Superb spot. Appreciate the staff. Many pool tables and not too busy in the early evening during the week.

Went for a 90s Supa Dupa fly event, venue was ok, music was RnB mainly. The only bad thing about the place is that it closes at 2

Accidently booked for the wrong day but they still managed to accommodate us. Very friendly and helpful staff there and a really cool place.

Had the best night here last night. Fantastic service alongside fun playing pool.

Great place for any occasions, top tier service. Great drinks, great food and even if you want to go further there is a club downstairs that is opened on Friday and Saturdays, available to book for private events too. Can’t express myself enough for Q Shoreditch. Posh, but quite affordable, I must say is the gem of Shoreditch area! I went to the Supa Dupa Fly RnB Brunch party on 06/09/24. Music/vibes - 8/10 - they know how to cultivate a good party! Not a 9 or 10 rating because of time wasted on folding/clearing all the cheap plastic tables they cram in to seat people Food - 1/10. Honestly worst I have had in any brunch and I have been to loads. Cheap burger patties and chicken. Had better from Icelands! Chips so overcooked they had no potato so I sent back. Very small portions. I would guesstimate the cost per person for food is £1-2 when bought in bulk. Drink 3/10 - again very cheap prosecco and rum punch where you cant taste the rum. I was there as a non drinker (pregnant) so requested a diet coke - when I ordered the second was told only the first was complimentary and I was required to pay for any further drinks - bear in mind the brunch costs £49 and how awful the food was. I quickly pointed out the website states non alcoholic alternatives available and the wait staff (he appeared to be the manager) reluctantly agreed - however was met with attitude every time I ordered a drink. I had also initially been told the rum punch was fruit juice - luckily I thought to ask again and another waiter confirmed it was rum. I am pregnant so alarmed by this misinformation. Thankfully I didn't drink any! Service - combination of food service and drink service was poor. Re fills were not forthcoming. Given its only bottomless for 1 hr people shouldn't be left waiting. Drink prices after are very expensive. **Top tip: Given the poor quality food and drink, I would recommend you eat/drink elsewhere and buy a party only ticket (£13) to enjoy the music and vibes afterwards. I would go again for the party/vibes. The organisers need to re think their food/drink offering as other brunches you get a lot more quantity and quality for £49.

Last night (Saturday) I went to the ‘Back to the Old Skool’ event, we arrived early so decided to chill in the upstairs bar before heading down to the club. The bar staff were friendly but one guy got the drinks order wrong 3 times which was easily corrected & became a running joke. I found the security staff super nice & approachable, they were kind enough to advise with parking and were all friendly with good energy. The music was on point and the crowd were great. Really nice venue all round.

Price gouging scum. Paying by the quarter hour for pool. I never thought I’d see the day. Took the cues away with 2 minutes to go. This is before I even get on to the borderline pornographic content they have splayed across their walls (pictures attached). I will not be returning.

What a wonderful venue for entertainment. The food, staff and atmosphere is excellent, totally recommend.

Some of these maniacs really took 'advantage' of the bottomless 😅 They may have to consider sawdust on the floor again 🤣🤣🤣 Felt like a real uni vibe Real talk: The DJ was absolutely on point throughout. Read the room impeccably and was really approachable from what I saw. It's a great launchpad for an evening out in the area; security tight enough for the safety you'd expect Yhhh! Give it a go if you wanna have a dip in the crates - if you get the same DJ you will NOT be disappointed 👍🏾

Mi Soul provided the vibrant vibes for the night mixing the creative spectrum of Art and Music beautifully together..... QUEENS👑 of House and soul art work graced the walls courtesy of Davey Brown. Special guest appearances from my favourite dance Diva Angie Brown electrified the Q Shoreditch basement floor, and for a mid week sumting sumting...it was a perfect cocktail...

The tables and cues are quality and well looked after, the atmosphere is friendly and they have a food menu too. If you enjoy shooting pool with friends book a table

I went to Q on a double date this past Saturday. I had an amazing time! We hired a pool table, where we got served by the lovely Beth who was incredibly attentive and made our experience 10/10. We had some lovely food and great cocktails then went down to the club where the atmosphere was great. Would definitely come back again.

We went on a Sunday so it was quiet but i Imagine that it's a top place eon a busy night.

Great idea for a bar we had a couple of hours of pool between our group, did not try any food but service was great

Don’t even waste your time booking this place if you are black. Let alone the fact that I book 2. Months before for a pool package, I got a table down stairs. In addition to that we couldn’t sit at the bar after our 2 hours because their door guy with dreadlocks told us in such a rude way that we are can not be there. This is after the bar guy who was serving us for the week pool told us we can be at the bar afterwards. Dreadlock after talking to none blacks so kindly would turn to us so rudely and ask us to leave. Keep your money, not worth it!

I played pool, here, with 2 others. It was my first time visiting this venue and I was Pleasantly surprised!!!!! We took an uber from Hackney Central - the journey was short. On the way home, we used public transport - there is a train station nearby. Both of the above points were very important to me! We paid for an hour of pool. I would usually be upset about the price this place charges, BUT the decor, location, quality of the pool tables/ pool rooms, and staff made it easy for me to hand over my money! This is a chic/ classy establishment. It's perfect for playing pool/ having drinks/ grabbing a quick and relaxed bite to eat (there arent really designated areas to eat...but you will manage). The nightclub space is excellent and the service in the club is brilliant! I would give this place full marks...but there was only one thing that deducted a point: I was unable to communicate with anyone via phone/ email to advise I was running late and wanted to change my booking... Also, there was no acknowledgement that one of us was celebrating our birthday. If you want communication staff to handle the weekend queries, I'm very happy to submit my CV and be considered for the role. 😊 I love this venue. I'll be back!!

This establishment ignores invoices from the performers they contract for events. Pay your performers!

Really nice bar but a bit expensive for the pool table

Was quite early when we went so we were only persons there and atmosphere was not really buzzing, as we left around 6pm more people were arriving so could be better later. There are more pool tables in back so don't be put off if all tables at front are occupied. Drink prices were pretty normal for London can't remember price for pool table but it was per hour and was more expensive after 5pm I believe.

Well firstly, the RnB brunch we attended was absolutely fine in itself and was exactly as described. There was a quiz, great music, drinks were free-flowing (as we all know some brunches can be a little 'slow' with the top ups- this was definitely not the case for us) and the actual food was tasty! Why such a low score then? Unfortunately, that is based on the 'crowd' it seemed to attract and what happened after the brunch. First of all, my female friend was verbally abused by a male she did not know being extremely aggressive in the middle of the dancefloor, in front of the DJ booth and security/ workers and no one bat an eyelid so I would assume they are just not vigilant or didn't care. The male got in my friends face for a prolonged period and told her "you are ugly, move!" [as in move out the way, off the dancefloor]. Another issue was that I personally had my bag stolen that was on our table which we had reserved and where we were sat. I have been to many clubs, brunches, night outs etc and I have never had my entire bag stolen. It may have been partly my fault as I didn't keep the bag on me at all times, however you can see from the photos and videos that most people then leave the tables to dance, mingle etc- just a warning to those attending the brunch, that others will watch you with your things and take it when you are not looking. The staff at the time were extremely helpful and said the right things and took my details for someone to look through the CCTV, this didn't happen though. And on following this up with an email the following week, they have now stopped replying and I am still none the wiser if anything was caught on camera. These incidents were such a shame because the actual brunch was great, but the experience itself was one I've never had and I'm not sure I would ever go to another one. I was advise anyone attending to be vigilant and look after each other, as when/ if things occur, the club does not seem to care.

The beer was ok, food hmm not the best I ever ate. I ordered 7 double gins and tonic and still been sober so not sure if they are not cheating about the amount of alcohol.

Nice place off the main strip. Well presented and a great club downstairs. Door men were very respectful and the bar upstairs had a cosy sociable vibe. Will defo there again. A nice spot.

Went here for an event, nicely decorated but couldn’t tell you what the venue is like in its own right as a bar/club. Although, it looks like on a normal night this place could have quite a good vibe.

Tables and cues are trash. Really cool bar and decor, very classy.

Great place to come. Good pool tables, great food and lovely drinks. They always have security so there is never any trouble. In the other rooms there are poker etc and downstairs their is another club. However usually you need to book in advance.

Sold tickets based on the appearance of a celebrity that never showed. Convinced attendees to buy for the following night and for a dinner the night after as well on the same pretence. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want to be scammed. Connor McGregor never showed. The club profiteered off his fans hopes. Scam. Better clubs in London - don’t waste your time with this one. The only reason it made our list in the first place - was for the event.

Cancelled our booking to make way for a private function. Booking made on the 7th Jan, and cancelled with two weeks notice in March. No care for their regulars. Very disappointed.

Q Shoreditch was alright. The drinks were okay, and the pool tables were decent. However, the atmosphere was lacking, and the staff wasn't very engaging. It's worth checking out if you're in the area and looking for a place to play pool, but expect to pay abit for the tables

Hidden gem! Wonderful recently renovated space with opportunity for bar or club hosting. The lower level club is available for private hire and can fit up to 250 standing. There is an extensive food and beverage menu as well as entertainment options such as roulette table for additional hire as well. I viewed the venue on behalf of a client - hope to use it soon!

Nice venue. 3 rooms with the downstairs giving proper night club vibes. Upstairs was comfortable with settees if you wanted to chill. Only downside was drink prices did not seem consistent throughout the night. Managed to get parking on the road outside which was a bonus.

Great afternoon at the rn'b brunch. Food came out a bit haphazardly, but was surprisingly good. Good venue, nice, friendly staff, and daytime clubbing is genius! Would recommend!

I almost would’ve said 5 stars but I’m trying to be realistic (otherwise I loved this place) We came here with my partner for his birthday. Cocktails are slightly pricey but the taste is worth it and I can definitely tell it’s their speciality. As food we had 2 pizzas one Spicy Q and Cheesy one. While they were doing pizza I think they dropped one gorgonzola in the Spicy one which made my friend almost get sick but that wasn’t a problem for us 😄 The pizza itself was well cooked and tasty and well presented, good for its price. We also had calamari on the side which was marvellous 🤩 We played pool for an hour for £30. Since it was Monday, the back room was used as a pool room only (which normally there are more pool tables around the venue) which wasn’t an issue. The only reason I would give 4 stars was because the pool balls were way smaller than an actual pool balls we see normally, this made the game a bit difficult which is still bearable. However, we believe we had the worst table because there was a colon right next to the pool tables edge which effected our gameplay. I think they should relocate that one table or warn the guests that there is an obstacle therefore you won’t be able to use 1/5 of the table. People were very nice, bartender who is from Sri Lanka and the Polish guy from the pool area were very kind and helpful to us. Generally we had fast service and caring staff members. I think we also met the owner/host gentlemen who was very informative about the general events taken place in the venue and welcomed us. I definitely recommend this place, the vibes, atmosphere and if you wish to have nice drinks and decent food with little fun, this would be the place ☺️ Might visit again in their usual days

It is very hard to tell from outside, BUT I repeat BUT!! This venue is like a hidden gem in shoreditch/ Old Street. Start with a tight security control👌Floors are divided into sections. You have the bar area as you come in, walk through on the left straight into a pool room. Great ambience, good food, and amazing customer service If you are feeling jiggy with it, too. You come to the right place. The club is down at the basement next to the cloakroom and toilets (5* for hygiene/ toilet cleanliness). NB. Your pool session don't garauntee you a club spot. You are ushered out through a different exit. You might need to pre book? for the club part or exit and go join the club queue. Instagram fans. A must take picture by McQueens billboard is a must. All in all. This place is designed for friends to come vibe socially tailored ways. Kudos!

A very hip and cool pool hall, we were originally coming here for snooker but they did not have a table for that. The private tables to you rent were great because it meant my party could play several games undisturbed.

I really liked the vibe in this place, went for an event in the basement club which has very cool decor. Didn't try any food but saw other people eating what looked like really tasty snacks.

Very nice venue, with fantastic service. Food is reasonably priced, however the pizzas aren't that great, not much flavour, not sure if they use the wrong cheese, the pepperoni looks plastic. The drinks are nice, but way over priced. One cocktail costs more than a whole pizza.

Always enjoy this venue, it's quite intimate downstairs in basement but enough space to dance the night away.

We had our work festive party here yesterday within the lounge and what a brilliant event it was. Right from the coordinating of the event at the beginning with Baiba, to the food tasting and the actual day of the event, the staff were amazing. Can't fault their service and their attentiveness. The venue is A1, our staff loved it, but would probably try the club area next time as their is a limit on sound in the lounge due to it being a residential area (this was explained before hand). Although all the staff were amazing, a big thank you has to go to Baiba -for coordinating our reservation and being so accommodating with our change of date. Beth - An absolute star who made the night run so smoothly you really looked after us. Finally Eddie who was such a cool charismatic member of the bar team. Thanks again Q-Shoreditch.

Busy but fun place to go. Expensive if your not on a london wage

This venue didn’t deserve even 0 stars. My boyfriend & friends and me went there to celebrate NYE. We got VIP tickets but they weren’t VIP tickets. Totally False advertising. We arrived 10.30 pm and we didn’t have space even for our jackets- coats in the cloakroom, they advertised a “private” area por VIP but didn’t exist, we didn’t have almost space to dance. They sold more tickets than the capacity of the avenue . They told us they sold over 700 tickets, the avenue didn’t have the capacity for that. The worst part was someone stole my coat. The security and manager took me to the CCTV room and I saw a girl stealing my coat. I am super disappointed. I won’t return to this place and If you are thinking to go there I highly advise don’t do it. Horrible place !

Nice venue, more seating needed for the event that I attended. Good music and selection of drinks. The poor toilet attendant had her work cut out for her.

1 star due to customer service. They charged us (on our tab) for drinks we never even ordered and a booking for another table - which I have emailed about and asked them to look into and issue a refund. Took them 3 weeks to respond and still isn't resolved. Is a shame as the night itself was enjoyable.
