Customer services was good but the same can’t be said about the food. The steak was overdone and 2/3 of it was fat even though I asked for it and to be cooked medium. The pasta felt like it was microwaved and bland. I’m not sure if the owners have changed but this place has gone down hill.

When we went it wasnt that busy inside. But they took almost an hour to bring the food which wasnt anything special. Tables that came in and ordered after us got their food and drinks before us. The woman at the counter did say several times she would look into what happened. But you can tell when you are being fobbed off as saying that you will look into something doesnt help us or make us want to return.

I would suggest having the tortilla starter with the bolegnase sauce and cheese topping, the nachos stayed firm and the portion size was perfect for us to nibble on and share. I absolutely 💯 enjoyed the starter including the bolegnase doughballs which was just bellisimo makes you feel like you're in Italy. The chicken parmesan was amazing and the creamy chicken penne pasta hit all the right notes. Jawad made us some very nice mocktail drinks the Berry blast and mojito was fantastic and fruity. We were served by the delightful Tayab. Shabana was the host and made us feel so comfortable and really helped with the best recommendations. Absolutely top notch service. So grateful that there is a halal Italian restaurant for dining 🍽.

Order the bolognese balls. They were Unbelievably good. The lasagna was also amazing. Sucks the drinks didn’t have alcohol (taste yummy tho) and there isn’t a card machine for payment but aside from that highly recommended. The servers we had were also super sweet. 10/10!

I have been multiple times and cannot fault the food and service, will be back again!

Absolutely amazing, served by professional young lads who know how to deleiver a great customer service whilst providing Italian food fusioned with desi undertones. Me ,my daughter and my husband went Sopranos after long time. Around 6pm and restaurant was empty. We ordered beef burger for my daughter and my husband ordered salmon grill with vegetables. I thought restaurant is empty so we might get quick service but they took 20min for burger and chips and grilled salmon with veg. Food was ok not very amazing. After meal we ordered biscof cheese cake and chocolate chip cookies dough only 2 dessert they took 30min or more. We were the only one in the restaurant but they gave us very late our order although I asked that we are running late. One staff was nice and talking to us. Car parking issues. You need to find in both streets for parking. I might not go there again. Due to their slow service

First time, ever since it opened have been planning on going but I can honestly say I will definitely be going back to try rest of the menu. I got the dough balls which were so fresh and a fish Parmesan, which I was so pleased with. Honestly people need to try.

I have ordered before and will order again. Such fresh, DELICIOUS flavors. Their pizzas are to die for. Absolute quality food, would recommend definitely trying this authentic Italian!

I arrived at the restaurant with my friend, waiter asked us table for 2, we said yes and then randomly says to us im sorry we’re closed “TODAY” now there was customers sat inside the eat in area and a photographer was taking pictures of them! Absolutely appalling was actually looking forward to trying this place, never visiting again! Shameless

The chicken bistecca burger is amazing. I usually don't eat pizza, not a big fan but got a free Margarita pizza with an order and it tasted amazing with the coleslaw sauce thing they gave. Would definitely recommend.

Never had a bad experience here. I would recommend the Berry Blow Out - must try! Lasagne is nice, sweet potato fries are always perfect. Parmesans are good

If you are looking for the best creamy pasta you have ever had in your life you need to go here. I've always loved smorgasbords creamy pasta and had made up my mind this was the best there was ever going to be however when I tasted sopranos my mind was blown!!! Their pepperoni pizza and lasagna is also 👍 ******* stars for the pasta though.

We visited Sopranos last night to try it for the first time and we definitely will not be forgetting this place or at least my insides wont! The waitress told us her recommendations and concluded she does not eat here as it ‘messes up her stomach’ 😳 I did not pay heed due to the hunger and dove into the menu and placed my order. The food wait time was long and my better half over heard the waitresses discussing how the sorbet was off just minutes before they served the mocktail. The mocktail was not nice and was badly presented. The parmesan seemed like it was processed chicken and was very greasy. The pizza was okay but tasted like curry on a pizza! This is not the worse part as I returned home I was receiving flashbacks of the waitress words ‘it messes up my stomach’ as i started to here it gurgling noises in my stomach. It is no exaggeration when I say I was unable to leave the bathroom for 2 hours straight and remained glued to the toilet! Even after that I was in and out of the toilet. This has been my worst experience and I definitely recommend this place to people who suffer from constipation as this place will unclog you till you've unloaded everything you've consumed and more.

Visiting Bradford, children wanted to come here. Food ok, they lost the order, significant delay and they didn’t own their mistake. Also not particularly good if you are not the cash only type.

Amazing place to eat as a couple or small family. The staff sre super friendly, was looked after by Raj & Shannon. Portion sizes are huge ' brownie points. Would recommend going here.

Today I had the pleasure of dining at Sopranos and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The waitress provided outstanding customer service throughout my meal. (They deserve a pay rise). The menu had a great selection of dishes, and I opted for the classic chicken burger. It was absolutely delicious! And the presentation was impeccable.

went in there thinking it would just be an average restaurant but the food was so nice and the wait was so short too, the front staff mahnoor and zaynah (which i believe their names are) were so kind to us! they were so welcoming and checked up on us and we’re so friendly made us feel so comfortable!! would deffo go there again just because of the service alone xx

Staff wouldn’t know customer service if it hit em in the face. We went for iftar and she gave water 20 minutes after it opened, only because we got up and asked. Then threw our food on the table and ran off? Didn’t even give cutlery so we had to wait 10 mins just for her to get some forks. We also didn’t get some of our drinks because she forgot? The lukewarm mocktails she did remember were served when we was basically done with our food. When asked her to remove the drinks she forgot from the bill she didn’t even acknowledge it. A normal person would apologise. Wouldn’t recommend dining in.

Food and service is great. Shame about being cash only, slightly annoying as most people don’t tend to carry cash around anymore.

Food was gorgeous, its the kinda grub you want when you're not feeling a greasy burger or take out but still dnt want to eat at home. Just simple, tasty fresh lasagne/ pasta and pizza. I dnt really understand why there's music in the loo.. hope they get that turned off. The decor isn't my taste, but 5 stars from me as long as food is good, place is clean and server's are nice. Its a 5 :) I'll be back when I'm next in Bfd.

My first time trying out this place and I’m so glad I did. Firstly the food was delicious, but what really made the experience was the friendly staff. Shannon took care of me and my friends that evening and was so friendly, her service was amazing. I highly recommend.

You get more than what you come for here. Comes with rude and careless waitresses. More flies than a bin bag can hold. Drinks that taste literally like CALPOL. Food that tastes like it's made solely with herbs. You'll love it. Oh and this is a bonus, they also splash you with your drinks without apologising. Enjoy!!

Oh where do I begin? First of all … If you want your food with a healthy serving of fruit flies then please look no further. This establishment will provide that to you! Next of all the waitress spilt a whole drink on floor by our table and the drink landed on us and she didn’t even have the decency to apologise. ATLEAST APOLOGISE. Also I had chosen a burger on the menu, then I was later told by the waitress that they don’t have that burger left and then I had to choose something else on the menu. Didn’t like the replacement as there wasn’t much chicken in the burger.

The customer service was perfect made us feel warm and welcome along with the seating area the staff were aways there when we needed them and got things done as soon as they could, Zaina was one of the workers there was super friendly and made the family happy the food was perfect i would definitely come back and recommend to other people.

Second visit tonight - first visit wasn’t great but I thought I’d give it another try as WJ’s had a 20 minute wait. Sadly the food is bang average. Won’t be returning any time soon. The two stars is for the polite waiter.

Went to this place today with my family. Must say loved the decor and the style of the place. Food menu was short and snappy giving you an easier option to quickly order. Was served by a lad called raaj, who provided a very good service. A lady called Zaina was also very attentive making sure we was comfortable with our seating and made the best pina colada I’ve ever tasted.. the food was also delicious! thank you once again, will definitely be back again.

Sopranos cafe wasn't what I'd expected I friend had recommended this place thought I try it out. The decor had a good theme, was smaller than I thought. The waitresses spot one, I was impressed with the phone charging ports on the table never seen them before in a restaurant. The garlic bread and cheese was top of it's game but was disappointed with the Angus burger wasn't warm enough little cold. The pizza looked good but didn't do it for me and the parmesan was nice. Overall enjoyed it but not quite as was recommended.

The lovley waitress shanan needs a wage increase! I mean it! She is really kind and welcoming with a sweet smile. She always has a smile on her face and does everything to the best off her ability. We had a small hiccup on our table with the drinks we asked for a fanta and 2 pepsi's and she bought out 3 pepsi's by mistake and rather than taking the pepsi back she gave it to us on the house and didnt charge us for the extra drink. her customer experience skills are the best! shanan if you read this review keep it up your amazing!

My first visit here...loved the salmon biscette..had a virgin mojito..service was good and the food was delicious

Service was poor,the waiters and staff were casual about everything and not even an apology when the food arrived. 9/9 tables didn't have any food on them for Iftaar time. We were given ours over later (bear in mind we ordered 35 minutes before Iftaar). I'd like to say the food was nice and worth the wait but the pizza was average and the steak was dry. The place needs a better extraction system as It was smoky and the smell felt like I was sat in the kitchen. Not impressed.

The food was great. We ordered the bolognese dough balls to start that my partner and I loved. For mains we had a chicken and fish parmigiana. They tasted great and the chips and sauces were brilliant. Overall we were really happy with the food and the service. The only down sides I would say are that the table settings are so close together l, obviously they are trying to make the most of the small space they have but it’s not the most comfortable having to sit so close to other diners. Another thing is that they only accept cash payments. I mean in this day and age there should be more than one option for paying! Would definitely return and recommend. Sopranos is amazing cafe! My go to place to eat with both friends and family. The food is 10/10 especially the chicken Parmesan, and the staff are soo lovely - i was served by sohaib recently and he made sure we had a good experience and enjoyed our meals - will be back again for more delicious food!

All the staff of Soprano’s I’d say is very welcoming, we came on a busy day and was told politely by a lady there to leave my number and name and they would call us in half an hour when the table was ready, so we waited in the car until. On the arrival to the restaurant, we were seated right infront of the entrance which wasn’t exactly comfortable so we asked to move places which they helped us with without any hesitation. As the menu was a little hard to understand, the waiters also helped us with that and explained what they really are, again the staff there are really helpful. Only few things needed for improvement or should I say, to their benefit, would be to make the restaurant bigger as it is quite cramped and small inside, another thing which we experienced was the waiting time for the food, which was a good 45 minutes, it was only 4 of us but it is understandable that they were very busy that day. Overall a great experience, will definitely visit if we are near Leeds Road, but the extension for the place is a must!

Great Service! I went inside and i had placed a phone order in but it was a little bit late and they told me to wait in the car to do they brung it to us. Since it was late they said they can give us free drinks and gave us the food to the car!

Food was immpeccable. Me and my husband travelled from birmingham and stopped by this restaurant. The waiters shoaib and shannon made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. They were both exceptionally hospitable and polite. They recomended we have the parmesean chicken steak which did not dissapoing. Deffinetly a place to dine at. Ambiance was also great.

Great customer service and great food. Went above and beyond to get a pizza out to us that was slightly delayed due to a new chef.

Food was average, but the service was terrible as we had to wait 1 hour 20 mins for our food and also the missed our starters they only gave 1. I would not recommend this place.

First time we had gone to sopranos this place was awesome the welcome and atmosphere was co calm and relaxed the staff were awesome so helpful especially Shanon she was ace and totally awesome she helped us through all the menu all the way to the end of our visit and made us feel so relaxed and made the experience awesome. We got the La tropics drink recommended by Shanon defo worth a try. And the chicken steak was so flavoursome and juicy. Would deffo recommend this place to everyone to try. 5 stars to the full team at Sopranos Bradford. Keep the good work up guys.

Hearing so many good reviews of this place we hoped for a great dinner that evening. Unfortunately, their food is not what I imagined. The lamb lasagne was just one big chunk of fast food, fatty & didn’t taste very fresh. The butchers special was also disappointing as the meat had barely any taste, was a bit cold but costed around £15 which I will never understand. You can’t call a salad something that consists of few chunks of tomato & cucumber. The only good thing was chips & sauces from breadsticks starter. Don’t recommend this place.
