Very terrible experience, first we ordered something it was fine but then for the second time the screen froze and we were unable to press anything to we asked an employee named “Payal” but she didn’t even do a thing to “help us” she said use the other screen but we were logged on there so it didn’t work. Then on the other machine we ordered we used our points and some vouchers but the screen glitched ?? then we checked the points and vouchers were used but we haven’t got out food . What a waste , Mcdonald’s fix this…

Staff got my order wrong on three occasions and left us short of food. On this occasion the food was cold and one meal short. I called and spoke to a person claiming to be the manager/owner. He was very rude, abrupt and extremely disrespectful, refused to take any responsibility for their error or offer to resolve the matter. Appalling customer service!! Will never return!!
