A pop up stall I found in the centre opposite the Hippodrome one Thursday lunchtime. They move around a bit - their facebook page will tell you where. It was originally just Raclettes, great half wheels of reblochon cheese scraped off into your new potatoes with salad leaves and home made pickles. The lady told me she started doing tartiflette - cheese and potato thingummy - to use up the leftover cheese. It's now at least as popular as the raclette, but too late to change the name My raclette was nice, pity it didn't have a chilled white wine to go with it I might try the tartiflette next time though.
