Order arrived delayed, smelling strongly of cigarette smoke and food was either cold or melted. Shame as normally our go to place.

Strawberries were willted and not very fresh the waffle was good but not hot at all cookie dough also was cold throughout if they we’re improved I would re order but as of right now i would not

Quick delivery and the desserts were beautiful, excuse the spelling but the gulub jamun was the best ive tasted

10/10 as always! Queens gelato never fails to impress the milkshakes are always lovely and thick and so tasty they also had chocolate sprinkles on the cream today 😍. The waffles are always fresh none of this shove in the microwave stuff and you can so tell! The guy who dropped it off was really polite and lovely too! Thank you as always.

From order to receiving our food it was 1 hour 50 minutes . The food was ok but not worth that wait !

Delivery was over an hour late after already having delayed time added on to the original time slot and was cold on arrival. Spoke to the staff at the at Queens Gelato who were pleasant and tried to help but couldn’t get in contact with the driver. The manager did contact me later on however after the eventual delivery apologising for what had happened. Luckily the waffles were delicious (even though they were cold)

The profiteroles are usually my favourite but this time they came and was hard, dry and hardly any chocolate sauce. Extremely disappointing. Delivery was fair tho.

Both service and desserts were great and reasonably priced. Going to try the custard tart next time though!

I'm a diabetic and desperately needed something sugary as I had nothing in and was late. They were so fast with their delivery and understanding that they literally saved my life!! Lol, it also really helped that it tasted fantastic. Yum!

Food was OK, nothing flash. Croffle was missing toppings also. It would have been fine if it had arrived on time, but it was almost an hour late.

I could not use my account credit for this order which was ridiculous (as it was given due to a poor order I had previously received) and not only that when this order arrived it was incorrect.

Mediocre, cheap ice cream, hugely overpriced

Order came with 2 extra desserts which were not mine. Rang straight away and told them about it and a mistake on my milkshake. They said they would collect the extra desserts and replace my shake. They came back quickly with a new shake and then told me to keep the two extra cookie doughs (which we could have done without :)). Excellent customer service for me so would recommend and order again, but maybe not for the person whose 2 x cookie dough were missing.

Came quick, nice taste but paid for 3 deserts and received 2 and a half. Two 9oz instead of a sundae and 9oz. Check the order next time guys

Never ever ever had any problems whatsoever with queens gelato, always top quality food but last night was very much a letdown, nearly absolutely nothing that was in the description for the bubble wubble kids sundae was actually on it, might aswell have just ordered 3 scoops of ice cream and a flake. I paid extra for flake on the top of the cookie dough which was near enough non existent and one side of the cookie dough was missing and not in the box? Milkshake was fine apart from some bubblegum sauce that for some reason was inside my jammie dodgers milkshake but yeah just very disappointed indeed as i wouldnt have expected it from such a good company like this😞

Queens gelato never fail! Top quality food and is always 100% on point every time also the delivery driver/s are all the loveliest and so polite, Honestly the top buisness!!

Was very excited to try the croffles, unfortunately felt a little disappointed as they was rock hard. Will stick to the bubble waffles as there much better!

Absolutely yummy! Bubble waffle was soft and fluffy, my partners croffle was a weird but delicious experience and the waffle was perfect. Will definitely order again!

Gorgeous Cookie doughs every time Thank you queens team⭐️

My grandson and I had the munchies... so, we thought we would give it a go. Waffles away 😊. The ice cream, milk shake and waffles are really nice but... however having paid £5.99 for the donner, I expected more than 5 scraggy bits of cold meat and wilting lettuce with a dollop of mayo on top of a seemingly quartered pita that was like biting bullets at one end.. also... I get fuel prices are rising. But on a £24 order, is there any need to charge £2 for a delivery that is literally "up the road".

I ordered a couple of desserts from Queens Gelato , and I cannot recommend anther dessert place than Queens itself. The desserts were delicious, customer service was excellent, and the delivery was on time and had actually come earlier than expected. Cannot recommend another dessert place than this in Keighley !

Fast, friendly, and as. Always a+ food

Ordered for delivery twice with this company . Both times advertise 30 minute delivery. 1st time took an hour and 2nd time 1 1/2 hrs . Had to chase and phone both times . Awful . I’ve had hot food that takes less time to cook & deliver . Won’t use again

Brilliant place to order from, food was delicious and on point, i messed up address on my part and they brought it to the right place with no problem, superb service cant go wrong will reccomend and re order again.

It took a hour and a half to turn up after I ordered it then the cookie dough turned up cold and was not worth £5 it was thin and very small

Top quality cookie dough! We have ordered from Marc Polos and Coco! Queens is far the best quality. Delivery guy is always polite and friendly! 10/10 We won’t use anybody else now!

terrible. I had Oreo Cheesecake and I've never ate anything so horrid. Iceland sell a lovely cheese cake for £1.50 and this, double the price, went right in the bin, and this is from a cheesecake connoisseur . only gets 2 star because i get a free handy tub!!!!

I've been ordering from here for past few months and it's never failed it's lovely and great price to, But tonight they went the extra mile after a accident with my order the delivery driver was on the ball and got it sored really fast and very polite to 5* all round, definitely will continue to recommend to friends.

Nice, friendly delivery driver. Shame there seems to have been a change in the desserts. Portions seem smaller and the cookies were flatter than flat.

Got the munchies, these places are great. Wish they were 24 hours, got the munchies again at 5 am

Had a peanut butter stack with an assortment of nice ice creams. The stack was just to die for - great combination of soft gooeyness and crunch. And the ice creams were great too. Again, always early!

Had a lovely waffle with marshmallows, strawberries and chocolate. But I think it could have done with more chocolate as the balance wasn’t right. Also mine came with a great added extra, some wrapping. So I wouldn’t order from them again sadly

Order was late, but I refuse to hold that against them, as they are a small business and even when they are busy the food is amazing. I can't recommend them enough. The guy that delivers is really nice as well. Really friendly. Your chocolate waffles are so good.

I’ve ordered from Queens Gelato’s a few times, the service is always good and staff are friendly. My orders are always delivered early or on time. The food is lovely, the waffles are so tasty and the cheesecake is delicious! I’m a huge cheesecake lover and you can’t go wrong with the Oreo cheesecake!! I look forward to ordering again soon :)
