Lovely food as always. Waited a while but the stun ate was correct. Other than the delivery driver getting the wrong house. All went smooth and food was amazing !

Restaurant cancels every single order I place for months now. Shame as they were my favourite place in the area.

Unfortunately food arrived cold as the driver couldn’t find my house. He phoned me and I had to direct him even tho he drove past my house twice then direct him while on foot. One of the burgers ordered had so much barbecue sauce on it everything had slipped off and was quite messy. All food had to be reheated!

Ordered through Just Eat, restaurant randomly cancelled order with no explanation. Poor service.

The lettuce was brown, soggy & had gone off. The mayo in the coleslaw had separated & watery which is a clear sign that it is off/out of date. The chicken was dry. Not eaten it went straight into the bin

I ordered takeaway and the burgers were tasty and looks very lovely.

Literally always randomly cancel orders, I rang up and they couldn’t tell me any allergy info for my friend with a peanut allergy. The food is so nice but the service is absolutely awful

Burgers were good although quite well done, not sure how the “flame grilled” wings were cooked but they were a bit soggy and pale looking.

First time I’ve tired this place and wow one of the best burgers I’ve ever had will order again

Can’t get my head around the fact this place is so highly rated. My order didn’t turn up to begin with and I was told it would be another half an hour. Seems like it was cooked but they just hadn’t managed to deliver it. Fast forward another 40 minutes and my food gets delivered. Stone cold. £25 order in the bin. Absolutely rancid.

I don't actually have a problem with food being early. It was a welcome surprise at this time. Got more than we bargained for with this one so we're quite happy.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but just can’t. I ordered Ribs and a Burger. The Ribs were OUTSTANDING - OMG 5 stars BUT the burger I got was undercooked. I mean “pink”. If it was a big chain like Five Guys etc - it would be worth going to the press. I went in to complain about burger, they apologised and offered a replacement. Fair play - BUT that burger was served - Undercooked - potential food poisoning if I’d just eaten it in the dark in my car. Also the establishment needs some decour- currently looks like a garden shed with deck chairs for seating. Spend some money - revamp your shop as you do potentially have something special!!

Had a cheese burger and skin-on-fries with cajun salt - definitely a Five Guys vibe quality-wise - delicious and will definitely be ordering again.

2nd time ordering from these guys. Was gutted when I received the wrong burger. however upon ringing them they were very apologetic and had put it right within 15 minutes with a delicious fresh burger. Turned out to be the best burger I've had in a long time. Would thoroughly recommend.

Food was fantastic. If I was to be super critical, the Dirty Diana burger had a cheese sauce rather than peppercorn but was still delicious and the jerk wings were a bit wet rather than marinated but again still delicious. Meat was pink and juicy just how I like it. Would definately recommend and will be ordering again.

The quality of this food is excellent again. Slipped a little bit for a while. The burgers are amazing! However, the home made gravy is very disappointing and not worth the price.

Food was great and really delicious but sadly I’m unsure you gave me a gluten free bun. I’m very allergic and my stomach is now swollen and I’m in extreme pain so I think possibly I wasn’t given the right bun which is a great shame especially as I’m on a very important trip for the next two days which will now be much more difficult as the reaction lasts for days.

Tasty food, plentiful. Had the bbq ribs and I got my money's worth with those. The buffalo wings were great and the chips were nice too, similar to McDonald's which is a complement to be sure. Order came a good 15 mins early. Overall very satisfied with the experience, would order again.

Lovely food but shocking communication on delivery-ordered food-told delivery at 10pm, by 11.30pm-still NO FOOD, no one bothering to answer the phone-spent OVER £80 for a big disappointment

We ordered half rack of ribs with gravy and was disappointed when we received a box with one large rib some meat, which was okay, a LOT of fat and not much gravy. Chicken wings, coleslaw, chilli con carne, chicken and chips were fine.

I could see from the map that the driver was lost and it took him 30 mins to deliver it. Food is cold.

Look, Im a five guys fan but i may just have found its bigger,better brother!! The fries are really good (skin on!) , the onion rings are to die for, even the jalepeno poppers are bloody good!! And as for the burger.........definitely worth the wait!! Gonna try every burger as and when i can.....and thats a promise!!

We ordered a rack of ribs that should come with chips and a portion of extra chips with a burger. Only one portion of chips came - we don’t have enough food!

Ordered first time, Everything was perfect!! Very Tasty!! Packed well and i liked how they place printed labels on the food packaging. Have to say this place is now my favourite takeout place. I can easily say it was my best Takeaway i have ever had. Highly recommend!

Had several times now. Perfect in every way, fantastic portion sizes for very high quality food.

The food is actually absolutely delicious, then I saw the actual shop - what the hell? It looks like an utterly FILTHY taxi rank. Honestly, there must be people walking in and right back out again all the time.

I asked for the fries to be overcooked but they turned up (in my estimation) undercooked... Burger delicious as always..

The food was very good, I got a raging bull burger and enjoyed the spicy sauce they had with it. The service was all good, but I don't know why the burger cost 42p more than on their website and menu. The actual takeaway shop looks like it is not ready, the main room just doesn't look good with its 3 chairs, two holes in the wall and all their post just on the side.

Delivery was on time.. but the delivery time was quiet long… but I am not complaining as they must be busy. The food was fresh and piping hot when it got to me, very delicious will definitely order again

Wouldn’t recommend, the burger was a lot of money on it own without chips. Oreo drink was super thick

Food was later than the hour and 20 mins that had already been estimated. But, after eating the food it was worth the wait. Burgers were well cooked, good quality ingredients and we enjoyed them immensley. I would say a better version of Burger King as a comparison. Will order again but not if really really hungry as would not want to wait as long. Thank you, Niki

First time ordering and it won't be the last! Our order consisted of the chicken burger (The BFC Burger) which was delicious, and crispy! The Smoke House Burger which was very nice, we bought 2 lots of wings (crispy and grilled) both amazing and I couldn't resist the popcorn shrimp which was amazing - the coating had a every so slight flavour of herbs. Amazing all round! Service, Delivery everything 10/10! Will be buying from again.

Food was amazing, burst of tenderness and flavour from the ribs and chicken. Staff were really friendly, it was quite packed which isn't surprising for how good the food is! Definitely recommended, I'll be having family tagging along with me next time!

Great burgers but a couple of errors, chicken burger wasn't supposed to have cheese, but did and the hot dog should have had jalapenos but didn't. That said we really enjoyed it it many thanks :-)

Food was banging, good quality, took a little while for delivery but was worth it. Would order again highly recommend.

Burger was amazing. Chips were really good. I am a big fan of Ribs. These ones were good but not entirely to my liking. I'll still give them 5 stars because they made a lot of effort and I'll definitely be going back.

Food wasnt cooked properly the burger had raw meat inside it. I had a delivery order and when I rang to complain it was near closing time, I asked why they don’t check the food to see if it’s cooked as undercooked meat can cause food poisoning, person on the phone was apologetic but it seems like they were rushing to close. Will never order from here again, avoid at all costs £9 for an raw burger! Not worth the money

Asked for no cheese got cheese on my order couldn't eat it as I don't like cheese

If you want a decent burger this is your place, it was divine, the half rack of ribs were more like a rack of ribs, very tender and tasty, the cheesy chips were also great, bit pricy but worth it as a payday treat, will be ordering again.

Second time I've ordered and no complaints, it was amazing :) seriously good food!

First time ordering here and the food was great! :) They use their own delivery drivers who didnt speak much english, and didnt read the delivery instructions... was a little frustrating and the chips ended up cold.

Food was good however it was delivered 10 minutes after the estimation and was missing one item

New York wings - tasteless Ribs - overcooked dry and bland Lamb burger - dry Chips - soggy and cold SP Chip - were good Waste of £50. Never again

My last review I complained about the bacon, so this time i went for just the cheeseburger and an extra patty...10/10 tasted amazing. Cooked perfectly, juicy and tasty, very messy. Chips as per usual were great. Definitely my go to burger place now

The burgers and wings are so so good!

Exetremely poor quality of food ! Excessively greasy , 3 different types of flavoured chicken wings ordered, neither had any flavour at all, food arrived a hour after it so meant to and was also cold ! Highly recommend all avoid !
