Fantastic little cafe - great coffee, great service and a beast of a sandwich

Very tasty food. I had prawn on sourdough bread with avocado and my partner had a tuna melt baguette. Coffee tasted great too

Really nice little cafe for breakfast / lunch. Portions are huge, good quality ingredients, staff are nice, coffees great. And really good value. Best spot in Lostwithiel for me.

Really nice atmosphere. I didn’t have any food although it smelled amazing but my iced latte was great. Love that they sell Cornish made crafts too.

There is much to like here. Nice atmosphere pleasant staff. The Coffee Shop has a nice vibe. However. the scrambled egg was dry and more like an omelette and the Brie and Cranberry panini over cooked so it was just runny. Very disappointing.

I had breakfast here the two mornings I was in Lostwithiel, it was stunning 😍 'small' breakfast is perfect, I think if I had the large breakfast I'd have needed a little nap on the sofa after... Lovely staff, lovely sausage on the breakfast too - I'm often not keen on breakfast sausages 🤣 great pot of tea too. Highly recommended 🙌🏻

We had lunch in the sunny little room at the back of the cafe. A real find!

Great Friendly service. The food is very good Quality and very tasty too. No scrimping on produce either. The Breakfast I received was well cooked and well presented in good time too. All in all I would Thoroughly Recommend. Keep up the good work! 10/10. Well worth the Money. Also Dog Friendly. Another 10/10

Late November wet Sunday visit - Service was good, but not overly friendly. Had the scrambled egg and smoked salmon. Found the bread too thick and would have preferred a thinner quality brown bread, rather than quantity...

Food always excellent,. Service second to none. Staff very friendly and always a nice warm welcome. And finally the coffee is always great, just wish they offered a larger size.

Lovely little local cafe, run by people that seem to care about what they do. Imaginative menu, great coffee, friendly service. If you’re passing through, as we were, I highly recommend you give it a go.

Hands down the best coffee in Lostwithiel town (Duchy also good - just outside!) If you're a visitor - it's under 5 mins walk up from the river. Definitely worth it.

Great coffee! Quite possibly one of the best I have tasted. Ordered a big breakfast which wasn't really that big at all for the price. Sausages were foul, were very tough with hard skin. Bread was also not very nice. Srambled eggs were amazing though! Staff were great, though the atmosphere wasn't great due to a group of women conversing loudly.

Popped in for a late afternoon cuppa with cinnamon bun in this cafe on the busy through road. All OK, but I did not like the little milk bottle place in the tea cup when it arrived at the table. I just wondered how clean the bottom of the bottle was, given the fact I was drinking from this cup. The toilet could have done with some TLC too. With at least 3 other cafes in this small town, there's no desire for me to return.

Fresh, home made food, excellent coffee, lovely service.

Really good food! Went there with my daughter as we were staying at Best Western around the corner. The hot chocolate was delicious, thick and silky. The scrambled eggs were soft in a thick toast that was crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. The other dish was a banana and choc loaf with fruits and yogurt which was very good as well. We will definitely go back to the same place whenever we come back.

We ordered their big Breakfast . It was delicious, but big breakfast should have at least hash brown and fried tomato. I had 2 sausages and 2 bacons and baked beans, scrambled egg, 4 slices of toasted bread. Paid £13-14 Friendly staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful cafe, right on the main road in Lostwithiel. Excellent coffees, quick and friendly service and reasonably priced menu. Free wifi, comfortable and welcoming. We made a few visits whilst staying at the nearby Restormel cottages. We tried and loved their: doorstep bacon sandwich (with very tasy bacon), goats cheese and caramelised onion toasted panini (with coleslaw and salad) and their 'big breakfast'. Be warned, the breakfast is huge! 😜 It set us up for the whole day; 2 big sausages, 2 bacon, baked beans, grilled tomato, 4 pieces of thick buttered toast and scrambled eggs (£9.50 I think). The meat was very good quality and locally sourced too.

Nice cafe for locals. Good coffee and cake with friendly staff. On the main road through Losty. Good luck with finding parking though for visitors.

Great food and excellent coffee

Cute place for coffee and food - stylish inside with quite a lot of seating which is a bit annoying at times especially if you have a pram because it's quite small but nothing too bad. Coffee is very good perhaps the best in town, service is efficient but quite reserved perhaps is the word might bother some people though would be a plus for others I expect. Prices are good value for the product though obviously not cheap but nothing you shouldn't expect. Lostwithiel does have quite a lot of parking but at peak times might have to hunt around a bit. It is also the earliest opening cafe in town as I think everywhere else is 10am half an hour later so that's a bonus.

My first visit there to meet a friend. Two vegan cake options. I don't know about their menu. Nice slice of cake but £3 a little high and I was surprised it was served toasted. But was tasty. Relaxed and comfy with free Wi-Fi. I'd go back to try more.

We came for breakfast and a coffee at this friendly cafe. Nicely busy with people at tables as well as take away coffees. Great breakfast portions! Will visit again

Lovely little coffee shop... easy menu to choose from not to many things...Food was well presented and tasty.. good experience be back soon .... really fancied the Pea Coconut and Tumeric Soup !!! But settled for a nice toastie... recommended.

This is a wonderful place for lunch or just hot drinks and cake. Friendly and very clean airy cafe, delicious food and great coffee, unfortunately I was too full from eating a tuna toastie to have room for cake but they looked delicious. I would highly recommend the tuna toastie made with thick whole grain bread perfectly toaste I highly recommend trying this cafe, you wont be disappointed!!

My mum and I both had a really lovely lunch. Local community-minded staff. Someone needed a medical assistance on the table next to us and it was dealt with lots of care and compassion.

It would be nicer if the cakes were home made. The staff were not very friendly. Hoping they are not usually like that and we just caught them on a bad day. The tea was nice.
