Small cups of coffee ,no tea pots like the old cafe and very expensive for 2 small cups ,cost over £6 and nothing like the cups of coffee the old cafe did, food very expensive n dogs no longer get a sausage, too expensive to take the kids in.

Having seen £1 deal for pensioners, soup/roll/coffee, I said to the lady serving, what a great offer. Her response was very "I don't give a care, I only work here" beyond negative. She informed me she didn't work for Asda, it was run by Compass. If I were Asda, I would be reviewing my 3rd party contracts. I left really disappointed.

Staff here deserve some recognition. Food freshly prepared, beautifully presented by staff that obviously have pride in what they do, rare to stumble upon today !! Wishing all the staff a healthy happy 2024.

Can't fault this cafe. Best staff of anywhere we've been in a long time. Polite professional and nothings too much trouble. Attention to detail is perfect. They remember all the little likes and dislikes of regular customers. It's like home from home. And the food is spot on ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went to Heaton park. Thinking as the cafe was owned by the same people it would be the same. It wasn't . The staff and food on Queens Park Bolton are wonderful. Nothings to much trouble. The food is well cooked and tasty and not just thrown at you in a box. You don't have to stand around waiting 15 mins for your brew then another 10 for your food. Won't go anywhere else from now on ❤️❤️

Coffee awful, overpriced and staff unfriendly. Sadly the clientele visiting the cafe and causing problems has made this a place to avoid.

A lovely end to our walk. This cafe is much improved since I used to come here a few years ago. It was lovely and clean and has a great menu. A large selection of hot and cold drinks and food. My daughter enjoyed a well made hot chocolate with all the trimmings and a generous 'Kellys' ice cream which was fantastic quality. I complemented the staff on my Chai Latte as it's the best one I've ever had, better than the ones I've ordered in fancy coffee shops. Keep it up girls!

I just wanted to say that the Americano coffee in this cafe is not only the best in Bolton but much better than the big chains. Friendly and helpful staff, and a genuinely dog friendly cafe. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the vicinity of the Park

I have just had the best time today at Queens Park Cafe with over twenty of my friends, at a friends 60th birthday party. The tables where set for us when we arrived, the food was delicious, to a very high standard, the staff are wonderful, very kind and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for an absolutely fab time. Looking forward to coming again soon.

Went to Queens Park Cafe last Friday morning, me and eighteen others. Found the service, staff and food excellent, cannot recommend them enough. The staff rearranged the cafe so we could all eat together, everyone said how good/ fast the food was. It was a pleasure to watch the staff in action they worked together like a well oiled machine. The manager and staff couldn't do enough for us. Enjoyed it that much we have booked a party there in a few weeks time. Thanks again!

We visited this cafe today to be met by a very rude and ignorant member of staff who was sitting vapeing with what I can only describe as the most foul mouthed woman I have every come across she clearly saw us approching the cafe with our 6 year old son and carried on talking to her friends/colleagues with her foul mouth after covering his ears we quickly turned around and took our custom else where the council will be receiving a letter hopefully with the evidence we have she will be dealt with accordingly maybe a job in a pub

A bit late to be writing a review as Amore is closing at the end of the month but wanted to come on here and thank them for being a little haven of happiness for me over the last few years. My friends and I used to visit Amore weekly and enjoyed hours and hours of good food, service and atmosphere every time we went. The only reason we don't go weekly now is because the cafe's hours changed and we couldn't visit as often. The food has always been delicious. The cheese pie is divine with the chicken tikka toastie and the tomato soup coming in close seconds... the meat pie and the quiches are tasty too. And I havent even started to mention the cakes - too many scrumptious ones to mention (lemon drizzle, lemon & chocolate, orange & chocolate, red velvet, hazelnut and coffee all delish!) Plus the cream cakes - all good. The staff are great at making coffees too and will happily create the drink to your taste/requirements. They even remember my preferences and know my order for a mocha as soon as I ask for it! I've not even got on to their afternoon teas.. fabulous! The staff are again happy to sort out any dietary or taste requirements when you book and you are never felt rushed when you are in Amore. It is a home away from home. The staff have always been so friendly and accommodating. I am really going to miss this place i can only wish the staff and the owner all the best for the future. I hope they go on to have every success but... if they ever decide to start selling cheese pie again then I shall be first in the queue! Good luck for the future, take care. Xx

The Park was once a lovely, traditional pub, but sadly, it is now derelict and up for sale.
