I went to the subway I don't even think the guy who made my salad worked for subway. The salad was half the size expected and I was too tired to go and get a refund. I was given barely any salad. Do not recommend.

Got through it quick. The lady smiled as she took my money. Great selection of coffees and treats. A bit expensive and they are a bit small. It's based in a great centre with lots around it subway, Greg's and a asda convince shop. Easy to get to and great communication links. Well worth a visit.

The staff at King's Lynn are lovely and friendly and always make a fuss of our dog who always wants to stick his head through the drive in window.

Always clean with somewhere to sit. On the west side going north this place is not far from Biggleswade at a small services.

Sadly Standards have fallen coffee is hit and miss depending who makes it and its really annoying when the staff constantly talk to each other on their head sets and ignore you when your awaiting to place your order in store

Brilliant service today, so friendly and helpful, and my order was done in super quick time too, plenty of parking, and nice and cosy inside, perfect to refuel, also have drive throw if you prefer that.

A better road side Costa. Nice clean store, lots of plug points. 2 vegan savoury options, better than some other of the same brand.

The coffee is nice but very expensive. I drove 102 miles so for a well deserved break felt like l was robbed

My local Costa is friendly helpful and great barristers. Clean and room for buggys/wheelchairs and there is also parking too

Called in yesterday as passing on way up to Bedford; a nice little gem, the cafe was quiet but there were a few utilising the drive-thru. The place was nice and clean, toilets especially, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the flat white that I took couldn't have been better. If you're looking for somewhere to stop along the A1 I recommend you stop here.

Not a bad Costa. It is off the A1, next to BP garage. There is a drive thru and outside seating. Very quiet when I visited, so quick service. Clean inside, and well stocked shelves with food. The toilets were clean too. There is parking, with a 3 hour time restriction!

The member of staff that was serving us through the drive-through was a very professional, very nice a credit to the company 6th August 11:10am

Just had a coffee. Staff member on their own having to rush between drive through window and walk in customer's . Staff member very professional and helpful.

Asked for a mango iced frappe bubble when I received it it had blueberry bubbles Init what would be fine, if one they asked and two that I like blueberrys

This place is never open first thing in the morning. Signage states opening time 6am. At 6:50am its still closed!

It's a Costa coffee with a drive-thru there's not really much more to say

Been to quite a few Costa shops Tissues one is strange the person serving never even looked at me I felt like I was just a number.need to work on thete customer service

Always closed these days, been there three times in the last week & the place is closed for one reason or another.

Used to be nice but hardly ever open now ... often only the drive thru

Overcharged and it wasn't what I asked for

Got drinks and food and after 10 minutes got told to leave as shutting for dinner as didn't have enough staff -SHOCKING

Just stopped off to charge the EV and grabbed a flat white with oat milk while I waited.

I normal enjoy using this costa on the weekend, especially with Too good to go bags, however, the last two weekends they have really let me down. Their website, door and too good to go page stated that they close at 8pm on Sundays. TGTG bag collection is any time between 19:30-20:00. My partner and I have arrived roughly around 19:20 on the last two Sundays to collect the bag WE HAD PAID FOR and they had closed early with no warning or notification. I am still trying to chase costa and TGTG for a refund but this is like pulling teeth. Very disappointed.

Nice place to have a little rest and a quick coffee on the road. Clean toilet too.

Brilliant service, great staff attitude, and a really good coffee

Waited too long for order to be taken...one coffee was ready and waited for the second one. Two young Girls were serving Drive Through. Coffees were barely warm, we did not bother complaining. Seemed like there was too little Coffee in glasses. Won't be returning there again. Marks & Spencer makes much better coffee for cheaper.

Check the temp of your drink before you leave! I know you don't want a super hot drink when you're driving but I think they barely heated the milk up for our hot chocolate

Honestly the best costa ive ever been to. The staff make this a genuine delight. Best costa by a longshot. We deliberately come off our route to stop here

Easy access off and back onto the A1M, no convoluted loops like some services. Excellent, helpful friendly staff on shift that day and next to a well stocked petrol station

Normally great service, unfortunately this time round not only did my points not get added but I also got completely wrong drink which I only discovered after I had driven away and half way to work.

So expensive and wanted 40p for almond juice. But lovely staff (who let me off the 40p lol). Only visited to charge my car up.
