Food is really good and a bargain with the 2 for £13 monday till Thursday 12/4 recommend and will definitely be back 😊

First time popping in on Saturday 22nd April with our friends. Bar staff very nice and pleasant, drinks good measures and very reasonable prices and to top it off the karaoke was brilliant

Had a fantastic Saturday afternoon in the Quarter Gill. The atmosphere was amazing & the singers were brilliant on the Karaoke. It was a really busy pub & the locals were very friendly

Smashing pub, lovely friendly staff. Food was excellent (especially steak pie)and the atmosphere was brilliant. Prices were surprising for a west end pub too,very cheap compared to Byars road pubs.

Pub itself is a reasonable size. Drink prices are reasonable considering the location. Staff are friendly with the exception of one older female bartender that always looks miserable! Food is sadly cash only and can be a hit or a miss. Overall, not too bad at all.

Came in here for a pub lunch as another prominent local venue's kitchen was closed. ( again ) On a freezing cold day the pub was cozy and staff welcoming. What was excellent was the two main courses for £12 offer. Half a dozen options to choose from. The steak pie was absolutely superb! Well done to the staff for their welcoming attitude and for serving great food. Will definitely return again if I'm in the City.

I love this pub! Have only been twice.. Both retirement lunch do's that ended up going into the night ❤️ Great home made food at great prices..lovely friendly people, and terrific karaoke ❤️ Can't wait for another day/night out!

Cash-only. Over £10 for 2 small vodka oranges. Bartender seemed uninterested. Karaoke seemed decent though with fun punters. Better pubs in the area.

At first the experience was pleasant atmosphere was great until we discovered people taking drugs in toilet including STAFF me and my 21 year old daughter in toilet and was very uncomfortable position will not be returning

Beautiful home made food £12 for 2 mains mon-thu great prices for the West end breaded fish was amazing as was the haggis fritters in whiskey pepper corn sauce 10/10

Attended here today as a friend told us about it and we weren’t disappointed we usually got to tennents bar for lunch but This will be our new local I had macaroni which was one of the best I’ve had 😍😍 and my friend had steak pie which just melted in your mouth the staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome we got talking to Lyndsay outside lovely girl and works very hard 5 stars guys keep it up 👏👏👏👏

Nipped in on the way back to the underground train station on a wet and miserable day! The pub was nice and cosy and had a lovely atmosphere the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke away. The pub had plenty drinks to pick from & the decor was extremely modern and classy. I would definitely return and will return when I’m back in Glasgow.

Staff were excellent very helpful. Food was great. There was even steak pie on menu for children. My granddaughter had steak pie and it was huge portion, plenty of meat and veg.

One of my favourite places for a good time out. Went on a Saturday night for drinks and Karaoke. Always a fun crowd. Decently priced drinks. Places to sit or dance. The only negative is it closed down at 12am and the shot glasses are those tiny ones a lot of bars use filled to the brim until my jiggly hands spilled on the way to my face. Love the gin and tonics served in a big goblet glass. Love this place and will keep coming back. Plus it's easy to get to from the subway.

Hit or miss with food when getting 2 meals for 12 last time meat was very tough in steak pie

Never had food. Good for a pre drink before heading elsewhere. It was jam packed though and you could hardly move.

Didnt try the food. Service was a little slow as it was busy but polite all the same. Drinks expensive as its "the west end". Over £11 for pint and bacardi and a dash of diet coke... Lots of local clientele and some folk at rear of pub in for meals. Lower tables around the walls and some stools and higher tables nearer the bar. Bit messy at times and after a spillage nearby, the customer asked for a cloth for the table (given paper roll) and no staff came to mop the floor so i guess it will be nice and sticky for next occupants...

Just passing and popped in for lunch wi the boss. She had told me their steak pie was amazing....ordered up, only to be informed their steak pie wasn't ready....it was almost 2pm👀....thought to masel that the west ends lunch time must be a good 2 hours behind the Garngad🤪... So, had fish n' chips, no the best, but edible...will return for a nibble when I pass again, but only for steak pie 👀🤣🤣🤣. Nice and friendly, but it was 2pm.... the banter & mayhem of a Sunny Glesga Friday evening could be entirely different 😎

Great food, tasty and plenty of it. Made up a salad specially and it was beautifully presented. First class.

Had a late lunch here yesterday I had fish & chips with peas ,husband had steak pie & chips all fresh & tasty ,staff helpful & friendly two meals were only £12 brilliant !

I don't like pubs that shut early during the week, we can't all drink at the weekends.

Always like the quarter gill for a nice pint and friendly atmosphere.

Great wee pub for lunch . Made to feel really welcome staff friendly. Had steak pie with roast potatoes and veg was lovely . Two meals only 12 pound well worth it .

Yeah in for a quick drink to meet up with friends. People nice , bouncers at door so that's a bonus. I gave it 4 starts at 1st but changed it to 5 as every1 good at thier jobs. Bar staff, entertainment was Karaoke and good security that was watching everything going on.

We were here on Saturday for dinner and drinks dinner was fab and the young girl behind bar with dark hair was very fast at serving us but the place was freezing as they had the air con on sorry but there is no need for it to be on when it’s freezing outside totally ruined our night and we left befor the England game came on xxx

Was in having lunch... portions very small!! 6 small pieces of scampi and a handful of chips.... !!!! Can't actually remember the price .... I think maybe £8.... definitely not worth it!! Staff lovely though!

Absolutely amazing food brilliant value for money, Also the staff were so down to earth and genuinely friendly. The pub has a really nice welcoming atmosphere 100% recommend.

This evening I visited with 2 friends. I appreciate the bar was busy in relation to rugby match and karaoke entertainment. However, we are extremely upset by the attitude of a female member of staff working the floor area whose attitude and customer service service skills were quite frankly shocking. She was angry, abrupt, extremely rude and unprofessional. In my profession if I spoke to clients in such a way I would be disciplined. Without going into specific details we will not be returning to this establishment nor recommending it.

Love this place I go there every other Friday, and the bar staff are amazing , I can't remember all their names but hats off to them when under pressure on a busy Friday they nail it and shout out to my big pal Jason who does the karaoke the guy is a legend and a great performer.

I used to love this pub but I cannot see why they would remain open when there is something g wrong with the drainage from the toilets. It was the smelliest most disgusting toilets I've experienced in a while. This was 2 weeks ago. Hopefully they've sorted it.

Friendly staff nice atmosphere great kitchen that can rustle up great home made food very cheap prices well worth a visit but if you have a starter be warned you get your main straight after.

Waitress was telling fibs!I mentioned the potatoes were very cold. Waitress said she stuck her fingers in the potato and said they were warm' LIE. Her face was tripping her since the minute we sat down. Won't be returning.

First time back since Tricia left and was totally disappointed sat for at least 20 minutes and nobody came near us it was not as if it was busy just the wife and me and another couple waiting to get served we ended up walking out and wont be back

Quarter Gill is a belter of a pub. Dugs allowed, biscuits on tap.

The food, the staff and the atmosphere in here is out of this world! Very lovely people, delicious food, what more can you ask for.
