We love Queens Palace Chinese takeaway. Started coming here for a treat in 2017 and have been visiting since. Really delicious, freshly cooked food every time. Never had any problems and we’ve visited a lot over the years, consistently good. We moved to Chelmsford a few years ago but make a trip back here whenever we fancy a good Chinese takeaway. The lady who runs this takeaway is so friendly and kind too, we always have a chat and catch up with her whenever we pick up our food. A cracking independent business that we are proud to support.

My family have been eating from this Chinese takeaway for years. The lady on the front counter is very nice and sometimes they give you free prawn crackers. The food is good quality and the chefs are willing to make amendments to the dishes such as ‘extra hot’. They have a wide range of food on the menu.

Its hard be truthful without sounding mean and petty,chose this takeaway based on reviews, not sure what happened there. My special fried rice was bland, flavourless and just amateurish. Was barely fried, clearly had little to no soy sauce and hands down the worst ive had. The curry sauce was and im not kidding, coated with a good 1/4 inch of oil and i dont even want to describe the taste. I didnt try the other dish (chow mein) but that clearly didnt go down well either....The lady who served me was lovely an it wasn't expensive. This is the first chinese ive been to that didnt do chip of any variation...strange

Great take away only shame in this day and age is the no card payments which surely is a legal requirement since covid?

I Had a takeaway from this Chinese takeaway last night and it was appalling. Meat was seriously fatty, curry was a congealed lump, rice was overdone as if previously cooked. It has been a long time since I used this takeaway and it use to be nice but yesterday's meal has got to be the worst I have had from a takeaway. Myself and my family was very disappointed.

Had a lovely takeaway from them for the first time and the food was great . And the staff are nice to highly recommend them

We had never been to Queens Palace before, didn't have a menu, they were very helpful and patient while we decided what to have. The meal was lovely, will be going back and would recommend.

Nice fresh ingredients, good portions, sadly spoiled by far too much salty MSG. This makes some people ill and theres no need to add so much of it.

Best Chinese takeaway in Billericay.

Once was enough. Plenty of other decent restaurants to choose from in the local area

I was looking forward to trying the special chow main but we were really disappointed it was really bland with no good taste. ( The worst I tried) Much better Chinese food available elsewhere.

First time at this Chinese absolutely lovely will use again

Had a selection of six dishes for two people, more than enough to eat. All really tasty but unfortunately too far away from home.

Queens Palace is the best takeaway around. Fresh food well cooked and good value for money. !/2 Duck is good value and the Chicken Chow-min is very tasty, but our favourite is the Filet Steak Cantonese style.

Very friendly and very consistantly good food

We ordered NYE the quality and portion size were excellent. We ordered from another well known Chinese on Christmas Eve and found this far superior both in quality and quantity. The lady that takes the order is always very helpful and friendly. I am baffled that this gets negative press in Billericay.

This is a good take away. The lady on the desk is very nice and helpful. It is not a restaurant. The food is good and the portions are great.

Tuvimos la mejor comida para llevar china que he tenido en años.Muy buenos ingredientes, buenas porciones de tamaño.Empezar un poco grasosa, pero aún delicioso.No puedo entender por qué este lugar no entregar. Están perdiendo mucho por eso.Tienen que empezar a entregar ya que la mayoría de la gente no quiere salir en una noche de sábado a recoger.

Pensamos en probar algún sitio nuevo para un chino, así que pedimos para la colección. Todo lo que puedo decir es que me quedé muy decepcionado. Después de leer las críticas, pensamos que este sería genial, pero mi llevar sin sabor. Nada tenía ningún sabor era muy grasienta y las salsas eran incluso sin sabor.

Después de haber probado todos los demás para llevar chino en Billericay con diversos resultados decidimos probar y ahora estoy preguntando por qué esperé tanto tiempo. Señora que servía era servicial y amable y orden no toma mucho tiempo. El estándar de la comida fue excelente, buenas porciones y obviamente usar ingredientes de calidad, un montón de carne en el chow mien, langostinos eran geniales y sal y pimienta calamares calamares era correcto. Lo pasamos muy bien y sin duda volveremos pronto, ya que este es ahora mi número 1 China en Billericay.

Hola, me vino de Brentwood, ya que no es un buen restaurante Chino en Brentwood. Tripadvisor dijo que era de 5 estrellas, así que tuvo que para mí. Y debo decir que fue en el mejor promedio. La salsa de barbacoa no era como salsa de barbacoa que he probado antes. No voy a volver a ser honesto, vale la pena probarlo.

La comida es siempre recién preparado y de excelente calidad. El servicio es excelente y se preocupan por la satisfacción del cliente. Me han preguntado si visto nuevamente disfrutamos de nuestra comida para llevar. Han estado utilizando Queens Palace por un largo tiempo. Nunca me ha decepcionado. Comida para llevar china sin duda difícil de superar.

Este Chino es uno de los más frescos para llevar comida china que he encontrado. La comida es buenísima, siempre caliente y abundante. Aunque sólo una comida para llevar, así que no te lo ponen. Vale la pena probarlo! Lo recomiendo. Mejor teléfono en su pedido y no tienes que esperar x 01277 633232.

I started ordering takeaway from here about 6 months ago. Not sure why I never ordered from here before. The food is always spot on & tastes fresh & full of flavour. Great value for money especially the chefs special noodle chowmein.

Always get our Chinese from Queens Palace - service is really good, as is the food! ring early on a Saturday as they get very busy, and your meal will be ready and waiting. Never had a bad meal and good sized portions! If I had any complaints it would only be that they don't deliver!!

Simply the best Singapore noodles and at a great price too. Very friendly service and if you phone your order through then the wait is nothing!

Get the Chef Special Chow Mein..Superb

Takeaway only with no delivery and doesn't take any card payments which these days is strange and not very conducive to aiding business. We were told this when placing our order but this did mean we had to go into town to visit a cash machine which was not that convent.Hopefully this is only a temporary problem for them, as the food was really good, plenty of it and very promptly prepared. No complaints here.
