Radio Rooftop in City of London, Westminster

First time here on a weekend and already made plans for the next visit! We all felt looked after, food and drinks were lush and the music right up to our taste! Bela is professional with fantastic manners and very good at multitasking! The service from Triston was both, prompt and fun.., we actually want to hang out with him! 😃 Highly recommend! 💯

This is a great looking venue and the views are fantastic however the service was very slow. Staff were all friendly etc but our first drinks (for a group of 7) took 40 minutes to arrive to our table. We assumed there was just an issue somewhere so ordered another round for (5 of us) and this also took around 20 minutes.

Food was terrible, service was at the level of a local fast food bakery. Location, music and view were really good.

Honestly, I don’t understand the need for such loud music. It is not a club, it is not a concert; you come to the rooftop to enjoy the view with your mates, have a good talk, and generally relax. But the loud music makes it all impossible; all you hear is auto-tuned voices screaming in your brain. When I just entered that place, I wanted to leave immediately. The tables also look like they haven’t been renewed for decades.

Came here on a Friday night with friends. No one came to take our order. Every time we required service we had to go up to the bar and prompt the service, with a 13.5% service charge. The atmosphere is extremely underwhelming and probably the worst rooftop bar I've been to in my life. Also Pretty expensive, even for its location.

I Came yesterday for the first time and I had one of the best night of my life. The food was scrumptious, drinks spot on!! The location and the view speak for itself, but service was what it makes this place magical: Triston and Bela were super attentive, great customer service, thank you! I recommend this place!!

We visited to celebrate a birthday and it didn’t disappoint! The views were out of this world, the atmosphere was great and felt perfect for evening drinks. Poor service, we waited 1 hour for 2 spring rolls and 3 croquetas. The waiter made a mistake in our order, we were told when we arrived that we had to leave after 1h30 even though there weren't many people there. The music is loud, it's expensive and the venue isn't amazing.

Very poor service. Took our reservation but upon arriving advised they were not serving food.

When I arrived the man who welcomed us could find no record of my booking, despite me showing him the email confirmation – fortunately it wasn’t an issue as the bar wasn’t busy, but if it had been busy, this would have been a major issue I ordered a bottle of Veuve immediately and didn’t look at the price as I knew it was £140 per bottle, so was surprised to find it had increased to £195..!! I didn’t cancel my order because my partner and I were looking forward to sharing a bottle on our date night, but an increase of £55 to £195 for a bottle of Veuve is taking the mickey There were at least 4 starters that were off the menu, and as my partner is vegetarian, there was very little we could order, so had to order cheesy fries and spring rolls – we decided to eat somewhere else later, which is income that you have lost When the waitress brought over the food, she didn’t bring plates/cutlery and I had to ask her to bring some I complained by email to Radio Rooftop and they haven't even bothered to reply They couldn't find my booking, 4 of the starters were unavailable, the Veuve was £195 and

Great location and good view, bit of a wait to get up and wait once you got a table, turns out you can't get served at the bar for some reason but otherwise was a good and that's on a Friday night. Saturday during the day no wait, good service and nice cocktails.

Really over priced for what it has become. Thought a rooftop bar was meant to have access to the outside rooftop! £100 for 4 drinks is ridiculous!

This is the best rooftop bar I ever visited in London. The cocktails are very good!!

A terrible waste…We pre-booked a package in hopes of securing a descent seat. On arrival - they proposed a seat INSIDE - against a wall with NO view; what is the point of going to a rooftop bar without any view? Folks working at the entrance were incredibly rude, and were not concerned with our requests. After some negotiations we were taken to a table outside - but how the tables are set up truly LIMIT ANY view from tables - again - this is called a “rooftop”. We received the options that came with our package (bottle of champagne and one appetizer each, there were 3 of us). We then went to add on a second bottle of champagne and some more appetizers. We all ended up sick shortly after leaving due to something we had eaten at this location. Many great restaurants in London - DO NOT waste your time and money on this location that dubs itself a rooftop but LACKS A PROPER VIEW, has POOR service and TERRIBLE food.

Hey there, I visited your restaurant the other day, it was very good. Just before coming, I had found out that my pet tarantula had sadly passed away, I had a funeral booked for that evening. Coming here, eating some food, made me feel real good, made me forget about my tarantula situation. The drinks were amazing, the service was great, plus the views. I believe my servers name was Salma, she treated me very well. I left feeling happy, then I went to the funeral and I was sad again. As soon as I thought about the experience I had here, I forgot about Terry straight away. Rest in Peace Terry. I’ll be back for more food.

I went there to have a small bite and some wine before the theatre. We greeted by a lovely host. I didn’t like my cocktail and they changed it for me straight away. The service provided by SALMA was smooth and everyone was very polite.

This place has to be one of my favourite roof-top bars so far. The views are amazing and the staff is friendly and helpfull. Im not a big fan of coctails and I know very little about them, but with the knowlage of Salma, I got exactly what I wanted. The service was quite fast and the drinks were well balanced and tasted great.

Drinks took an impossibly long time throughout the night, despite it seeming to be well staffed and not especially busy. Very limited non-alcoholic options. Overall poor quality for the price.

Stunning panoramic views of the London skyline Food was delicious and plentiful. We had 6 small plates between two for lunch. The wild mushrooms croquettes, the lobster sliders and the babaganoush highly recommended. Great service, staff were very attentive and helpful.

we went up to the top, ordered drinks.. waited 30 minutes and they didn’t come. seemed like they thought they were better than us🙁

The cold wind was coming from all directions as the "windows" were completely scratched and broken. The service was good but unfortunately many items were missing from the menu. The eggs benedict arrived with bacon instead of ham without anybody informing us of the change. The steak was overcooked, but replaced after a few minutes. The baba ganoush was served with bread instead of flat pita bread without informing us. At the end of the meal the pita was finally delivered but our baba ganoush was already finished. The staff really tried to provide a good service and always in a gentle and kind way. Definitely I would not return or reccomend this place. Definitely not worth the price.

Me and family attended radio rooftop on 15th feb and i must say wow it was my sisters birthday celebrations and the manager abroza gave us complimentary cava and the hostness yulia brought out the cake It was such a good evening and everyone who works there was so nice Thankyou all and will be recommending this place

As a Melia Gold Member we were staying in the hotel, service was lacklustre - we were seated and forgotten about for 30 mins - no one came with menus, waters or anything and when we tried to flag down one waiter they ignored us, very very poor for a Melia branded property….

Great setting food was very nice when it finally arrived!! Although they said they were short staffed there seemed to be a lot of staff not knowing what they were doing and not a lot of customer service.

This feels really unfair. The staff and food were fine. The issue is the restaurant has no policy about diners sitting next to you watching TikTok or playing on their devices at loud irritating volumes. I’m paying £100+ for a lovely blow out meal with my 2 boys. I politely ask the woman next to us to please turn off the sound on her phone or use headphones. She doesn’t. She complains to me that I’m talking. When polite attempts fail, you’d hope the restaurant can back you up. Shrugged shoulders mean a dining experience is undermined and unpleasant. I don’t want to smell smoke when I’m eating. I don’t want to hear others loudly playing their devices either. It’s rude, distracting and antisocial.

Came here for valentines evening. Atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Seems that each section has one dedicated server as I asked other staff if I could order and they pointed me back to one server who had a lot of people to cover. When we arrived our table was dirty and I asked if it could be wiped which I then had to ask again 10 minutes later before it was done. Food and drinks came in good time and was very nice. We asked for the menus for dessert but no one came back to take our order so we decided to leave it. When the bill came, the table deposit had not been deducted so I almost over paid before realising. Overall, an ok experience, not bad but not great. Probably wouldn’t bother going back.

We went yesterday to this place, at the beginning the sit us in a very dark place next to the DJ where the waiters couldn’t see us, it took 30 mins to change us the sit and extra 15 mins to get our order and not to mention how much time to bring one wine and three glasses. Many times they bring the wrong orders to our table. Bad organisation, management and customer service. Never again in this place, the only thing I rescue is the DJ.
