Quality Fish Bar in Islington

In a hurry to consume some food before going to see a play, I bought fish and chips from the Quality Fish Bar. I am so pleased that I did. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly too.

Las patatas fritas estaban crujientes y muy calientes. El pescado era encantador y fresco, pero la masa era demasiado gruesa. El cuarto de libra con queso era delicioso, pero sabía que estaba recalentado. Pensamos que había sido cocinado en un horno o frito y luego puesto en un microondas. El personal era muy amable y el servicio fue increíblemente rápido. En general, fue un buen lugar para comer con mi increíble nieta en una hermosa noche en Londres cuando ganó el Arsenal.

Have eaten there numerous times. Always good food good friendly service reasonably priced. On match days food is served in quick time and always hot and fresh. Very generous portions.

I’ve been visiting this fish bar for over 10 years and I think it sells the best chip shop chips in the UK. They are tasty and not soggy, not over cooked and always fresh. It is friendly and I’ve never been disappointed. Definitely recommended

Friendly staff! Frrresh food! Excellent portions! Loads to choose from. Price is good. Visit here on many occasions. Never once did i have a problem. Fish is usually cooked when you place your order. Lovely succulant fish. And their spare ribs are tasty!

A proper old style fish & chip shop. All the usual fishy suspects, battered and deep-fried to perfection to order. Add a good portion of fresh chips with a little salt and vinegar, and you're in fast food nirvana.

He estado viniendo a este hotel, propiedad de una familia de peces y chip shop durante muchos años y seguiré enamorado de él por el resto de mi vida! La comida es increíble y muy bien de precio. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está a 10 segundos a pie de la estación de Finsbury Park. El servicio es increíble y el personal es encantador. 10 / 10.

assolutamente da provare.Take away o nella saletta (non bellissima) interna, il pesce è FANTASTICO, saporito, morbido, leggero e anche le patate tagliate più spesso molto buone.Inoltre ci sono hamburger, pollo e molto altro.I prezzi sono accettabili, qui come un po in tutta la zona limitrofa, ma la qualità del fish&chips altissima ed i proprietari molto simpatici e...capibili da chi come me non conosce troppo bene l' inglese.La cosa più importante di questo pesce fritto è cmq la sua leggerezza, non rimane affatto pesante.unico accorgimento...se prendete fish & salad ... specificate without onion o almeno coN meno cipolla perchè, ne mettono così tanta che la notte invece di avere pesantezza per la frittura si ha pesantezza da insalata

Siempre visite esta barra de pescado cuando asista a un juego de Arsenal. Debido al gran volumen de clientes en los días de partido, cocinan constantemente alimentos frescos, por lo que siempre está caliente y no dura mucho tiempo. El personal es increíble, muy amable y no puede hacer más por ti. El único inconveniente para mí es que viajo desde fuera de Londres, así que es más caro de lo que normalmente pagaría, pero la salsa de curry solo hace que valga la pena.

vicino al mio hotel abbiamo cenato con un buon fish and chips a prezzi moderati. Bevande in lattina o bottiglia care altri piatti cosi cosi. Saletta sul retro un po' retro'.

My wife and I ordered cod and chips. Service was prompt and efficient and the food was delicious. We just stumbled upon it but value for your money is excellent. Portions were large and the taste was fantastic!

Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale molto caratteristico il 14 agosto, poco prima di recarci in aeroporto per rientrare a casa. Ottimo fish and chips, porzioni molto abbondanti e prezzi contenuti. Purtroppo siamo dovuti andar via a metà pasto perché l'autista della navetta ci aspettava valutazione eccellente per rapporto qualità /prezzo. Approfitto di questa recensione per dire alla simpatica proprietaria del locale che se avessimo avuto più tempo avremmo certamente ripulito i piatti assolutamente da provare!

Gran porción de pescado y patatas fritas que había sido estar en la casilla más cálido para tiempo desconocido. No es un fan de pescado rebozado como encontrar demasiado grasos, pero esto estaba bien. Patatas fritas podrían haber sido cocinados frescos o recalentados como calidez no duran y sentí que eran un poco undedone

I visited with 2 friends prior to the theatre, based on tripadvisor and other reviews and we weren't disappointed. Very friendly service, clean shop and restaurant, 3 excellent meals and generous portions. I can thoroughly recommend it. If I lived nearer I'd certainly be back regularly.

Es mi pescado local y chips, pero me encanta, negocio familiar, y son personas encantadoras que son cálidos y tan pronto como usted ve. Así que si te gusta el pescado y patatas fritas (sirven otros alimentos) y son locales en el área de parada...

No vayas por el ambiente, pero no se puede superar los precios especialmente por la cantidad de comida que te dan. El servicio era excelente. Las patatas fritas eran geniales. El pescado no era el mejor que he probado.

I paid £3.20 for a doner kebab in naan bread with side of chips! The portion was generous considering the price that I have paid. The lovely lady who served me was so nice as well, she clearly wants her customers to have nothing but the best experience. Not exaggerating BEST CHIPS EVER MMM!!! You need to try this place out. I'm gonna be a regular customer now. Never been this happy over kebab and chips lol! It's that good, great value and excellent taste!!! Thank you so much!

Se vai in Inghilterra. ..ovviamente. .provi almeno una volta il famigerato "fish&chips"...il consiglio è di provarlo in questo localino di Finsbury. Buono il pesce, eccezionale la pastella di copertura (non pesante, non eccessivamente unta). Piatto abbondante :) ...locale nella media,comunque tipico. La proprietaria simpaticissima e molto gentile nel servirci. Provatelo!

Guys it was honestly one of the best experience in London for me :D Quality BUDGET food. Range 2 - 7 pounds and the portions are huge, we didn't even finish it. You can have everything from typical burger to diet salad (not sure about diet, because it was, again, huge, at least for non-british person)

Fish and chips has to be my ultimate favorite fast food take away although with quality fish bar this is the case both with take away and eat in. I visit Arsenal Football very often and my first stop prior to the match is to have my usual Cod Chips and mushy peas alongside a ice tea. The staff there are lovely and it is refreshing to walk into a business where they all know exactly what they are doing, their routine is spot on and they never fail to smile however hectic the match days are. I have taken a few friends there and they have all been amazed at the portion sizes and how cheap it is. Although it is a casual restaurant, there are seats for around 25 ppl. I recommend anyone in the Finsbury park area to pop in as their name really fits to what they are... Quality

This really is not an exaggeration. From the moment you walk into this traditional Fish and Chip restaurant in the heart of Finsbury Park opposite the tube you will be greeted by the lovely family who own it. Apparently they have owned and run the place since 1975 so that says a lot. They have a great humour and their Fish is large and great quality. The batter is cooked just the way i like it and they also have all the traditional pies and sausages etc. My husband swears on their spear ribs cooked on the charcoal and a Donner Kebab home made of real meat... It seems I'm the first to review this Fish & Chip shop that offers great quality food, large portions and very very reasonably priced. When i questioned them of why they have never competed for the yearly Fish Shop competitions they said that they didn't ever have the time or need it as their clients are regulars for over 40 yrs. The Emirates Stadium is up the road so imagine on football days its mayhem.
