Had some food delivered which I have to say arrived quickly, unfortunately the rice was stone cold and my chapatti was stale and just crumbled, once I heated the rice up the curry was ok but not worth the money overall not great

Banging curry tonight guy's, chicken tikka masala with special rice. Sheek kebab to start I eat from here often but tonight's was different. Less grease and more flavour. Definitely recommend

The restaurant was lovely and warm on a freezing night and the food was very good. Even though it was almost empty of customers our whole visit, the staff were slow to serve and unfriendly and made us feel that we were not particularly welcome there

A varied menu and good food at reasonable prices. Everyone seemed happy with their food. The friends that brought us here use it regularly. Was quite busy which I always take as a good sign.

Lovely food. Really nice flavours and lots of good quality meat. The order took 1hr and 40 mins to come but to be fair that was within the window we were given at booking. Will definitely be ordering again.

First time I had food from here for two years. The food has definitely improved and was delicious. Our take away was also ready when they said it would be. Definitely recommend this Indian restaurant.

Service is very slow. Popadoms and naan bread very good. King prawn masala so salty I couldn’t eat it. Haven’t been to this restaurant for a long time , and now I remember why.

We booked this particular restaurant as we were in the area on a day out and it appeared on both the Tastecard and Gourmet Card restaurant apps, which offered a 2 for 1 deal. We booked online as requested for the discount. When we arrived at the time booked we were advised that they do not accept either card any more (and it seems have not informed the people running the apps). Having no other choice of where to go we decided to stay and ordered some drinks. We were then told they do not serve alcohol, even though their own website describes them as a "Fully Licenced Contempoary Indian Restaurant". We were not given an option to bring our own (from the shop across the road) and had to ask if we could do it. Staff didn't seem very interested or bothered. The food was quite nice - shame about the rest.

Ordered a takeaway from here last night and first of all your delivery driver is sooo rude, dumped my food on the cold concrete floor & just pointed at it and walked away as I opened my door. The food wasn't all that either, cold soggy chips, my curry had the strangest consistency (the thick lumpy kind) and the onion bhajis are dispicable, no bigger than a chestnut & literally fried to a crisp. The food has totally put me off this place completly but I have noticed from reviews it seems to be a running theme when it comes to takeaways compared to eating in the restaurant. So I'd avoid ordering a takeaway from this place at all costs!!

I visited this place before when an older gentleman made me feel really welcome. This time was very different when being dealt with by younger staff members. No smile, mumbling, no please or thank you. Regardless of the standard of food (which is generally good) I won’t be coming back due to the lack of customer appreciation by the staff. Shame.

Food portions seem smaller, not as much chicken in the passanda and rice not full, tasted good but short on portions.

The choice of food and its preparation is excellent, the waiting staff friendly and helpful, but they were too few for a busy Saturday night.

Food was nice but cold. Delivery was 45 minutes late and when we phoned to ask when it would come the manager refused to tell us. Only telling us they were ‘very busy’ and would ‘do their best’ to deliver. He was rude and unhelpful.

I tried to reserve a table I got a confirmation email but it said I needed to have confirmation from the restaurant. I never received any confirmation or decline either way. So I phoned to clarify, they answered immediately left the phone on the side I heard everything the payment the chatter between colleagues etc I was left on the side for ages. Eventually he picked the phone back up he was so rude to me, and I had to explain repeatedly the purpose of my call he couldn't wait 2 seconds for me to check my number when he left me on the side with no explanation. He finally understood the purpose of my call and said "oh no were fully booked". Not impressed poor customer service.

Food was cold. Delivery really late! Always like the food on a normal basis but for whatever reason this time it was dire. Keep local and think local which I do living and working here. Too late to argue and get nowhere.

A group of 6 of us had a meal here last night and I have to admit it was one of the nicest curries I have ever had. The spices were spot on and the selection of food available was fantastic. There is not a single thing I could complain about and will definitely be returning.

Radhuni has served the best Indian food in the district for many years. Ask anyone.

Once again we had a delicious meal here, food always very good and staff are very friendly and efficient. So glad we have this restaurant in our village. Excellent value ! As mentioned before no alcohol licence but you can bring your own.

First time of using the app to order and it was spot on. Food was ready on time. Only dropped 1 star because the chicken was quite tough with the biryani. Otherwise lovely.

Very well supported by the locals and although they dont serve alcohol, you can bring your own or opposite is a supamarket where you will be able to purchase. The staff very helpful and friendly and the food very good.

Delicious food as always. Placed an order at 5.45pm for collection at 6.45pm. Attended at 6.50pm to collect and was told it would be 5 minutes but it wasn’t actually ready until almost half an hour after the requested pick up time.

The temperature of the food was not right!the breads were cold !the food tasted nice but temperature let it down.

Food wasn't delivered at all, Radhuni made no effort to tell me that they had no intention of delivering it, simply stated that "it would have to be collected". Fortunately I was in a position to drive the 6 mile round trip to collect the food, if I was disabled or dependant on public transport I would just have lost my money. When asked why they didn't phone me to say they weren't able to deliver there was no intelligible response ;at least they apologised ; food was good but I doubt I would use them again

Very slow. Lamb was tough, sauce dull, peshwari naan inedible. Poppadums OK. Rice OK. This was very disappointing and nothing like the in-restautrant experience. Paid £6 for delivery, would have been cheaper in a cab. So overall this was a very poor experience.

Recently moved to the area and tried a few Indian restaurants but Radhuni is our favourite! We have been quite a few times as a couple and with the family, tried various dishes from the menu and have not been disappointed, all delicious. The food has always been good and the staff pleasant.

One of the mains was cold, we got 3 poppadoms after ordering x2. So a single order would be 1.5 poppadoms? The mango chutney was a runny red sauce. Was ok but expensive for what it was.

Having been holiday in the local area, driver called before and asked directions as the place was hard to find, food arrived hot, tasty and thoroughly enjoyed it, would definitely order from here again.

Got to the restaurant at my collection time of 18:45, was told to take a seat as it would be a few minutes. 10 minutes later I was told my food was ready. Drove back home to discover it was the completely wrong order, I called the restaurant and asked for my order to be delivered as I had just driven 10 minutes there and back to get it. Was told they are to busy and only have one delivery driver so can’t deliver. I drove back and got a call about 8 minutes after I had spoken to them to say “How long are you going to be. You have someone else’s order and they are waiting here for it” How dare they say that, they gave me the wrong order!!!! I told them I would be a couple of minutes, went into the restaurant to give them the others persons order which they then handed over to the man waiting!! Bearing in mind the current circumstances, you thought they would have cooked his order fresh and disposed of this one. I was then given my order of 5 items which was pretty much cold when I got home so had to heat it up. The guy offered me a refund on the phone but doubt I will see it!! Food was ok but no where near worth the hassle. Won’t be returning.

Tasty food but the delivery driver was a clown...he was lost on the high street for 10 minutes and then short changed me.

Food was over 2 hours late and was stone cold. Paid £40 for something we couldn’t eat got charged £6 delivery. Had to Chuck away. Tried contacting restaurant via email to see if they wanted to resolve this before leaving a review, but they have just ignored me. Terrible

It was NYE so it's understandable they were busy but there was no call, I had to call them after an hour and 15.No discount or complimentary food was offered. They are usually excellent and lovely people so I will definitely order again.

So we pre ordered at 2pm and was given a estimated delivery time of 18:35 we ran to find out that the food hadn't even been cooked! No communication from the restaurant to inform us and no apology either when I rang. Very frustrating situation considering we felt we had been left in the dark. On the plus side the food was hot and very nice 👌 portion sizes are good and flavouring was good as well

It was awful! We ordered two hours in advance and the food was over an hour late, it was luke warm at best on arrival. I phoned to ask where it was and was just told the driver has to make a few stops in the same place so was on his way. He didn’t arrive for another 30 mins after that. We said to the driver what’s happened we thought you had got lost, and he abruptly said well at least we went two and a half hours late. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I would like a full refund!
