I visited this roof top in Covent Garden, a beautiful experience, I found this place thanks to Paola. Thanks again very kind

Our visit to this rooftop bar was underwhelming. We requested an outdoor table, as the area was empty except for one occupied table, but the receptionist claimed all others were reserved for upcoming parties. Despite staying for an hour, no one arrived to use the outdoor space, and the staff gave conflicting information—one waitress even encouraged another guest to sit outside. The staff’s dismissive attitude and refusal to accommodate a simple request felt unprofessional and rude. We left after an hour, unimpressed and disappointed. Would not recommend based on this experience.

We made a dinner reservation for 4 — was surprised that we could get reservations so late in the day, especially when we realised how crowded it was when we arrived. We had a fantastic night! Paula took care of our reservation as we were a large group. She got us a table for 20 the same night, the food was fantastic and the cocktails were delicious. To finish the night, Paula got us exclusive tickets to one of the best clubs I've ever been in London. She really treated us like true VIPs.

An experience to remember and repeat. We went to the rooftop and we loved the waiters and the bartender who advised us on the food and cocktails. When we finished, Paula the guest relations who told us about the hotel and how fantastic the rooftop is on the weekends. When we were leaving, he advised us where to go and planned the entire night for us. We really had a fantastic night and we would very much like to repeat.

We went to the radio last Saturday, Paula welcomed us, we were on holiday and not knowing how to speak English well she was the only one who made us feel at ease, she recommended some cocktails and took care of us all evening making sure that we didn't miss anything. The atmosphere and the view are incredible. I would highly recommend dinner at Radio.

I have been to radio rooftop last weekend the service was amazing sushi was incredible especially the tempura prawn and the view was all over the city and was incredible I will be back for sure. Paula was greeting us she is very friendly and kind she makes sure we had everything on time and suggested some nice new cocktails. We will be back soon.

We had a fantastic evening at Rooftop Radio last month! My boyfriend and I let ourselves be won over by some delicious sushi, expertly recommended by Paula, who welcomed us with extreme friendliness and attention. Very nice bar with a great ambience. We didn't make a reservation, but on a Sunday evening we still had no problem getting a place for two on the terrace. The prices for cocktails are steep so I only drank something without alcohol, it was ok. I would go again, you don't do that every day when you go on a city trip.

Amazing experience would give more than 5 stars. Proposed to my amazing fiancé here and the staff went out of their way to make it the best possible experience - the effort and genuine care was there to see and created and lifetime memory for us that we will never forget. Special mention to Francesca and Amanda who went above and beyond but the whole staff went out of their way to make it an amazing experience. The vibes, drinks, food and views are unmatched and will definitely be going again.

This place was brilliant such brilliant spot to be at the vibe is top tier, they look after you here I left my key to my apartment at the bar unknowingly and I received a message from Sol who let it be known to be where it was I didn’t even noticed so I would like to say thank you to Sol!! She’s a Star such a wonderful service 🌟

Thieves!!!! We had drinks for $7.5 and the waiter charged us $12.5. He did not admit his mistake and refused to correct the note. Furthermore, we paid in cash and he refused to give us change. Thieves I don't recommend this place at all! In addition the drinks were not good, the staff is not friendly, the toilets are dirty and the toilet doors do not close.

We celebrated my 60th birthday with family on the 12th October and we had the most wonderful evening. The staff were amazing and very attentive and so friendly. Big shout out to Francesca who was absolutely fantastic. She is so well presented, efficient and professional and her friendliness made our evening even better. The waiter we had was also absolutely lovely.

I am here to mention Wayne, our mixologist - the friendliest mixologist I could ask for on this wonderful Friday evening. I am quite picky with my cocktails. I know what I want and mostly have to explain it as it is not always on the menu. Not only was Wayne attentive and friendly, he even understood the assignment to the point that he took my request and added his expert suggestions to come up with one of the yummiest variant of a Godfather I have had. He was fun, effusive and kind enough to take pictures for us upon request - I mean the view is just not to be missed. Thank you Wayne, definitely one of the better visits and I would so love to come back soon ( I don't live in the UK)

We didn't eat. The seat cushions outside were wet, our clothes were wet when we moved inside. The music was so loud you could not have a conversation with your friends. We waited over 30 mins for our drinks order to be taken and another 20 mins for them to be served - in three separate deliveries. We had to help ourselves to water and glasses, we didn't even get that while we were waiting. If you want to have a relatively good view, with music to make your ears bleed on damp furniture and very slow service, this is the place for you. Plus, cheapest bottle of very average white wine (Pinot Grigio) was £49!!!

we were greeting by a young lady that insisted i walked back from the bar to the front desk to give her my name!! for which she didn't even listen to what i said so i had to repeat myself .. the place was empty yet the inference was if i hadn't booked we were not welcome.. i had booked so this wasn't an issue!!! we were then offered seating inside rather than on the terrace which the whole point of going is to enjoy the amazing views.... we picked a table out side and they were happy with that..... i will not go again, why don't people learn that the who experience starts from the moment you arrive if you make people feel uncomfortable they WILL NOT RETURN !!

Horrendous customer service. Unfriendly and unwelcoming from the moment we stepped in the door for bday celebrations.

Great location, view and drinks. Exceedingly slow service, our food never came and in an hour of sitting there no one came to check on us with only a couple of other active tables. A 13.5% automatic tip on top seems a bit steep.

The salmon sushi was just ok, a tad too salty and not special at all. We were constantly harassed asking if we wanted something else and our plates and drinks were taken even before we finished. A shame that such a lovely spot with a marvellous view was not the most enjoyable experience

Great atmosphere, the music was fantastic. We preferred the new layout outside, heaters were a great touch to enjoy the amazing view. We were all disappointed with the food menu, a lot more choices previously . Minimal gluten free options.

We popped in for a few drinks after having been to the theatre. We were greeted with a warm reception and our server Elliot introduced himself with with a bit of charm and charisma, which was a nice personal touch. There was a relaxed atmosphere with a DJ as we sat in the terrace with great views across the west end. We had a some champagne and of nice cocktails. The matcha tiramisu was a great twist on the classic dessert. Overall it was a the perfect place to cap off the night with great service from Mike and the team and we will have to come back to try the food.

Perhaps the most posh rooftop in London. But it has views to enjoy. More than acceptable cocktails and Japanese food, animated with house music (although I think it depends on the DJ). Exquisite service, with the plus point that he speaks Spanish. One detail to keep in mind is that at night you may be cold

I had a lovely time at radio rooftop bar. The bartenders were kind and very friendly to me as I waited to my friend to finish her shift. The atmosphere was lively and the host gave me a beautiful panoramic view overlooking London. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. Overall, a very inviting environment from the staff and manager Szaby. The cocktails were aesthetically pleasing as well as tasty and well executed.

Popped into Radio Rooftop for a few drinks before dinner. I’d made a reservation prior, which I would advise people to do to make sure there are no issues. On arrival the host downstairs clearly had zero welcoming etiquette. No hello or good evening…simply. “Do you have a reservation”. Then lazily directed us to the lifts. Apart from the host at the front desk downstairs, all the staff upstairs were fantastic. Acknowledged my wife’s birthday and our recent marriage (which I added to the reservation)! Perfect and effortless. We arrived just before 17:30 and stayed for 90 mins, which was perfect as the sun was just beginning to set. (Golden Hour, I’m told by my other half) Cocktails are pricey, but expected. Average price is £20 for a cocktail. Tequila at £16 a shot as well. The views from the rooftop are great. Certainly not the best in London but really good nonetheless. Best thing about yesterday’s trip was the music. Was exactly our vibes! Having both recently come back from Ibiza we were in our element!

Great view. Service poor had to ask twice to order drinks. Saw people give up and leave as couldn’t get served. Cocktails OK but not great and expensive plus add 13.5% service. Music load and cluby which not needed at 6pm. Doubt would visit again.

We got lucky with the weather so we had a Quick Look around for a rooftop bar and managed to get a table at Radio. What a place! Panoramic views of the city from a huge terrace, awesome decor and super friendly and attentive staff. Quite expensive, but at least you’re getting a memorable experience from it rather than it just being a normal bar. We’ll definitely go back!

After 35 yrs plus of visiting London and visiting high end bars and restaurants this - despite a fantastic aspect- was the worst for service experienced. For a Friday night and considering its location the place was extremely quiet even at 930pm…. I think I now know why.

8 of us had dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Firstly, the views are amazing. The staff were brilliant (with food recommendations and bringing out blankets when the temperature dropped). The food was fantastic, and the Gin Sonics went down so well! I would not hesitate to recommend Radio Rooftop for a night out

Booked for 4 people when we arrived they couldn’t find the booking, eventually they sat us at a small table but I booked high chair booth, the service wasn’t great and the drinks are overpriced £150 for 7 drinks that included a £18 service charge !! Dress code seems be be very lax, shame as it was a double birthday celebration. Won’t be going back

We had a great time visiting the Radio Rooftop while in London. From the greeting we received from Sol our hostess, who went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure our visit began with many smiles to the entire staff who never once failed to make our cocktail time a great time. Add this stop to your "To do" list.

Had a good evening out with friends, beautiful views and ambient decor. The entertainment, a DJ accompanied by an electronic violinist playing live, was great - if there was an option to give the entertainment 5 stars I would give it. There was a bit of a kerfuffle when we arrived as my friend was offered a table inside, rather than on the terrace which we'd specified and the atmosphere seemed a bit rushed/stressed. When we were seated (in the area we requested) the service improved. We ordered some ochre crisps as a small starter between us before having a larger dish, these were greasy and disappointing. The main I had, tempura king prawns, was delicious, though, from my perspective, a small portion for the price of £18.00 for 3 prawns and a leaf (I wouldn't mind so much if the price was reflective of an ethically sourced seafood practice, but it was unclear if this was the case). Had two tasty margaritas that balanced sweet and sour well.
