Purton Thai in Wiltshire

We visited on a weekday evening. The restaurant is quite small (around 10 tables) but it was cosy and our serve was friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, plentiful and the meat in the dishes was tasty and of good quality. The beef panang curry was the nicest I have had. We also loved the beef pad med mamuang. Just to note that it is bring your own alcohol with a corkage fee of £3. I highly recommend a visit here, it is now my new favourite Thai restaurant in Swindon.

Came to purton Thai restaurant as a date with my boyfriend. We were welcomed into the small restaurant by the very friendly staff. The waitress was lovely and knowledgeable about the menu. We had never been before so were asking for dish recommendations. We had starters and mains. The food was quick to come and delicious!! The chef came out too and helped serve the food on the table. She checked that she didn’t make it too spicy for us which I thought was very thoughtful! We had a lovely time, best Thai food I have eaten and we will definitely be returning. It was very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. A very cute, small place perfect for chilled dates, family meals and casual eating.

They provided the food for a large gathering at our house. Very thoughtful service and the food was perfect, catering for a large number of vegans as well as omnivores. Thanks for making it a special evening.

This place is a hidden gem! The food was fantastic, perfectly complemented by brilliant service. This is arguably the best Thai cuisine I've ever experienced. Our party of four included two picky teenagers, and they loved it too! You will not be disappointed!

What a lovely restaurant,fabulous food and staff.Went for a friends birthday and they had put decs up for us,nothing was to much trouble.Love that you take your own alcohol,they provided glasses and wine cooling stand.Will definitely be back very soon.Thankyou for your lovely warm welcome on our first visit.
