Been multiple times due to enjoying their food so much, highly recommend the deluxe burger meal 10/10

Cold food and not even lamb donner its like mashed chicken no flavour. Not eating again after many years of eating there.

Ordered today at 6pm, as local called to order and said only 10 min longer delivery. 6.45pm called (out for delivery). 7.15pm called (same again). Arrived cold - driver ran off called explained and said will give you refund just eat!!! (2and time I've not paid it and offered to collect!!) Ps my 4 yr old is the main reason this post at this time of night and no after service, apology or anything. Off to zekos!

I order from here all the time, the food is amazing, any negative review must have been a rare bad night. The Chicken is particularly amazing and much better than KFC, the drivers are always friendly and polite and the staff in store are great, occasionally adding in a little free extra! I would highly recommend Queens, the only negative I would say is the portion size on the Donner Meat is a bit small, but i'm greedy.

What a joke of a place! A 2 hour wait for our food, after specifically being told it would be 45-1 hour latest. Every time I rang up they told me it was on its way. Staff members seem incapable of doing there job, as I was told that somebody should have rang me to inform me of the extra wait, which we didn’t receive, even after ringing to find out where the food was. Once the food finally arrived, we were expected to pay the full price after waiting 2 bloody hours, and to make matters worse, they’ve got our orders COMPLETELY wrong. To be told there was only one delivery driver on tonight, yet 5 lads turn up in one car is actually abysmal. Would never order from this place again. Bloody joke, would not recommend to a single person and to be frank wouldn’t feed the food to my dogs. Seem to like to take there customers for a run around and clearly don’t care about giving them food or service of a high standard.

They dont care about clients. They dont care at all. Every order is late and there is always something missing

Pizza tasted doughy and overdone. Too much cheese not enough toppings or sauce. Roti was ok but bland. Mixed kebab was dry and boring with stale pitta. Only one sauce choice allowed. Chicken strips small and dry. Chips ok. All said and done this was a disappointing meal and we wouldn’t recommend on any level and won’t be ordering from them again.

Chicken is always hot and tasty, we get chicken kebab and a rolo and the curly fries always tasty Hot wings are good too

Went into Queens Pizza today - 4/06/1029. I asked for a large donner. When I got home there was no pitta bread, just donner meat and some salad. I phoned and asked to speak with the Manager. The rude guy on the phone (the same guy who served me) said the Manager wasn’t there and didn’t know when he would be, refused to give me his name when asked and actually shouted at me! The cheek of it! This place used to be really good – the food and service. Not sure if they’ve had a change of management/staff. This guy needs to go and I want a refund.

Our pizza and chicken was stone cold, the chicken was hard and not fresh at all. The cheese wasn’t even on the soggy pizza it was all fallen off. Refuse to pay for that it’s not acceptable to serve to a customer!! Don’t go here it’s made me feel so sick.
