Waited an hour and 20 minutes for food. Called up the shop and they said the driver was late, and that the food was already made waiting. We then waited an extra 30 minutes for our food!

Cold hard chewy kebab meat and cheesy chips that were stuck to the wrapping paper because they didn't use a container. £19 btw

Ordered a simple large cod. Food came hot, and they even gave me some chips. Food was tasty, highly recommended - at least if you're having cod and chips.

Kieran is very hospitable and friendly. Great food too. Traditional fish and chips and kebab with far Asian twist. Pay by card or cash. If you're wondering about allergens he'll happily show you labels with ingredients.

Absolutely my all time favourite chippy!! Staff are amazingly friendly and definitely one of the best pakoras I’ve ever had! Even when delivered it’s still hot and very fresh I still don’t get why people leave bad reviews 😞

Love these guys, great chips, great burgers and great service... If you get the burger with cheese. 4.50... He will fill the other side with a few chips for 50p more... And that's 5 pound we'll spent Better than a McDonald's every day of the week

Chips were chewy and not hot on arrival. Packaging was soggy . The fish cakes and battered sausage were good though

ordered at 4:35pm came after 6pm food was cold and kebab was tasteless and meat was hard. Chips were cold too and the fish was disgusting too. Waste of My Money and do want a aplogy and hopefully some money back as that was a shocking and disgusting service!!!

Both curry sauce cartons were split at bottom and leaked all into bag meal was cold , cod roe nice

The food is delicious from here but the service is rubbish. I thought I'd give them one last try and they blew it. Over 20 minutes late and again the shop were blaming it on the delivery driver. Mind you when the driver phoned to tell me he was at my front door, I found him over the road at the wrong property. Will not be ordering again from this shop.

Almost an hour late. Shop blamed it on the delivery driver, driver blamed it on the shop. Not happy at all. Chips didn't taste that good either.

Unfortunately it arrived later than expected due to lack of drivers. But is was good when it did arrive.

Great guy working here, chicken pakora spot on and chips are fluffy on the inside. Give it a try UPDATE: recently tried the burger and it was the best thing, cooked just right. By far the best chippy in East Southampton.

First off, 4 stars for the delivery, and 2 for the food. Chips although quite dark looking, were the best thing about the order and were genuinely tasty. The fish complete with skin however, was no bigger than one you can get out of a box from your freezer, and the batter on it and the Sausage was very odd looking and had an old oil taste and smell. First time of ordering so dont know if this was just an off-night, but wont be risking it again unfortunately. Delivery was great though.

Really bad quality of food and when calling restaurant very rude

We have ordered from here before and have always been good, but the last couple of times haven't been so great. Chips overcooked, so brown and dry. Curry sauce and fish cake cold. Won't be ordering again. Such ashame

THE WORST KEBAB I'VE EVER EATEN. It never even lay next to the kebab. I ordered lamb with chips. The meat was old, dry, unpalatable and chips wasn't fresh. I ordered from a place that was very close, but the food was only warm. Together with the delivery, which was supposed to be free as they wrote on the website, I paid 13.99. They even counted service charge 5%! They should be ashamed! Even the dog did not want to eat this meat. I do not recommend.

Forgot to ask for no sauce in the comments section so rang them up. The guy I spoke to was polite and helpful and sorted it out for me. The food arrived warm/hot and was of great quality. This is my second order and I will certainly be going back again in the future.

Bit of a mix up with the delivery (wrong order sent) but it was soon sorted & the food was delicious. The fish & chips were great & not greasy and the chicken pakora was superb.

before the food even arrived the restraunt called us to tell us off for not stating whether we wanted salad in a kebab even though we werent asked. the kebab meat was sort of dry and crunchy the pitta was dry and tasted like it was old the chips had vinegar despite stating we didnt want it when being shouted at the batter was a horrible simpsons yellow everything was luke warm at best and i was missing a sausage and a drink wont be using them again :/

Food was very nice! Good quality and would order again. However delivery with just eat not so good, one order had to be cancelled! Not the fault of the restaurant. You should consider finding your own drivers 5+ orders not collected this evening which costs you as a business.

The takeaway is lovely I normally go down to the. But with my mobility problem having them on the site now means I can order from my favourite fish and chips place.

Placed an order, and this pending for over an hour going over the given time slot. having placed this early enough to feed the family with a child for dinner before bed.. rang up to check its whereabouts, to be told they now can not find a driver, to cancel it through the app... now have to find something else to feed the very hungry and now very angry family in time for bed etc..... Never again

Below average fish and average chips. Horrible soggy batterd sausages. Burnt chicken doner as he fries it instead of cooking it on the spinning roaster.

Love this place. Always do my burgers just right. Friendly staff and always happy to help. The telephone order system they have works so well for us. We use it quite often and with the recent implementation of card payments, makes it all the easier.

Soggy chips tasteless Microwaved and frozen food battered fish still had skin on no taste

We love them, we have been having food from there every week for years. We have a weekly get together with the family, so age range from 5 years to 70's and theres something on the menu for every one and we have not had a bad meal from them yet.

Great fish, freshly-cooked. Recommended.

Lovely owner, very tasty food though the chips were a little over done on this one occasion but the portion size is superb. We had 2 small cod and a small chips. The chips were more than enough for 2 people and in my mind the fish was more like a large compared to other chip shops so I really recommend this chip shop. Only lost the 5th star on the chips but if on the next visit they are better, I will alter the review and give them all 5 stars

Fish and chips are average. Just had a large kebab and served without salad. Portion is more like regular not large. Meat taste like frozen kebab from makro. Vaste of money.
