Me and my partner we went there as we wanted a change from other fast food. We went there as we like Burger King but we actually never go because this Burger King close to our house it’s very unwelcoming. Inside it’s freezing we’ve been talking to a mother and son in there and they didn’t want to stay there long as there was no sense spending time in a place where you go to keep warm and eat out but it’s always cold as they never turn the heating on. They said to her the heating doesn’t work but in reality it’s been years like this keeping lying to customers. It’s warmer outside than inside in the winter like they don’t want people staying or going there. The staff very rude and there’s no one ever ready to welcome you to order or in the floor. Their personality are cold like the temperature inside. Another thing is they don’t speak to you so they presume you just eat away from there not asking anything of what you might want. No music at all inside never and all you can hear is voice call from staff phones or order from deliveries. Never been in my life all over the world to such terrible place and I’m fed up of this keeping happening because Burger King is a big company and the owner should read this to put this people a close look and investigate them because they are ruining the reputation of this places and I bet that many people that they would happily eat at Burger King they won’t do for the things I’m mentioning. Today really encouraged me to take such step after realizing a kid and mother being very sad in that table and rather be at home. No one ever cleaning the tables and the floor full of napkins and the tables are dirty. The female toilet was clean. The food was cold and it was shout out after 2 seconds as they already have no customers and they have constantly I checked everything ready so they don’t have to work not even that little. I worked myself in hospitality for many years and this is unacceptable and probably in breakage of standards. I really ask to investigate this place. As it’s really unbelievable and you want believe until you experience how cold atmosphere and staff and the sad feelings that you gonna feel there. And the revenue they gonna make is probably sad too. I will attach a video here obviously you not going to feel the cold but it proves the place I’m talking about. Also the people leaving 5 stars review they have a pattern in names, ethnicity and most of them work in there and other burger kings as I was opening they profile one by one and checking them out. Also the pattern in days as they want to cover the negative reviews and cover their a**** from the company. Please it’s really disturbing watching this happening and I repeat I understand asking friends and family and workers to leave reviews but first try to actually do the job and actually do it properly because all the reviews they actually mentioning the disappointment of the people and don’t lie to yourself as you just want to keep your jobs. I don’t see a single positive review out of that pattern of people I was talking about.

Very terrible experience, first we ordered something it was fine but then for the second time the screen froze and we were unable to press anything to we asked an employee named “Payal” but she didn’t even do a thing to “help us” she said use the other screen but we were logged on there so it didn’t work. Then on the other machine we ordered we used our points and some vouchers but the screen glitched ?? then we checked the points and vouchers were used but we haven’t got out food . What a waste , Mcdonald’s fix this…

aint been hear in 3 years since 2014 but heard the foods gone down hill!! heard health inspectors came coz there food was not good the place was dirty the employees would check out the girls!! gonna make a reappearance here soon again after 3 years in 2017 lets see if they changed there scamming habits!!!!!!!!!!!!!
