Costa Coffee in Islington

Every morning I go there for my coffee,, Istiak always on time and good smile serving me,, coffee absolutely amazing,, friendly place to relax with good coffee and a piece of of cake,,,,

Fast, efficient. Be careful, the GPS position is not good!

Headed to Costa in Cali for a quick coffee for me and my co-worker and they never disappoint! My friend & I had a caramel latte and it was superb 👌👌👌. Eva & Kritika the barista's were so friendly and helpful too! Much appreciated!

Really nice Costa with some of the nicest staff around! I come in quite a lot in order to get some work done and there is always a welcoming atmosphere and seats free to sit at. It is also in an ideal location just metres away from Caledonian road station.

Staff are not very welcome and also they don’t care much about clients satisfaction

It’s great all the things are fantastic the employees are very kind but it’s a little bit expensive

A pleasant Costa outlet just along the road from Caledonian Road Piccadilly Line Station. There is plenty of seating inside and a clean, modern and relaxed atmosphere. Service was quick and efficient.

Oh dear. 3 clueless baristas behind the counter whilst the rubbish piles up under their tables in the street. A masterclass in absolutely no investment in their work.

It has a warmth feel inside, and it is a nice place to have something to eat or drink (the non-alcoholic kind) in the middle of the day.

The manager is rude and obnoxious, constantly screaming and shouting at her staff. She was screaming in one baristas face to the point he was a quivering wreck on the verge of tears. All because there was one cup outside. That’s it, one cup. That she could’ve easily have brought inside herself. I did ask for names, Kudos to Ryan, Kwame(?) and Karla. Friendly, warm and amazing magic makers with drinks as normal. However Arieola (?) needs to work on her people and management skills.

Great place, great atmosphere. Staff very welcoming when needing the area to work, just get those coffees in! Very friendly. Only downer was the toilets but that wasn't really down to the staff and more the public.

Great costa in a great location just outside cally tube.. quick freindly service. Very spacious and comfy

Not the biggest fan of Costa coffee but the space, location, seating and staff are good here. Also has baby changing facilities

Some young girls, unfortunately I didn't get their names , they are very attentive and polite.

Very nice premises, plenty of space. However one of the Somali staff is extremely rude, hates taking orders, and pretends not to hear you. Seen several customers get upset by her. Terrible attitude. A shame, because all the other staff are quite friendly and welcoming...

Fatma has excellent customer service and she makes the best iced latte (better than Pret A Manger) one is never enough.

Awesome customer service 😀. The latte I always have is second to none and it's very big with really comfortable seating. Sitting outside in a sunny day is great watching the traffic and people on their way to work. I liked the fact that you can use the wifi whilst consuming their latte and sometimes I spoil myself with a carrot cake 🎂 or chocolate brownie... Mmm 😋 thinking about it I'm gonna go there now as I feel a thirst and hopefully I'll get to see a friendly face 🙂

Very good service and atmosphere but was unable to process my Costa Card.

On 03/01/2022 at 6:35pm I went to this place to collect promotion free birthday cake. I show them my Costa app & the code. One of untrained staff said it’s expired without even looking carefully to the Costa app. I showed her that it’s still valid till 07-01-2022 however she scanned the code many times then she said the code was not accepted in her system then she told me to go to another Costa shop (just because it free from Costa) Untrained staff who don’t want to show you respect because you come to collect your free birthday cake. I hope if google map creates an option for zero star I asked her where is the manager then she told me come tomorrow. It’s really a joke to come again to collect this free birthday cake, even so the place was not clean. Moreover, the promotion free birthday cake was collected at 18:55 just from Costa nearby Caledonian Rd & Barnsbury overground station just in front of CO OP. The staff are very friendly as the lady wishes me a great birthday After this bad experience I installed Pret A Manger app. They have an option to subscribe to drink cold & organic coffee drinks including tea for only £20 per month, up to 5 drinks per day & the first month is free as you can cancel at anytime. Please avoid Costa which is located nearby Caledonian Rd station as you know Starbucks is in front of the station. Thank you

Nice new Costa, lots of seating and not very busy for a mid-morning visit. Service was slowwww, Costa always seems to have a trainee on the coffee machines. coffee order was wrong, for what should have been a simple Latte. Could do with a few costa machines to allow self-service 🤔.

It was good service and quick but since it wasnt that busy and i didnt have any large order i gave it four stars

Had one cash register working for AMEX payments for weeks now. Today walk in and was told the working till is now broken so they can't accept AMEX payments. For such a large franchise you would think payment tills would be a priority.

A spacious place with a hotel feel. Disabled access and toilet.

Do yourself a favour.....if you want a cappuccino more likely get a flat white. They take the order & money but customer do not get it as staff working without appropriate training/capabilities!!! Too many staff in this ‘category’ so pot luck!!! I’d advise to stay well away & do not waste your money here!!!!!

The staff at Costa Coffee are very friendly (Victoria) and welcoming and I go there every day about 2 times a day and I would recommend this store to everyone BRILLIANT staff

Convenient location, spacious inside with friendly staff and service. Not ideal with to sit outside as you'll be facing the never ending traffic along Caledonian Road! Not forgetting passers-by from with the tube station within yards of the place and Sainsbury's seconds away.

Not enough charging ports situated around seats, only 2 or 3 seats have access to charging ports and one of those is still behind a couch.

Nice staff, OK coffee but stale cakes at times. I asked for a lemon muffin today and it was clearly an old one, I had to ask for another one and they brought out a fresh one.

Es bastante vacío por la mañana. Tenía que visitar eye hospital,antes de estar panico..café está normal, servicio normal.todo correcto. I give less star now.you pay your cafe is like you beg them a coffee.could be better service plus just raise the price. Never give a piece of tissue if you don't ask. Sometimes they just don't bother to serve like a robit.

Another decent Costa with friendly staff and a good music selection. Convenient if you're using Caledonian Road tube, and larger and cosier than the Starbucks across the road.

Loads of space, always have wide variety of sandwiches and desserts. The baristas are really friendly and helpful as well.

Good Costa coffee. When I went it was fairly empty, but it looks (judging by its size) that it can accommodate large groups of people. Staff was friendly enough and coffee was ok (maybe a bit overpriced if you ask me). It's warm enough inside and the music selection was ok too.

As I am an everyday customer I'll give it five stars for a great service and a good coffee

Love a flat white at Costa, some outlets are better than others. The one at Kingston, Milton Keynes was poor, the one in Ampthill very good.
