We went for drinks only! The bartenders and waiting staff delivered as always!

we were greeting by a young lady that insisted i walked back from the bar to the front desk to give her my name!! for which she didn't even listen to what i said so i had to repeat myself .. the place was empty yet the inference was if i hadn't booked we were not welcome.. i had booked so this wasn't an issue!!! we were then offered seating inside rather than on the terrace which the whole point of going is to enjoy the amazing views.... we picked a table out side and they were happy with that..... i will not go again, why don't people learn that the who experience starts from the moment you arrive if you make people feel uncomfortable they WILL NOT RETURN !!

Great atmosphere, the music was fantastic. We preferred the new layout outside, heaters were a great touch to enjoy the amazing view. We were all disappointed with the food menu, a lot more choices previously . Minimal gluten free options.

The interior was otherwise nice, but definitely better in warmer weather if the terrace and view had been open. There was no DJ, meaningless music, few and boring people. would not recommend

Great view. Service poor had to ask twice to order drinks. Saw people give up and leave as couldn’t get served. Cocktails OK but not great and expensive plus add 13.5% service. Music load and cluby which not needed at 6pm. Doubt would visit again.

Popped into Radio Rooftop for a few drinks before dinner. I’d made a reservation prior, which I would advise people to do to make sure there are no issues. On arrival the host downstairs clearly had zero welcoming etiquette. No hello or good evening…simply. “Do you have a reservation”. Then lazily directed us to the lifts. Apart from the host at the front desk downstairs, all the staff upstairs were fantastic. Acknowledged my wife’s birthday and our recent marriage (which I added to the reservation)! Perfect and effortless. We arrived just before 17:30 and stayed for 90 mins, which was perfect as the sun was just beginning to set. (Golden Hour, I’m told by my other half) Cocktails are pricey, but expected. Average price is £20 for a cocktail. Tequila at £16 a shot as well. The views from the rooftop are great. Certainly not the best in London but really good nonetheless. Best thing about yesterday’s trip was the music. Was exactly our vibes! Having both recently come back from Ibiza we were in our element!

We got lucky with the weather so we had a Quick Look around for a rooftop bar and managed to get a table at Radio. What a place! Panoramic views of the city from a huge terrace, awesome decor and super friendly and attentive staff. Quite expensive, but at least you’re getting a memorable experience from it rather than it just being a normal bar. We’ll definitely go back!

After 35 yrs plus of visiting London and visiting high end bars and restaurants this - despite a fantastic aspect- was the worst for service experienced. For a Friday night and considering its location the place was extremely quiet even at 930pm…. I think I now know why.

8 of us had dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Firstly, the views are amazing. The staff were brilliant (with food recommendations and bringing out blankets when the temperature dropped). The food was fantastic, and the Gin Sonics went down so well! I would not hesitate to recommend Radio Rooftop for a night out

Had the best experience in radio, from the beginning I was welcomed with a lovely host, her name is Sol, we had lovely drinks and the best views!! Will definitely be coming back

Booked for 4 people when we arrived they couldn’t find the booking, eventually they sat us at a small table but I booked high chair booth, the service wasn’t great and the drinks are overpriced £150 for 7 drinks that included a £18 service charge !! Dress code seems be be very lax, shame as it was a double birthday celebration. Won’t be going back

Spectacular views of London, very good atmosphere, service and food with unusual Asian touches. It has just reopened refurbished and it was a very good experience for a Saturday night in the heart of London.

I had a great time , excellent service, the best view, best place to be. Extremely professional service from the manager Amanda who was looking after me and my family very well. I can't say enough because this lady made our night so special. Thank you very much for this caring and love. I will recommend always this place to all my family because of the food , staff and this amazing lady .

We had a great time visiting the Radio Rooftop while in London. From the greeting we received from Sol our hostess, who went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure our visit began with many smiles to the entire staff who never once failed to make our cocktail time a great time. Add this stop to your "To do" list.

Had a good evening out with friends, beautiful views and ambient decor. The entertainment, a DJ accompanied by an electronic violinist playing live, was great - if there was an option to give the entertainment 5 stars I would give it. There was a bit of a kerfuffle when we arrived as my friend was offered a table inside, rather than on the terrace which we'd specified and the atmosphere seemed a bit rushed/stressed. When we were seated (in the area we requested) the service improved. We ordered some ochre crisps as a small starter between us before having a larger dish, these were greasy and disappointing. The main I had, tempura king prawns, was delicious, though, from my perspective, a small portion for the price of £18.00 for 3 prawns and a leaf (I wouldn't mind so much if the price was reflective of an ethically sourced seafood practice, but it was unclear if this was the case). Had two tasty margaritas that balanced sweet and sour well.

Recommended by one of my friends and i can say he did not disappoint me ! the Food, the view, the ambiance & the people definitely make Radio Rooftop one of the "must visit" spots in London.

The view is so incredible and the staff were lovely. Big thanks to Tawii for making us feel so welcome. The sofas outside are very comfy and having a drink in the sun outside was so amazing. Will definitely be coming back soon. :)

I made a booking for the terrace outdoor seating. However when I arrived the lady at the desk feigned ignorance and tried to manipulate me into seating us in the indoor area - I refused. My initial booking was actually for April and they did not tell me they were going to be closed for refurbishment then until i contacted them to amend booking numbers. The food was pricey for the small portions - it was tasty aside from the lotus crisps which tasted burnt and dry. Cocktails, service for the remainder of the evening and DJ/music were all good - and of course the view. One to tick off the list but I wouldn’t return.

Gorgeous views of London, beautiful decor and a great Asian fusion menu. We tried desserts and mocktails and the caramelised rum pineapple and mochi were really good! Worth a visit for both drinks and food!

We had an excellent time catching up with friends while having drinks at Radio Rooftop. We started off with cocktail drinks first which were very good. Next, Francesca assisted us with our bottle selection. She was very polite and informative. Once we chose our bottle, she even took the time to give us the backstory of the champagne house! I’ve been to radio rooftop multiple times over the years but this review is for the latest visit a few weeks ago. It was supposed to be a lovely day in London but of course it got really windy as the evening drew in which was when our reservation was. We were shown to our table which had a great view, of course this is what you’re paying for. The atmosphere was quite noisy, full of conversation rather than music as it turns out there was a technical hiccup and a DJ couldn’t play. She did start playing later, but that was a couple of hours after we arrived. We ordered some food for the two of us, you can see the pictures. It was all decent enough, nothing blew us away. What was exemplary was the service. Attentive without being too bothersome, good timing when needing to ask us questions. Overall, I would return here when London is busier. August is always empty in London, which is probably why we could get a table at short notice. Worth checking out, but don’t expect to be blown away by the food , you’re going for the atmosphere.

Went to radio rooftop bar/restaurant yesterday afternoon with my sister and nephew. Food was excellent, service and hospitality were excellent and views of London were amazing. Overall we had an excellent experience and will definitely be going back!! Thank you

Late review - I made a reservation for a work dinner and the whole night was extremely disappointing. The location itself is very nice, and although the service was slow the staff were very nice regardless. Potentially we visited on a bad day but regardless it was disappointing. The service was very slow, we had to constantly ask for our ordered drinks that never arrived. We had a pregnant person, and muslims who can’t consume alcohol yet they were given alcoholic drinks by mistake. We also called beforehand to ask if the food was halal, to which they informed us only chicken is halal. Our waiter confirmed with chefs and told us none of their food is halal. Some people were done with their food and some people still hadn’t received theirs. The starters were nice but the food wasn’t great. The staff acknowledged everything and apologised, and offered free desserts which was appreciated but I would not recommend or visit again.

The views from the roof were ok - not the best roof top bar in London by any means. The staff (save for one young man) were not attentive at all. The female head of service was just miserable. She didn’t smile and was rude. We intended staying for dinner but left after we were made to feel unwelcome! Will perhaps go again once the staff understand basic customer service.

Lovely experience, amazing atmosphere and food all tied together with breath taking views over London; Big Ben, London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral ect. Staff lovely and polite, all up for a chat and great at giving you ideas as to what to do if your a visitor in London. The food is rather pricey but very much worth it, on this occasion I only ate the Machamisu, this was delicious especially if you like tea! Overall a lovely spot for a drink with friends or a larger meal. Very much recommended.

The food was delicious, and the lovely ambience added to the overall vibe of the place. My wife and I visited for Lunch and had a really lovely afternoon The staff were attentive, friendly and courteous. The refurbished roof bar is lovely and comfortable. The food was really lovely but quite expensive.

Had a lovely evening at Radio Rooftop celebrating my son’s birthday. Wonderful views over London. Food was very tasty, we ordered various dishes to share amongst 4 of us. Staff were attentive especially the manager(sorry I didn’t take the ladies name) but she wished my son a happy birthday and took photos for us. Food and drinks are quite pricy but is a good place to go to for a special occasion.

My experience was amazing! Sol (our waitress) was personable, timely and her attention to detail was wonderful. Drinks were flowing and everytime I looked up she was there ready to help and assist. Great lunch and loved the service.

A great lovely very fine evening. Ambience was great. Venue amazing. Views spectacular. Service was exceptional until I asked to go to our table,. Highly recommended venue .., despite that later we found our table allocation appeared to be lost. I booked 2 weeks ahead and guess more affluent guests were preferable. The Maitre D is an obvious asset, he was friendly, kind, warm and very professional. We were made to feel very welcome. We arrived early and he found us space at the bar until our table was ready. The bar team helpful and the service was impeccable. Then I checked for our table at the designated time. I went to the hostess and found our table had been reallocated. After a conversation, I would have not wanted, our table became available again. The rest of the evening was amazing. We did enjoy almost everything about this experience, just a small shame, I had to confront the hostess to remind her of our booking. Despite this, I would recommend this as a good experience.

Lovely experience overall… eventually! View even more spectacular than we envisaged. Drinks were very expensive but you have to expect that for the location. Didn’t eat there but couldn’t leave the food eating blank so went in the middle! Only negative is the slight drama when we arrived, despite having booked in advance a table for 5 outside seating we had to ‘fight for it’. Being told that it was apparently never guaranteed and a very confused unorganised front desk once upstairs. Very unprofessional. On being taken to our table eventually that was an indoor one I pointed out that some people were leaving outside- table of 5! Reluctantly and with a little sulky response we were told to wait while it was cleared and then we could have it. Basically beware of making a booking as they don’t actually seem to honour them! They maybe should start taking deposits like most other rooftop bars in London so there’s no ambiguity and argument! Once settled into table the waiters that took our drinks orders and served were much more welcoming and attentive. Redeemed the experience!

I loved the experience ! The view is stunning, and the vibe of the place is truly charming, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The cocktailsare one of the major highlights – excellent and well-crafted, definitely worth trying. However, the snacks didn’t quite meet expectations. For the price charged, the quality and quantity didn’t seem to justify the cost. While they weren’t bad, they could have been better. Overall, the experience was positive, especially due to the cocktails, the view, and the atmosphere. I will definitely return to enjoy these strong points again.

This is such a boujee and relaxing location. I had so much fun catching up with a friend. The service by Lori and Micheal was amazing. I would defo recommend! Also loved that the rooftop was covered if it rained and uncovered when it was sunny. I will be going back!

Terrible service. The drink orders were taken quite quickly when we had arrived but we waited 40 minutes for a cider and gin and tonic. The restaurant was practically empty and when we chased the drinks we were repeatedly told ‘they are on their way’. When the drinks did arrive the gin arrived without a tonic and we had to wait another 5 minutes for that to be brought over as they would not hand it over at the bar. Such a beautiful venue but the service was terribly poor.

We loved the rooftop experience mostly because Sol and EJ took good care of us and made sure that we had a great time while celebrating my friend's birthday. Sol was very attentive and friendly and we will be going back soon.

Greeted by a nice lady downstairs but when we got upstairs we waited and asked multiple servers if we could order and it took over half an hour to get someone to take out order. Then we waited another 25 minutes and nothing came so we cancelled the order and left. It wasn't busy, there was multiple staff just doing the least. The menu was expensive and even if the service was good and you could get served I wouldn't waste your money here. I'm quite glad we didn't get served in the end and went somewhere a lot nicer and better value. Don't waste your time here.

I just wanted to say that view is crazy you can see the whole of london, the food is great and the drinks amazing those cocktails are something else. I was served by the waiter Luis really nice guy really patient always with a great smile and always attentive when I needed him, overall great experience.

Luis's service is good, I liked how he treated me.☺️
