s dismissive attitude and refusal to accommodate a simple request felt unprofessional and rude. We left after an hour, unimpressed and disappointed. Would not recommend based on this experience.

We had a fantastic night! Paula took care of our reservation as we were a large group. She got us a table for 20 the same night, the food was fantastic and the cocktails were delicious. To finish the night, Paula got us exclusive tickets to one of the best clubs I've ever been in London. She really treated us like true VIPs.

An experience to remember and repeat. We went to the rooftop and we loved the waiters and the bartender who advised us on the food and cocktails. When we finished, Paula the guest relations who told us about the hotel and how fantastic the rooftop is on the weekends. When we were leaving, he advised us where to go and planned the entire night for us. We really had a fantastic night and we would very much like to repeat.

I have been to radio rooftop last weekend the service was amazing sushi was incredible especially the tempura prawn and the view was all over the city and was incredible I will be back for sure. Paula was greeting us she is very friendly and kind she makes sure we had everything on time and suggested some nice new cocktails. We will be back soon.

We went to the radio last Saturday, Paula welcomed us, we were on holiday and not knowing how to speak English well she was the only one who made us feel at ease, she recommended some cocktails and took care of us all evening making sure that we didn't miss anything. The atmosphere and the view are incredible. I would highly recommend dinner at Radio.

Very nice bar with a great ambience. We didn't make a reservation, but on a Sunday evening we still had no problem getting a place for two on the terrace. The prices for cocktails are steep so I only drank something without alcohol, it was ok. I would go again, you don't do that every day when you go on a city trip.

Amazing experience would give more than 5 stars. Proposed to my amazing fiancé here and the staff went out of their way to make it the best possible experience - the effort and genuine care was there to see and created and lifetime memory for us that we will never forget. This place was brilliant such brilliant spot to be at the vibe is top tier, they look after you here I left my key to my apartment at the bar unknowingly and I received a message from Sol who let it be known to be where it was I didn’t even noticed so I would like to say thank you to Sol!! Thieves!!!! We had drinks for $7.5 and the waiter charged us $12.5. He did not admit his mistake and refused to correct the note. Furthermore, we paid in cash and he refused to give us change. Thieves I don't recommend this place at all! In addition the drinks were not good, the staff is not friendly, the toilets are dirty and the toilet doors do not close.

We celebrated my 60th birthday with family on the 12th October and we had the most wonderful evening. The staff were amazing and very attentive and so friendly. Big shout out to Francesca who was absolutely fantastic. She is so well presented, efficient and professional and her friendliness made our evening even better. The waiter we had was also absolutely lovely.
