Sopranos Cafe Bistro in Bradford

Went for my birthday and could not have been happier with the experience! Customer service was excellent and made to feel so welcome and the food speaks for itself simply amazing!

Absolutely excellent customer service, food and a welcoming atmosphere the food they serve here are delicious and there is nothing like a fantastic evening out

Food absolutely delicious, hit the spot! Wonderful and friendly waiter who provided the best service ever! Only a small consideration would be to accept more payment methods as it’s cash only. Everything else is as perfect and will be coming back very soon!

ordered chicken they came back 2 mins later saying they have no chicken and no mash

Usually great in here, but the T Bone steak was poor, chewy, hard to eat. Somethings changed with the quality of meat or the chef, not how it used to be….

Ordered from here on just eat, didn’t get the drink that I ordered. Meatballs in the spaghetti were still raw in the middle, very disappointing. Would not order takeout from here again.

Absolutely phenomenal. I dont know how to say this but the atmosphere was the vibe. I had the parmesan and it was delightful. Will be coming back.. The service was up to standard as any business should have.

It's all in the name with this place, sopranos! The meatball mafia!! The lasagne would not fit! In Joe Pasquale's shoe!! You'd get a bigger portion, in a bisto, microwave one, at a quarter of the price :/ the t bone steak had been tampered with! Was too spicy! I order pepercon sauce, if want to spice my meat up! Never asked if anyone suffered any allergies!! To sum it up! I'd rather sleep with the fishes! Than eat there dishes!!!!!

Went as a group and they were able to accommodate us well. Tried most things on the menu and was definitely impressed with the loaded fries and parmos. Creamy pasta goes really well to. Drinks menu is amazing especially the funky mocktail types. Will be returning soon. Keep up the good work.

Ordered my food on uber, firstly my driver got cancelled and a new driver was given, this took over 1 hour to be delivered. The food was cold and to top it off i had ordered the creamy pasta which had a HAIR in it! Disgusting, would give it a zero if i could, never again.

Had an absolutely amazing meal at Sopranos. The food was perfect, drinks were excellent and service was quick. 10/10 experience definitely will be back. This restaurant is also super children friendly as my little niece was given a high chair to be seated in and a colouring kit to keep her entertained. Definitely would recommend the Pizza with their potato salad dip, parmesan and pasta!

Had an amazing evening meal at Sopranos. The food was absolutely perfect—everything cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10, will definitely return!

I went to sopranos thinking I’m going to have a nice meal with my friend, the staff were rude and not friendly and when I went to pay I wasn’t aware it was cash only as when I came in there was no sign or any staff to tell me it’s cash only , I’m not happy with this services as it should have card payment due to the fact that not everyone carries cash , n when I asked for a manager I was told they was on holiday , this is ver appalling services I suggest do not ever come here ever !

Exceeded expectations and consistently brilliant food and service. All the food we've tried from here has been consistently tasty as it's fresh and well cooked. Service is attentive although wait time is usual for freshly cooked food. Would recommend this restaurant to any one looking to try Italian and fusion food in Bradford. Only nag was that they don't take card payment, so strange for a food outlet on a busy road.

The food at sopranos was simply divine. The service was impeccable. We were running late yet our table was still on hold for us. The food was 10/10 and our server was amazing. First time coming to sopranos from Manchester , very friendly, very welcoming recommend place to be in Bradford we ordered Italian Doughballs for starters and I was impressed something unique bolognese inside wow it was tastey, My wife ordered the LA TROPIC slush mocktail ? She loved every bit she decided to tell the waitress she would like one to go 🤤hah will definitely be back here on my next visit, service, food & atmosphere was spectacular may Allah give you more barakah.

I could give 0 star if I could. I recently had the displeasure of dining at Sopranos Cafe Bistro , and it was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered. From the moment we walked in, the staff's rudeness was palpable. Not only were they dismissive and inattentive, but their demeanor made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the entire meal. It's unfortunate that such poor service overshadowed any potential enjoyment we could have had from the food. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy being treated with disrespect. the restaurant is cash only with no visible signage until it's time to pay.

Aida was a wonderful server 11/10 service was amazing. Made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Excited to return to see you again ◡̈ (give her a raise)

Just wow, the food was 10/10, very nice. Wagyu burger was delicious and the mince dougballs were very very nice, the owner herself attended to us and suggested the food we ordered as it was our first time there, great customer service and atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you

Food was really nice. But the service was worst as i never experienced. Staff should have to be more friendly to the people come to get some good moments with friends and family.

Good freshly cooked food good choice in the menu

Appalling service, waited 55 mins for a burger, when it arrived it was another 25 mins for my friends to arrive. Service appalling and staff not bothered!

We were the only people in there but waited 30 minutes for a garlic bread and pizza. Crazy wait times considering what we ordered and they where just stood arounds. The wait tile really ruined whole experience.

Love the bolognese dough balls and parmesan, food is consistently good. Also the waiters are very attentive and gave me a place to pray alongside water and dates to open my fast.

Customer services was good but the same can’t be said about the food. The steak was overdone and 2/3 of it was fat even though I asked for it and to be cooked medium. The pasta felt like it was microwaved and bland. I’m not sure if the owners have changed but this place has gone down hill.

When we went it wasnt that busy inside. But they took almost an hour to bring the food which wasnt anything special. Tables that came in and ordered after us got their food and drinks before us. The woman at the counter did say several times she would look into what happened. But you can tell when you are being fobbed off as saying that you will look into something doesnt help us or make us want to return.

Loved the food and service as alway. Harris and Hadiya were lovely also.

I would suggest having the tortilla starter with the bolegnase sauce and cheese topping, the nachos stayed firm and the portion size was perfect for us to nibble on and share. I absolutely 💯 enjoyed the starter including the bolegnase doughballs which was just bellisimo makes you feel like you're in Italy. The chicken parmesan was amazing and the creamy chicken penne pasta hit all the right notes. Jawad made us some very nice mocktail drinks the Berry blast and mojito was fantastic and fruity. We were served by the delightful Tayab. Shabana was the host and made us feel so comfortable and really helped with the best recommendations. Absolutely top notch service. So grateful that there is a halal Italian restaurant for dining 🍽.

Order the bolognese balls. They were Unbelievably good. The lasagna was also amazing. Sucks the drinks didn’t have alcohol (taste yummy tho) and there isn’t a card machine for payment but aside from that highly recommended. The servers we had were also super sweet. 10/10!

Loved the seafood pizza, and my brother was very happy with his t-bone steak. It's expensive, but you can taste the quality and freshness of the food. I wish the food had been a little warmer, but not sure if that's down to just eat.

Me ,my daughter and my husband went Sopranos after long time. Around 6pm and restaurant was empty. We ordered beef burger for my daughter and my husband ordered salmon grill with vegetables. I thought restaurant is empty so we might get quick service but they took 20min for burger and chips and grilled salmon with veg. Food was ok not very amazing. After meal we ordered biscof cheese cake and chocolate chip cookies dough only 2 dessert they took 30min or more. We were the only one in the restaurant but they gave us very late our order although I asked that we are running late. One staff was nice and talking to us. Car parking issues. You need to find in both streets for parking. I might not go there again. Due to their slow service

It’s good to see fine purveyors of food finally arrived in Bradford with Bradford being the king of currys sopranos adding there Italian touch takes it to the whole new level the desserts was one of a kind as strawberry’s are my favourite Amazing food amazing service Jawad’s service was spectacular very welcoming felt at home recommend the perfect starters and mains cannot forget the desserts , highly recommended !!!

First time, ever since it opened have been planning on going but I can honestly say I will definitely be going back to try rest of the menu. I got the dough balls which were so fresh and a fish Parmesan, which I was so pleased with. Honestly people need to try.

I arrived at the restaurant with my friend, waiter asked us table for 2, we said yes and then randomly says to us im sorry we’re closed “TODAY” now there was customers sat inside the eat in area and a photographer was taking pictures of them! Absolutely appalling was actually looking forward to trying this place, never visiting again! Shameless
