Nice food. Website is rubbish though, doesn't work.

Not even worth a star!! 2x ringer meals .lettuce brown. Buns hard. No cheese. Chips cold. Whole meal disgusting!! Took 2 hours. No e speaking English over the phone. Husband and I drove ro theshop and demanded a refund d and gave food and extras back!

Worst food ive had for ages . How can you make a pukka pie and sausage roll taste like rubber/cold rubber chips cold AVOID chips kept for to long

Food arrive cold, and dry. Tasted like it was reheated, never ordering from here again 🤢🤢

Very nice people, food was disappointing, chip just wrinkly and old saveloy well solid all down one side turning them occasionally helps Clearly not somewhere I’ll go back anytime soon

BEST FISH & CHIP IN TILBURY !! & THE RIBS ARE AMAZING !!

We ordered our dinners for 2 off us & it took over 2 1/2 hours to get it to us , we keep phoning & it worked out they taking it to the wrong place . Then when we got it , it was not nice at all tonight .

Popped in for lunch. Battered sausage was great and chips was just the way chip shop chips should be.

Good food, large portions and the staff were very friendly and although a take away the ladies behind the counter were excellent and very funny!

Lovely clean place, Love the food also the people are very nice and polite what I like.

Good size portion and good price

Fish was fantastic. Not to oily, tasted really fesh, was very happy. Chip shop chips were good. Chicken was mediocre. Needs some seasoning or sauce to help it. It was just plain roast chicken which some people may like. Overall was a nice meal for the family.

Very impressed with food and service. Ordered online half rack if ribs, medium cod, large chips, jalapeno bites and mosarella sticks. Came to £20 and weighed in at 7lb. Quality of food was very good. Ribs fish and chips were excellent not keen on jalapeno bites not any kick to them and mosarella sticks dry and tasteless, will be returning and trying other food.

Went in for a portionof chips and apple pie. Portion size of chips was good. However, the chips and the apple pie really tasted of battered sausage. If you are vegetarian may want to check that they cook your food separately. I will try again but may wait a couple of weeks.

Shop looks nice, foods no good tried it twice, instead of spending money getting shop looking nice use it to train staff how to cook, shame another shop that isn’t gonna last

Shop looks nice. That's all the good I can say. Staff had to keep being reminded what I ordered and that was only a pie an chips. When I did get my food its was raw and Stone cold. The prices are expensive for the amount and quality of food you get very very disappointed and would not go back or recommend

Queens Fish Bar is absolutely amazing, much better than the previous place, very clean inside, staff friendly and helpful, food is of excellent quality and quantity is good/:) Would definitely recommend this place-:) Milkshakes are ⭐️

Spent £12 in there they forgot my hot wings served me raw chips and the salad in the burger tasted filth do not recommend don’t think these are going to be around long

Portion of chips is ridiculous does sausage in batter was not done properly and it is seriously dear in there I think personally should bring bk rainbows

The shop looks amazing and the food was just as good. Kids cleared their plates so we will be back for more!
