Stopped for a coffee and something to eat and had a sharing 3 stack pitta that was gorgeous and did us for tea. Cost us less than a coffee and cake on the royal mile. Highly recommend stopping here. Thanks xox

I found the staff quite blunt and bordering on rude My coffee (latte) was very strong so much that i didnt drink it. I appreciate that’s maybe how some like it. I’d left the shop and was at my appointment before I drank it so didnt realise it was so bad. Bad coffee and rudeness are not a good combo for a cafe

The food is delicious and clearly made with love, which is why I keep returning. The one thing holding me back from a 5* review is the portion size of the vegan moussaka. Everything else is portioned well, but this is priced at this is described and priced as a main, but is portioned like a side. I have ordered four times and every time, the the Spanakopita has either been the same size or smaller than the sides. I am attaching a photo from today's meal - on the top is the the Spanakopita (£6.90), and below it the moussaka (£14.90). Given the other portion sizes all seem generous, I don't know if it's a mistake with the moussaka, but I hope this can be changed!

Went for lunch with my sister and the food was so good. I had the falafel wrap and she had the mediterranian pitta, would recommend both. The coffee was also really good and staff were friendly. Deffo recommend for any vegetarian/vegans

Amazing food, fantastic service and so authentic! A must visit if you're in leith and you want to feel like you have stepped into Greece. The fresh lemonade is 10/10!!!

Love this café. Staff are really nice & sometimes give us free cake. Buy the banana cake, because its really good.

I cannot rate the food or coffee as I walked out because a member of staff was so rude. This is unfortunate as the pastries etc did look very nice. My crime was to politely request my coffee be extra hot. (A request that has never caused a problem before or since at other coffee shops) When it arrived I could clearly tell from feeling the cup it wasn’t hot. Again I very politely asked if it could be given a wee blast from the steamer. A very surly member started arguing with me that it was hot enough and she knew this because….. “she tested it with her finger” (Surely not the official Barista method of ensuring coffee is at the correct temperature 🤮) However, TBH, this only registered after I had left as she was continuing to argue with me. I explained I didn’t expect the milk to be boiled, however it could be a little hotter without burning the milk and I had a coffee machine at home and made above luke warm coffee all the time. Again, I was still being very polite even though I couldn’t believe she was being so rude to a customer. I finally snapped though when she slammed my coffee down and told me to “go and make a coffee at home then” I didn’t need to. I just took my custom to another coffee shop where the staff served a hot coffee with manners and a smile.

Delicious Greek food at very reasonable prices. Great coffee and desserts to die for. Lovely atmosphere, staff attentive but not in your face and you have to try their home-made lemonade.

Stopped in here as a little after nursery treat for my daughter and I could not recommend it enough. Authentic and delicious Greek food and the coffee was perfect. The staff were lovely and welcoming and friendly. On a hot day in Edinburgh it was lovely and shaded inside and very quiet considering it’s on Leith walk. We just had cake and coffee but will be back to try the main menu too. Such a fabulous wee gem

Stayed for breakfast with my husband and we loved it. I ordered the Greek scrambled eggs and my husband had the spinach pie. Both were absolutely delicious and the tea and coffee were great too. Will definitely be back!

My favourite cafe in Edinburgh. Always friendly and so generous. The garden terrace is Leiths best kept secret, but equally lovely inside. Spinach baked eggs are delicious! Great value and excellent for vegetarians and meat eaters

The ham and Brie panini and the pitta club sandwich. Both were really tasty. Honestly the pitta sandwich could have done the both of us. The coffees were what you would expect. As others have said the orange syrup cake is amazing, it’s very tasty and moist. The 4 starts instead of 5 is just since the food took quite a while to get to us, but the staff were really kind.

Qupi has a huge variety for vegans, vegeterians and meat-eaters. The prices are great and the food is even better! The service is great! Has a smoking area outside and a magical interior. Everything is freshly made once you order it.

Staff really friendly, tried the Cypriot breakfast but pitta very soggy too much water on plate from poached egg.

A little cafe we found while in Edinburg whirl staying at nearest hotel . The ambiance was perfect . The interior of the hotel was beautiful. I really liked their juices . The food was average and the service by staff was average too . Pricing of the menu was reasonably priced .

I used to eat here with my family when we were based in Leith (back in early 2020). It's really cheap, everyone is very friendly, and the food is lovely. I particularly enjoyed the soup and sandwich deal and the good coffee, as well as the pastries. Also, the people working there brought out toys when my infant son got upset on one occassion, which was great. I look forward to eating here again when I get back to Edinburgh.

Food was ok but hygiene was terrible .lady touch all wraps and food with bare hands .she didn't use any gloves and touch everywhere then food .it's my last time there .

We were only there for coffee and cake but it seemed from the menu that there was a good selection of Greek food. We sat outside round the corner from the indoor restaurant where we had the enjoyed the delicious very traditional Greek orange cake and Greek coffee made from very finely ground coffee and sugar boiled with water

Nice and cozy atmosphere, great coffee and foods. Friendly staff and a garden. I do recommend.

Dissapointed! Quality of the place doesnt clme clos3 We ordered 2 teas, which were just hot water with a couple leaves, one with meant and the other with oregano. ( see photo) 4.70£ for this. Not okay. My wife and I wanted to come here for a while, as it looks nice from the outside. Today we walked in as they have WIFI announced on a mirror and we came to spend sometime here, do work on our phones and have some food. But little after we found out they dont have Wifi and the teas we already had at the table were far from a basic decent tea. On top of this, add a poor costumer service. After being here 5 mins, we decided not even try the food anymore. Although I hope that is what they do best.

Just had super delicious food delivered, and it was so quick. First time I've tried anything from them, but I'll definitely be back! Spanakopita is absolutely baller. Also, really appreciate that all their containers are sustainable.

Stumbled upon this wee gem of a place when tired and in need of food and a coffee. The food I did ordered was so tasty and came with a delicious side salad. The Greek coffee was lovely too. The menu had lots of things I'd like to have tried, it all sounded great. It was also a nice change to find a coffee shop which served different food from the usual predictable cafe menus. The girls working there were friendly and welcoming :) Hope to get back next time I am in the area.

Loved this Greek themed cafe. Quick visit on a cold Edinburgh day in December. Our intention was a cuppy and to get warmed up. However we had chai latte, tea, potato pie and spinach pie. All so tasty, with gorgeous side salad. Unfortunately the staff didn't know the herbs used in the potato pie when I asked as it isn't made in house ( I was keen to try making it at home). Oh well, We'll just need to return another time and try to figure it out again. Loved it 👍

Well... 1 hot chocolate 1 coffee and 2 pastries for 10 quids? No changer for babies. We won't be back, sorry.

Great service, wonderful range of hot and cold drinks and food. Surprisingly large amount of seating available for a small cafe. Reasonable prices.

Came to this small cafe for breakfast, chose a baked omelette which was superb. Could have eaten all of the homemade dishes on the counter, loads of really delicious traditional Greek savouries.

We were hungry in between Fringe shows and found this on the way to the next one. They rustled up lunch boxes and coffee for six of us and we sat outside and enjoyed it. Good value for money too.

My favourite spot on The Walk. Coffee on huge cups, all the Greek pies savoury and sweet are home made. Staff are always lovely. It's like going for a big Greek hug.

Si por casualidad te topas con este pequeño restaurante y es hora de comer, no lo duces, ¡entra! Es verdad que está un poco lejos del centro, pero ofrecen una gran variedad de comida que podríamos cualificar como 'casera'. Lo regenta un griego. Lo adivinamos porque la ensalada que nos trajeron con tomate, aceitunas, pimiento, pepino y queso freso es la que llamamos en España una ensalada griega. Pero es que además la música de ambiente también era griega y en el aseo había una plato con un barco de vela cuadrada típico en la Grecia clásica. El comedor es pequeño pero acogedor. Las lámparas muy originales y los cubiertos parecen de más de cien años atrás. La comida en general muy buena.

One of the best Greek places I've tried in Scotland. It's family run, local independent business so the quality is always consistent. The food is delicious, fresh, healthy and full of variety, whether it's an impeccable explosion of flavours in a nutrtious salad that makes you feel guilty for eating something so good, craving some spinach pie or a warming Stifado beef stew on yet another cold and rainy day, that just melts in the mouth. Plenty of pastries that are perfectly balanced in flavours and texture, and good strong greek coffees, offer the perfect dessert. As well as the great food, the staff are so warm, friendly and helpful; together with the cosy, relaxing decor, you are made to feel right at home. And that is exactly what Qupi is: feeling like you're dining in the home of friends who offer a slice of Greece at the table. They deliver on all fronts and what they offer is, so far, unparalleled, despite the rising competition in the city. I visit on my own, with family and friends, who all say the same thing. Even if I werent local, i'd make the journey to keep coming back to a place that has fast become a firm favourite of mine.

Really good Greek food. Think of it as The Home of Homemade! Very generously sized portions (we took our leftovers home and will have them for dinner...a real twofer!). The salads were amazingly fresh and the gyro and spanakopita were to die for. And don't get me started on the desserts!

Pass by with my wife heading to Salon to get her nails done. I went back to get latte while waiting for her. Sit outside since the sun is out and it's a perfect spot to wait and have coffee.
